Who'd think that there'd be terrific parts selection and helpful sales people at a chain auto parts store? Let me start by saying that when this was the old VIP Auto Parts, I went into the store perhaps one or two times. Normally I'd frequent a couple of locally-owned parts stores that had a good stock or access to all sorts of oddball stuff. Now that they've been gobbled up, I rarely go there. The other biggie parts stores locally are staffed by human impersonators. Duh... 🤡 I steer clear unless I'm truly desperate. I have two *very* early, highly uncommon cars; I'm not talking Ford model A's or T's here, so I'm endlessly hunting for things that I could possibly mail order, but I need it +now+. O'Reilly's website to the rescue. I either order online or call the store and the parts are available to pickup lightning fast - or they'll order for pickup. When the order says the part will be available at 1:15PM, it's there at 1:15. Now, I have to give stand out props to one employee **HERO** that goes so far beyond what's typical, to help me find just what I'm looking for - that's +GAVIN+. Gavin is not only knowledgable, but is a true gear/motorhead. Super nice guy that knows his stuff. Never tries to rush me when I'm agonizing between several different spark plugs or some off the wall hose or belt that no one would ever need but me. I don't know if all O'Reilly's are like this, or not. This store's a winner in my book.

I prefer online for in store pickup and had made a mistake ordering only one of 2 needed parts. The people working noticed my error and ordered a second one for me to have delivered that day. They saved me a weekend of back and forth trips to get my car fixed.

This review is loooong overdue. I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Milford, NH on the Sunday afternoon of Labor Day. It was a very sunny and hot day. My battery was dead when I went out to my car at home and decided to have it checked at O'Reilly. When I went in to the shop, a gentleman was doing some paperwork and told me the mechanics had left for the day, but put down what he was working on and went outside to my car. Within 10 minutes, he had checked my battery and installed a new one! He couldn't have been nicer or mare patient. The same can be said about the 2 people at the desk. The gentleman who helped me as it turns out, is the owner. He didn't tell me, but his daughter at the desk did. It was very close to closing time, on a long weekend, and hot as blazes outside. The service I received reflected none of that. They were kind, efficient, patient and extremely pleasant! Thank you for the extremely positive and memorable experience. I apologize it took me so long to submit this well deserved review. I'd give you 10 stars if I could!

Some of the guys that work here are very "let's get to the point" and get the he'll out of here. I feel as if they don't like me, because I just try to start a little small talk nongossip conversation, but I receive nothing in return. I ask some of the guys for advice or to find me a certain part and they can't seem to do for whatever excuse they have. I honestly have been trying to take my business elsewhere. I've spent a lot of money at this place, so it's pretty frustrating.

This place is fantastic. If they don't have it, you don't need it.

Usually a great visit here and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have what I need they will get it, or point me in the right direction to get to the right place.

Plenty of parking,good selection if item I needed and friendly service.

Milford has quite a few auto-parts stores and O'Reilly's seems to be the only one who ever has anything I need in stock. The gentlemen at the counter are always willing to help but aren't overbearing. Most of the time I know what I'm looking for and don't like to be treated as a "dumb broad" just because I'm a woman in an auto store. Thanks guys!

Ordered parts online on July 5th order said they would be ready by 10:30am, called at 12:00 because I hadn't received the email, told it wouldn't be until July 6th due to the holiday, since I am working sent my wife to pick up the parts, get a call saying they can't release the parts and the only way is to cancel my order and give me a refund and then sell her the parts, horrible customer service, never again.

The auto parts store is fine, but DO NOT EVER go to VIP.

They were the only auto parts dealer who had the brake pads I needed. And had two different prices. That was just super. And they were open early. So I could have the work done on my car the same day. Thanks Guys

Pretty knowledgeable staff. Good stock of stuff to DIY your auto. I'm not a big fan of the VIP at the same location though. Feels like repairs get extra parts thrown at them. Maybe others have had better experiences...I avoid them.

Was at this store yesterday. I was wondering why there was not a specific transmission fluid I needed on the shelf. A sales rep looked into it and informed me that there was a ford service bulletin about it saying to use a different fluid. He even went a step further and printed it out for me. He was very helpful. Also was in there two weeks prior and received excellent service as well. Thanks

My car died in the Market Basket across the street and the Asst. Manager himself came over to start it, in the rain, free of charge! Also gave me a free checkup and told me exactly what was wrong.

These guys have had stuff that four other auto parts stores in milford haven't had many times... Is now my go to place.

Headlight went out and it was getting close to closing time. I called and the employee was very nice and helpful. He found the bulb I needed and held it for me at the register so I could run in and pay. Always been a pleasant experience at this store.

Purchased the wrong item. Brought it back for an even exchange for the correct one - no problem. EXCEPT because I used a coupon (not for the item but for the total purchase price) they would not do an even exchange but wanted to charge me what was taken off from the coupon. I could understand this if the coupon was for that item but it wasn't. It was for the total cost of the purchase which DID NOT change. I didn't do the exchange as I would have ended up paying more and won't be back. Funny thing is that my husband called me 20 minutes later and asked me to stop at O'Reilly's to pick up some items for him. I did pick them up but at another store. Hope the $2.25 that you wanted to charge me was worth the $20.00 in lost sales.

This location is my go-to auto parts store. Friendly folks good selection good prices

Have a decent selection of parts on hand. Knowledgeable staff.

They are awesome, they went above and beyond to get what I needed and with a smile. I will be driving a little further to shop here then at the closer auto-parts stores.

They always have the "hard to find part". Whenever i go somewhere else they the competition cant find it they give up but these guys always find it. Very knowledgeable staff. Joe always is there to greet me and helps out his employees if they need it. Everyone always has a smile on their face and willing to listen and talk to you. They don't hide behind the counter like the other part stores in the area. Go to these guys first!
