The older guy who works at night here needs an attitude adjustment. If you don't like people you probably shouldn't work customer service. If you are that miserable with your job leave. Don't just stay cause you need a paycheck. It's pathetic how miserable customer service employees act now a days..... This older guy should be fired
Four cashier opens, maybe another 4 more workers there doing nothing . I was first in line, one cashier finished , go away, second cashier doing nothing... Maybe discrimination because I can't understand their bad behavior., bad aptitude. When finally one cashier said: I'm going to take your order like I don't want to do it. I said hello, he doesn't answer. I have rentals properties and costumers and service always is first.
Had a problem with my plow truck and they had the parts on hand ready to go. Right before a storm too. First guy I talked to seemed to be having a bad morning. The second gentleman was more pleasant.

I went to get my head light fixed, and Kasey was super helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation that ended up being a little more complicated than expected and did everything that he could to fix my car and help me out. I will definitely be visiting again!!

Graham C is absolutely amazing. He needs a promotion, a raise, SOMETHING. He went out of his way to help me when 2 other auto stores in the area turned me down. It's dark out, getting cold & I needed help with a battery replacement. He was honest to god ready & willing to help. I can't thank him enough.
This location is staffed with the BEST employees! Stopping by one evening this week once the oil light came on in my car. The gentleman that I worked with not only helped me find the parts I needed, but he took the time to help me change the headlights as well. They were so difficult to pull out and put back in, but he still stayed and finished until it was done. Great job and thank you!

My husband owns a niche import vehicle and we were desperately searching for rotors. We had a couple of ideas about what we were looking for but we weren’t 100% sure. One of your employees, Dylan, was a huge help. He was quick, knowledgeable, and polite. He seemed genuinely interested in and enthusiastic about helping us find what we were looking for, which was very much appreciated. :)

Had an issue with my cars AC compressor and immediately got shown the right piece, a great price, and the service was incredible by Rick T. He was absolutely amazing at helping me with everything I needed & was extremely kind and understanding. Without him, me and my kids would still be riding around in the scorching heat. Rick T. The manager at this location is awesome! I went to another autozone and they mistakenly told me that my battery warranty was expired. I then went ahead and purchased a new one. After I visited this location and spoke with Rick I realized the warranty was not expired! He completely understood my situation and made things right with me and then some! This guy deserves a raise.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve received from Tyrone. Parts manager? Whatever. I called last week and asked if I’d have issue returning a part without a receipt. Guy on phone said no.
Tyrone after offering only store credit didn’t like what I told him about calling earlier. He asked me.. I’m confused did you call earlier or last week? Tyrone did your policy change this week to last week? Doesn’t matter when I called. Do better. I think he was training someone too unreal
I went to 6 different parts stores . I was looking for a pair of loaded struts for my 2012 sonata. None of the could find the right part . UNTIL I went to autozone Manchester NH . A girl named Cindi took the time and research the part. She brought out a couple different one's that didn't match . She found a 3rd option and ordered it .with success! I must say I think women are better researching parts. Great job Cindi !!!
Shout out to Mike O, a couple of weeks ago I needed a battery for a car that I was borrowing. His professionalism, and quick working was remarkable. He took care of me right away and even installed the battery before leaving for the day. Such a great employee Autozone has, keep him!!! Thank you again Mike!
Shoutout to John who 100% went above and beyond last night to help me. I came in in an absolute panic that my sander wasn't working due to a fuse/end piece missing and he was PHENOMENAL. He let me try out the part before buying it to make sure it fit and even helped me install it. You have no idea how much stress I was under with snow coming and this made my night. As someone who previously worked in a retail/customer service management role- John is an absolute asset and this store is lucky to have him. Thanks again!
Poor management. Assistant manager refused to assist a customer who had been being assisted by another member when that member disappeared for a long period of time. I watched while this horrible assistant manager kept waiting on other customers a
nd telling the older gentleman who was waiting to finish his order that he could not help him. I stood in line for over 10 minutes watching all of this. When it was my turn. I told the assistant manager he should help the gentleman. He told me he can't expect his place in line to be held indefinitely. What???? Really???
Then, I am told I can not pick up an order for brother-in-law that has already been paid for because I am not him. Even though my brother-in-law asked me to pick it up. He live an hour away.
VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. I will not be returning to this store again. Anywhere else is better than AutoZone.
Oh yeah, and disgruntled assistant manager told all the customers to sell stock, if they have any because the owner was bailing and getting rid of his stock. "Too much of a time drain" WOW.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. One of the staff there (he seemed to be the manager) told me to get in an empty line before I said anything when I first arrived at the store. When I said to him I had a question he didn't bother and instead of answering a quick question of what aisle in the store a certain product was, he said, while walking away, to still get in an empty line and wait for someone to help me. This was ridiculous. It would have taken less than 2 seconds for him to answer what aisle a certain product could be found. I immediately left and easily got what I needed up the street at Harbor Freight at a much cheaper price. They treat customers much better too. I would not recommend AutoZone as they are apparently obnoxious and disrespectful. I was very happy to not spend my money there after that and gladly took my business elsewhere.
Shawn went above and beyond to assist me with the damages of the exterior of my car. He was knowledgeable and got on his hands and knees to even buff out the scratches on my car. It was a night and day difference. Thank you so much Shawn!!!!
