Update: I do not recommend this shop, you have been warned. I ran into the same issue that i had after this repair, 1 month later. Commonwealth failed to diagnose this issue correctly. I broke down again and had it towed to a different shop. The new shop diagnosed the same issue and fixed it by replacing the alternator....... Well I tried to support a local garage that I would have given future business to, since I have an older car. However, I was charged $550 for this garage to replace the battery in my car. Since you can pull up to any auto parts store and have your battery and alternator tested for free, I do not see this charge as fair or competitive at all. An hour and a half labor charge to replace a battery totaling $230? Oh and the battery was marked up atleast 100% as well, $274 plus fees. The Advisor, Frank, hurried me thru the check out process because he knew these charges were severely overpriced. Oh and I noticed their billing address was out of state, which means they are probably not too invested in the Milford area. Never again Commonwealth Automotive, you lost a customer. I do not recommend this business.

If you want a company to basically ruin your vehicle, then charge you an absurd bill. And play it off as an inconvenience. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! If I could rate lower, I would.

their pricing is better than DTM for oil changes I was quoted around 140-160 for a synthetic change and Commonwealth was 120, thats a huge difference do now I will use them for my cars needs

Never use this place. They don’t know how to tighten lug nuts. Extremely dangerous work.death is going to happen.

Used to live in Milford NH this place has always been a great place to go for anything you need for your car and also the staff has always been very friendly and always there to help. They want you leaving happy and have what you're looking for. I would absolutely 100% recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area or close by their prices definitely beats VIP prices and you get the most absolute experience everything! Keep up the great work guys!

I had a headlight out no apotment but they fix it right away they are great I will go back again

Today was our first visit to Commonwealth Automotive Center. From the start, the experience was like no other we've had at other repair shops. The reception/waiting area is clean and almost futuristic. Chris, who provided exemplary customer service, shared with us what the diagnostic fee would be and then showed us to the coffee station. While we were waiting, the owner of the company, Darius, came in with his dog Charlie. Friendly dog, friendly owner! Darius brought my wife and I on a tour of the facility. Every piece of equipment they have is brand new. The service area was nearly spotless. You can tell that they take pride in where they work! In the end, we found it was our water pump that was the cause of our troubles. We received a very fair repair quote and will be back in two weeks for the new pump to be installed. All in all, Darius, Chris, and Nick (the lead technician) went out of their way to be warm, welcoming and professional - all at great rates with a smile. I would highly recommend that you visit Darius and his team for any of your automotive repair needs. First class all the way!
