Sunday afternoon my truck axel snapped in Milford NH. Called Kent and he gave me a price and sent the tow truck over 30 minutes later. The guy was super careful with my plow in the front and my wheels were stuck turned to the right, but still the Tow truck was able to to do some transformers movement right in front of my eyes where he lifted the back of my truck up and moved it over little by little pulling it onto the Tow Bed in Neutral. The guy was careful not to damage any part of my truck and talked to me with a smile. Very Professional yet kind.

Best mechanic I've been to not only are their prices outstanding compared to everyone else Ive been to, but they are honest they won't upcharge you or lie about non existent issues.

They drained my oil for free after the last shop put in way too much. Very kind people.

Hard for me to understand the 1star reviews. Our car broke down Sunday evening. We called 5 different services and either they wouldn't help or they would be 2-3 hours to arrive. One of the companies told me to call Kent. He was there in 20 minutes and towed the car and took me and my wife with him. His fee was very reasonable.

These guys are insane for charging $465 for towing car to the impound location just for 5 miles. Government should take action on this company for their greediness and using public emotions to charge as much as they could.

Kent and Kelly have taken care of our family's towing and occasional repair needs since we moved into the area in 1997. I have always found Kent to be responsive, caring, and trustworthy. I am so glad to have this resource even though we have needed it more than I would have liked.

⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️ I can’t thank the owner and his amazing family & crew at Kent’s Towing enough for helping me out when no one else would on a Sunday night. What a TOP NOTCH operation!! I had an emergency situation super quick response time, professionalism, went above and beyond!! Oh and they also have an amazing fleet of beautiful wreckers & rollbacks. Highway robbery!!! This company charges way too much. I have had several cars towed and have never been charged more than 260 dollars and this place is a rip off... They charge my children 465 dollars per car to get out of impound. And I bet they put both cars on 1 truck since they were parked next to each other. According to Google and the laws I found they are charging way to much. What I was charged was what the law says!! Were my children wrong yes they parked where they shouldn't. Totally understandable. They learned a lesson but honestly people this place is so messed up. They charged a overnight fee when the vehicle was picked up 2 hr prior to picking up out of yard. 95 dollars to be parked for less than 2 hrs. Absolutely outrageous. . The owner an absolute trip. He was a smart mouth and said well that's what they charge. Another person that spoke with him regarding these vehicle as well stated the sarcasm in this guy's voice. I will be looking into this. Lawyers if needed!! People deserve justice for being robbed by this company Sorry for all that have precious been robbed from this horrible establishment.

I wasn’t very happy on my experience at Kent’s. I ended up going to Honda in Nashua and had everything redone. I was never told at Kent’s I had to get new tires on my car by the first snowfall. I’ve also never been charged over $80 for an oil change. Kent’s charged me well over $100. I also had work done on my car over at Honda that Kent’s never told me about/ fixed. I had to have transmission fluid exchanged, differential fluid, brake flush, wheel alignment, balancing, tire pressure, and tire rotation all done at Honda this past Friday (9/6) which Kent’s never caught any of that on Thursday (9/5) I’m going back later for more maintenance work during the week at Honda I’m never going to come back to Kent’s.

Have used their service for the past few years. Always happy! Ben is great to work with and John the mechanic is thorough and fair. Would recommend for regular maintenance on your vehicles, oil changes, inspections, etc.

Both times I needed to use their service, Kent was prompt, professional and EXTREMELY patient with me.. because nothing ever goes smoothly in my life.. and their trucks are super pretty AND CLEAN.. if you happen to go in the office during hours you'll see two super awesome dogs brother sister..

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Ken’s Tow Company. Despite my attempts to communicate my situation, they seemed indifferent and proceeded to tow my car a mere three miles, ignoring my pleas to reconsider. To add insult to injury, they then charged me a staggering $465 for the service. This blatant disregard for customer understanding and excessive pricing left me feeling taken advantage of and wishing that the money I reluctantly parted with would sit heavily in their stomachs, a bitter reminder of their lack of empathy and fairness. One of the worst human running business.

My car broke down in the middle of the night. Kent's came and rescued me. They kindly towed my car to the yard and stored it until I was able to get it towed home. They were very polite, professional, and helpful.

my car was towed today. I was told by the Snow people that they would never told my vehicle because it was parked in handicapped. I have chronic kidney disease stage five I was in bed recovering from dialysis and being sick when they told me, I called Kent, the owner, and I explained to him what happened and how sick I was the fee for my vehicle less than a mile away was $465 I beg for a break I explained that that money was for my medication. I am on disability and a fixed income and I really needed a break. He didn’t care. He stated the chargers are same for all people no matter what when I went to get my vehicle even stated that I looked too sick to go get it so he went and got it for me, but he still would not give me a break on a price $465 to drive a vehicle less than a mile I feel is over the top I feel even worse that this man had no compassion and didn’t care that I I’m on a kidney list waiting for a kidney. I paid him his fee. I hope he can live with himself. I would never do business with a man like this

We all know that it sucks when you get your car towed and you got to peel off hundreds of dollars to get it back. I will say this company was fair with me. I just asked if you could help me out a little bit. I was short on the total amount but he did. He stepped up and helped. It wasn't tons but you know just a fact that he did that to me is good business. So I do know it's a tough thing to be in you know but I do know what the end of the day. He's just running a business so I'm happy with the service. He gave me a little bit of a break and it enabled me to get my car back. So thank you guys against and thank you. Ken especially so I appreciate it

