Josh and his team are top notch! They are always willing to show us where the problems come from and how they are fixing them. They are an honest mechanic, who don't focus on trying to oversell the unnecessary. We love that we found them for all of our vehicle needs!

Iv purchased two vehicles from Tall and I have had many vehicles serviced by them. They are incredibly trustworthy and fair. Iv never had an issue with them. They always do right by me. A good mechanic is a good friend to have.

I recently purchased a second vehicle from Tall Automotive. The customer service was amazing my first time there, which was the main reason I returned when I was in the market for a second vehicle. Tall Automotive impressed me with its quality services. All of my coworkers get their cars serviced at Tall, so I went with full trust. Josh removed the screw from my tire, patched it up well. He is great, helpful and knowledgeable ! I’m glad I found a local, trustworthy mechanic. He also sells cars, which I didn’t know but I enjoyed learning.

I recently bought a truck from them and this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, they made the process seamless and the pricing was more than fair. There was a small hiccup with the truck but they made sure to resolve it extremely quickly and have it back to me in a timely manner. My wife and I bought this truck, and although this dealership is quite far away, it is worth it. The price was reasonable, they help me communicate with my bank. The truck was inspected, they did a free under spray. There was an issue because of the large wheels where it had a slight wobble. It was unknown to satisfy us Josh through gave us a free set of chrome wheels and tires value that probably $1500. This did solve the problem. We were so impressed with them and we’re going to follow up and bring them a vehicle that has a broken frame to have repaired because they obviously can be trusted. There a small family run dealership. It’s doing everything right.

I bought a car from Josh about a month and a half ago through the recommendation of a good friend who have known them for many years. About a week ago my ABS light came on and stayed on which was affecting 4-wheel drive and hill assist. Josh looked at it and said it was a sensor. Brought it in a couple days later which was actually today. He fixed it with no charge. I was surprised and happy. I would highly recommended them for repair work and buying a car. Very honest and very friendly.

Bought a truck from them and the power steering gearbox started leaking a couple weeks later, he took it right back and fixed it no problem and no charge. Definitely recommend buying from tall automotive. Great guys over there.

I just purchased my truck from here recently, and I am beyond pleased with it. Tall Automotive was very helpful and reasonable to work with throughout the process of purchasing. The truck I bought was the owners personal vehicle, for the age and mileage it’s in very good shape and well taken care. It’s very obvious they take pride in their work here. If I lived closer I would without a doubt bring my truck back for any work or annual maintenance.

This place is awesome! I just bought a used f250 here, and Josh was unbelievable. After I had already committed to buying it he went above and beyond, putting in all new brakes, undercoating it, just making sure it was a quality buy. His communication was on point and quick. He was fully transparent about some of the issues of the truck, didn’t hide anything. I really recommend this place if you are looking to buy, they will make sure you get your moneys worth!

I’ve been going to Tall Auto for car repairs and maintenance for over a year and I can’t recommend them enough! They’ve always been extremely fair and generous with the cost of their services, and go out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. Had been looking for a vehicle for quite a while and found exactly what I was looking for. Josh/Alex kept in constant contact through the whole process. Ended up wit a really nice Jeep for a fair price. Already had the frame coated and they took care of a few small concerns without batting an eye. What can I say, Josh and his team are great; true professionals! I lost my faith in small, sole-proprietor, shops many years ago after many bad experiences. Since then, I went to dealerships exclusively. Well, after purchasing a vehicle from Tall Auto for my daughter I could tell this shop was different. Since then, I have been going to Tall Auto for all my service work. They check every box: honest, have integrity, stand behind their work, professional, responsive, they know what they’re doing. My most recent experience was to have my vehicle coated with NH Oil Undercoating to protect it from the salt and snow this coming winter. Another job well done by Tall Auto.

We recently bought a truck from Josh and Gary at a great price, a out of state friend/ mechanic looked it over and was impressed with how thorough it had been gone through. Shortly after the transmission blew Josh was incredibly professional and insured us it would run perfect and it did! Anyone can sell a car but standing behind it shows integrity, we absolutely buy there again!

I recently bought a 2009 Chevy from Tall Automotive. Great shape, nice and clean and they go right through the whole vehicle. Great price and easy to deal with. Needless to say a month later I had some problems. Josh was at my house within 30 minutes from my phone call to him. Had a tow truck here 20 minutes later. Called me two hours later and told me a valve went. I bought an extended warranty with the vehicle. He told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of it. Had my car back to me in two days. He replaced all the valves with updated valves, gaskets and whatever else to complete the job AT HIS COST. Car is running better than ever. Very happy with my purchase. Brought my wife’s car there to have some work done. They took great care of me, great price and very professional. I found my new mechanic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TALL AUTOMOTIVE.

I’ve been bringing my cars to Josh for years and he’s always been very accommodating. I told him I needed my girlfriends car ready for a trip across country and he was able to get it done within the week (It wasn’t an easy job either). To Gary and Josh of TALL AUTOMOTIVE, Hampstead, NH December, 2019 I just want to give a huge 'shout out' to Gary and Josh at Tall Automotive for making the purchase of our 2009 Audi A3 the BEST USED CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE in my 60 Years! They went out of their way to store the vehicle inside during the 1st major snowstorm of the year until we could return to pick it up after hours even after everyone spent the day clearing a few feet of snow! Josh made a special trip to fill the tank with premium before we left and gave some helpful hints for keeping the car running at its best. Thank you to Gary who went out of his way to give my son and I a ride to Manchester after dropping off our trade-in early before securing financing just so we wouldn't have to drive it home and re-register it before our pick-up date. And "Ralphy" was the best pup company any customer could ask for! I can't say enough for this professional, knowledgeable, and caring family run business.
