Excellent service. I needed to exchange wiper blades I'd bought less than a day earlier for a different brand. Not only did they handle the exchange seamlessly, but they also offered to install the new blades for me. Highly recommended.

Steven was great! I needed a cabin air filter for my Honda civic. Customer service was quick, and he was very sweet. He even went out of his way to demonstrate the installation and gave me confidence I needed to be able to do this without spending $60 at my mechanic for labor. Thank you Advanced autoparts! Very affordable prices too! Will return for all my future needs. I also wanted to give credit to the guys who helped with my brake fluid probably 8 months ago. (apologies as I forgot the names). They were very kind and polite as well!

Showed up 15 minutes before close and needed a windshield wiper, they told us they had closed the register and refused to let us in

My vehicle was starting slowly. I took it in for a battery test & replacement if necessary at the Milford NH location. Young clerk tested my battery. Two tries as the first “stopped in middle” he claimed. Clerk informed me my battery was fine. No worries. It would probably last another couple YEARS.. The next time I drive the vehicle I’m at a gas station & my car won’t start. Dead! Now I have to sign up for AAA and pay a $125 fee because I need to use the service within 3 days of signing up. AAA tech arrives and checks my battery. It’s dead. Tech replaces battery and I’m on my way. Therefore the incompetence of the Advanced Auto clerk cost me $125. I returned to the Advanced Auto shop to share my situation . The “manager” said that the store clerk had finished the day after my encounter with him and was off to the military. All the manager offered for the failure of his employee was “sorry.” So I wasted a special trip to his shop for assistance Then due to the incompetence of his employee I had to pay an additional $125 for a service I should have received at Advanced Auto. And all he offers is “sorry.” Not good enough. I will NEVER return to this business and I will share my experience with everyone I can. I’m not an automotive specialist. I sought the assistance of an automotive specialist and was failed. Advanced Auto should be accountable for the services they provide or in this case the failed service provided.

There are multiple auto parts stores in Milford. Avoid this location. The two employees were annoyed I interrupted their personal conversation and the older gentleman proceeded to cut me off before I could finish my sentence. Before checking out, I asked for the free instillation of wiper blades. The younger employee said “gee I don’t want to have to climb on your truck; it’s a bit high.” My truck is a normal Dodge Ram 1500. No lift kit. Lazy and rude. Go elsewhere.

Came to get a code read and order any parts, was told he was the only one working and directed my business to autozone . Do better and properly staff your stores. Can't keep employees? Give them a raise. No reason someone should need to run solo.

Prices are lower than others I have checked. Very helpful with any questions you have and will come out to your car to help you with anything you need

I visited the store today to have a check engine code scanned. The staff member was very friendly and as helpful as he could be.

Everyone, including manager were sitting on their cell phones. Got items had to return them twice because "something is up with the computer" and we were given the wrong parts. Went back later and card machines were down so we had to go to AutoZone.

The people working here were all knowledgeable. I was shown every option for the part I was looking for & it wasn't available in stock so they had to order it. Amazingly when they said it would arrive next day by noon, it actually was there just like they said. Definitely my go to auto part store from now on.

Fast, friendly service. Got a new battery for my jeep, new wiper blades, and a battery for my keyless ignition starter. Very pleased with the service and how quickly everything was done. Highly recommend this place

My go to place for auto parts. The guys who work here are always helpful and their app makes part finding and ordering easy. My 1992 F250 keeps me coming back for more.

This is my first "go to" spot for any automotive supplies I need. The service is top notch and the employees are very helpful, even to the point of offering alternative solutions, or recommending other businesses for items or services they don't provide.

Ordered a battery online and one of the employees came outside in the freezing cold to install it for me. Amazing service and super helpful.

Always helpful as the rest. seems that everybody who works there has a relatively at least general knowledge of vehicles and maintenance so they can answer most of the questions and identify parts of pretty quickly and easily

Typical autoparts store, some of the staff know a bit about cars and some are just good at picking out parts. Also be aware that just because the website says something is in stock doesn't mean they actually have it, call before you go.

We had a wonderful experience here this morning! Matt took the best care of our car when we arrived not knowing what the problem with starting up could be. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was safe and ready to drive after a new battery was deemed necessary and replaced! Service was fast, good and done with a smile 😃. This will b our go to for parts for the future!! Thank you Matt, you saved our day 👍😁

Great service and prices, plus they'll check and replace your car's battery and recycle the old one for you (among other services).