They can be your best friend or your worst enemy. I called them through Triple A when I needed my battery charged. They came through. However when I needed a tire changed. They told me I had to have the wheel lock since Triple A didn't cover that (It's like they were trying to get money out of me). And the guy was dangling a cigarette while changing it. Unprofessional. During the wintertime when our property needs to be plowed, they wait like vultures to tow someone (They are most likely getting their orders from the property). I have seen people run out before they hook it up and argue with the driver who is desperate to tow you so they can make money off of you. As I said, they can be your best friend or worst enemy.

i have been involved with Kent Service and Towing for years. I hate to write a bad review "BUT". My vehicle was recently towed for snow removal "definitely my fault". When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle the lady smelled of alcohol and made little sense when we conversed. I paid my bill (more like a fine, over $300 for a 5 minute tow). The tow truck drivers sit like vultures waiting for the clock to strike TOW and then converge with dollar signs in there eyes. I consider this to be fraud. Can you imagine them doing repairs on your car that probably didn't need what they charged you for. In the old days when they checked your oil the attendant would put a little slice in your fan belt and tell you it needed to be replaced. Is the the new Kent's Towing. BEWARE

As a young female, I feel like I get taken advantage of a lot when it comes to my car but finally I didn’t feel that way today! Kent’s fixed some solid mistakes a recent mechanic did to my vehicle and didn’t try to up sell me on anything! Didn’t even take a full day and the pricing was amazing! I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.

Absolutely terrible! Got into a car accident asked for triple A, Kent’s came…. Fire fighters cleaned up the accident, Kent’s took car didn’t tell me where they took it, come to find out it is with them…. Triple a covers free towing, talked to Kent’s to get car back and told me I owe 500$ For a towing, storage fee(has been there less then a day), “admin fee”, and a clean up fee. Owner was absolutely ridiculously rude. Anyone thinking about using them think again…

My passenger side window fell into the door so I brought the car in the same day and they were able to order the required parts and fix the problem within a few hours. Kent, John and Ben were very kind and they worked very fast and efficiently. I highly recommend their business.

Got stuck in the snow. Called AAA and Kent's showed up pretty quickly. The driver went above and beyond getting my vintage Audi out of snow that it should've easily gotten out of by itself. No damage done to my car during the pull. Wish I got the drivers name... I'll have to stop in with some beer $$!!

We slid off the road on a snowy afternoon and called Kent’s to come tow us out. We made the mistake of not asking the charge beforehand, and they charged $250 for a five minute job in the same town. This is just plain robbery and I will never, ever, use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else unless they want to be ripped off.

I never write reviews but this was a horrible experience for my whole family... My husbands truck ran out of fuel. The police called Kent’s even though I had a friend on the way to help my husband. The truck started right up and wasn’t even in the road. Kent’s wouldn’t give us our vehicle. We didn’t feel comfortable with the driver taking a picture of our credit card. I drove out and had cash, they wouldn’t take it and took our truck. I had my infant and toddler and it was zero degrees out. They have no feelings. Made us pay over $400 to get our truck back. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

This review is long overdue. We’ve been using Kents for more than 20 years for various auto repairs and service. Our experience with Kent, Kelly and their team has always been great. They go out of their way to be fair and reasonable, recommending options that are in my best interest — for example, informing us of a recall from a dealer rather than repairing it themselves. The few times we needed a tow, Kent’s was prompt, professional and made it easy for us. The bottom line is I trust them. They’ve earned our trust and our business.

Don't waste your time here when there are plenty of shops in the area. My car died this morning and my insurance had it towed to Kent's. This was my first experience with them, so I gave it a try. They totally brushed me off and wouldn't even look at my car same-day. I felt like I wasn't being listened to on the phone and they didn't seem to care either way. I called my insurance to have my car towed somewhere else right away because I didn't trust these people to help me when I needed it.

Had them tow my car to a garage for storage last fall and they did a fantastic job - fast, polite, professional etc. Decided to use them again in the spring to take my car out of storage and it was like I was dealing with a completely different company. I set up the tow 5 days in advance then called my insurance provider 2 hours prior to set up the tow. I then called Kent's to let them know. The tow was confirmed for 3:30. Then the owner called and cancelled saying they can't make it on time.. No big deal I thought, so I pushed it back a half hour. Then he claimed there was some "issue" with the tow last time and he didn't want to do it. (There were no issues with the tow last time). Then he said it's not worth the $40 or $50 bucks to tow it (even though the towing fee in the fall was $140, and I tipped the driver $20). I tried explaining this but he was being stubborn and kept repeating the same false information. He didn't seem to care that he earned my repeat business 4 months later, and hung up the phone. To sum it up, he was a complete dick to a repeat customer.

Heading south on I-95 near exit 2 in ME on April 28, 2017. Kents Towing flatbed truck hauling large steel pipes, super aggressive and reckless driver gives me the finger for not moving out of his lane fast enough. Then lays on horn and accelerates crossing over into passing lane then cutting back into the lane! I was ready to report him but only a few miles later we were stuck in a huge traffic jam😬. Crazy goon was tailgating folks and making very impatient gestures to folks in front of him. Definitely not a towing service I would feel safe calling!
