Read the great reviews on the page and went for it to get tiny removed and replaced, process had quick turnaround and very easy to do. Jonathan is copper communicative and flexible. Work looked very clean as well

Great shop with excellent customer service. Jonathan handled my car with extreme precision while changing my break pads. He was attentive to the quality of other things as well, adding some grease to my calipers also checking the fluids under my hood. Even Reached out to make sure everything was working good after I left. my breaks feel perfect now. I highly recommend any service offered at this shop.

It's a great place to find used quality auto parts. If they don't have it in stock they can order from another parts store so you can have delivered or pick up at Lowell store.
They have used tires with good tread on them at reasonable prices. They will even put them on the rim and balance them for 10 dollars. Good customer service.
They answer the phone quickly and they had what I looking for a 16 in tire so I went in to get it I had fast service they were very polite very friendly. A lot of cool stuff on the walls to look at. I would use them again. 5⭐
I was looking for a hood for a 2007 Toyota Rav4, alot of used ones ran from $100.00 if you removed it, too $125.00 just for freight. He had a company, brand new primed at $200.00, took this one, new , no postage and didn't have to remove it and it was primed black. So give them a call.
Called before to pick a engine and apparently they had some available. I go down and they have nothing i need. Place is a joke and ill take my money somewhere else..

This place is a joke. Drove 30 min to this place for a part when agreed on the price the rude rep told me no Credit card go get cash! Cash only while there was a huge sign stating we accept all credit cards. I would rate this place 0 for sales person with a attitude out of this world.
I purchased an A/C compressor here and did not discover the clutch was already broken until installing it in my car. It could and should have been noticed by them before they ever sold it to me. I tried to bring it back for a refund and was only able to get "yard credit" from the broken part and reciept. They did not have another compressor available if I would have wanted it. Now I am stuck with credit I do not need and they will probably sell the broken compressor to somebody else and get even more money off of it. Customer service also came with an atitude despite my patience. I understand they do not want people returning different broken parts--it is just too bad the result is an untrusting business that screws honest people.
