Firestone's auto services are NOT good at all. On March 2025 I brought my 2015 F350 pickup truck to repair the exhaust system and a leak in the cooling system. I paid over $6800. The diagnosis done for the cooling system leak was that it needed a new radiator which was at that time replaced. The leak continued mainly when the outside temperature went below freezing, so I could not show them. I waited until February 6, 2026 when the temperature was below freezing. At this time they told me that the leak was not under warranty because it was not from the rediator but it was from the engine oil cooler hose. I paid $124 for that diagnosis. I decided to not do the repair at Firestone and instead took it to another shop for a second opinion. The other shop diagnosed that the leak was in water pump and not the engine oil cooler. They explained to me that the leak looked to be from the hose because it was landing on the hose itself, but it was leaking from the water pump. What this means is that Firestone misdiagnosed the leak problem twice and lied on how they did the testing and charged me for replacing the radiator which was not leaking and for the second a second diagnosed.
I needed to get an inspection sticker on the car ASAP since it turned out we still have to have them. Anyways, called a bunch of different places trying to get an appointment & every place I called had the same story, it would be at least a few days. Firestone got me in 30 minutes from the time I called & had my car ready & waiting for me by the time my wife & I returned from grabbing lunch. I think the gentleman who took care of us said his name was John. Well, shout out to John & the rest of the team over at Firestone.
My experience was phenomenal from when I walked in till when I left treated with respect, let me know what was going on my vehicle especially John!!!!! Very honest people ther
This place is amazing! I arrived right around closing time with two screws in my rear tire, and they were still so kind and helpful. I’m so grateful they took the time to help me even though they were about to close. Truly great service and wonderful people!
I have been getting my vehicle services done at Firestone Manchester, NH for the past 5yrs. They are really good at keeping cars running in great condition.
I am long-time customer of Firestone Autocare. Took my last car to the location in Mansfield, MA for new tires, and kept going back until I moved up north. After subpar experiences at two other NH locations (I will not disclose which stores since they already think I am a "see-you-next-Tuesday" as one crass technician muttered under their breath all because I spoke up when they literally BROKE my wheel lock and then had the audacity to tell me it was MY responsibility to pay and replace it) Manchester was my last hope to continue servicea from Firestone for my new car. The manager, John, was very understanding, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely glad to keep my business. I will happily drive the extra 20 minutes to this location so I can continue receiving excellent care for my new car. Thank you Firestone in Manchester, NH!
We pulled up to Firestone at 4:30 after blowing out a tire on the highway right before their exit. Elijah and Anthony were super helpful and got us a new tire even though they had to leave a few minutes late. Reasonably priced as well! Thank you so much, definitely recommend!

Great experience with John. Got me in right away. Took care of the new tire I needed due to a bad flat I had. They had me in and out which I appreciated esp with waiting with my newborn. Courtney was great as well going over what my car needed and pricing. 10/10
John and another woman who was working that Saturday were kind enough to take us in for an emergency oil change. They got us in and out within half an hour, even though it was a very busy morning. Both of them were incredibly sweet and helpful, and I’m so grateful they were able to fit us in. It truly made my day so much easier. Thank you so much, John!
What a useless service. Went here to get ONE tire air filled, pressure had dropped slightly low. Senior looking man, glasses, older, said it will take 30 minutes... to fill air... in one tire. This has never happened at a Firestone. Absolute incompetence. Went to the Firestone at the town over, they said, you should never have to wait to get a tire filled, and even knew the guy who didn't provide service and said it was not right. Dodge this place and go to the one nearby.
I came in here complete last minute in desperate need of new tires and I ended up getting squeezed in even though you guys where packed. BIG SHOUT OUT TO ELIJAH SPECIFICALLY!! Such a nice guy, he definitely went out of his way and extended his whole night just to help me… Thank you Firestone

Had trouble removing my tire cap. Elijah got me in quickly and kept me updated the whole time. Found there was corrosion in the valve cap. Had me in and out in no time. Very grateful for everyone
Bought a set of tires at this location years ago, had a slow leak so came in without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. John the store manger was very helpful, great service, highly recommend.
Courtney, wonderful girl. She's so nice and respectful. Super sweet and understanding. Elijah, extremely rude and disrespectful. Very condescending and will laugh and roll his eyes at you. I honestly regret bringing my vehicle to this Firestone. The only good thing that came from this was Courtney was understanding and honest. P.S. It doesn't take hours to swap out tires. Max 45 to an hour, maybe. They also left the air in the tires uneven all the way around the car. We won't be coming back for service or tires. I'll take my business to V.I.P Tires or Pepboy.
Can’t say it enough, John was awesome. He got my van in diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any issues . Even recommend a really good tow company as I live in Vermont and could not get down there. Can’t thank him enough
Elijah was the best most considerate sales and service specialist. He helped me when I was in urgent need of tires he ended up staying open a little late and got me the right tires really helping me out when I needed.
I came in searching for trailer tires as I had lost two on the highway. They didn't have any of the ones I needed, but were more than happy to mount the last spare I had on a rim for me. Great service, they got me back on the road in 30mins flat
The woman at the front desk was so nice and they worked with for putting on a spare tire while I wait until I can purchase a new tire! Fast and easy, highly recommend!
Came in for a diagnostic appointment for few lights on and was treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. They did not try to upsell me for any of the products. Everyone at the store was knowledgeable. Professionalism and great service is what you can expect at this shop! I can't recommend them highly enough.

After spending over 3 hours calling around with no luck, I desperately needed just one tire replaced. When I finally called Firestone, Eliza answered and immediately put me at ease—he was kind, professional, and so calming during a stressful moment. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also got me in right away and took excellent care of me. I’m beyond grateful!

John and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing today 9/3/25. They met my every need, down to a phone charger. I called them after breaking down on the side of the road and they told me to bring it in right away, so I did and they looked at it immediately and diagnosed it in less than an hour. Awesome and kind staff, much appreciated!
Was told 1st there was corrosion on my ecu that could be causing my problem. They scraped it off and same problem. When I picked it up they said there was no corrosion so they were leaning electrical. Brought it to a different shop. It was the spark plugs and coils. They were lost why Firestone said it was the ecu. Runs great now.
Amazing! They got me in and out under 30 minutes. It was a simple fix to what sounded to be very expensive and scary. It was a piece of plastic that needed a zip tie. They did not even charge me for a labor fee! The staff was prompt, professional, and pleasant. The staff members even took the time to educate me on how to find the best tires using a supplemental source. I’m very impressed and will be back again!
This is the best Firestone experience I’ve had. I was the first one in the shop, Gregg Z was helping me and was able to get me the best deal possible on the tire I needed. Thankfully I had the tire protection so it saved me a bit of money. I was in and out really quick: 45 minutes ! I am really impressed and will go back to this location. Everyone was very kind and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet and pleasant. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here.
I needed to replace a part of my car and they charged me to fix a lot of things, but the problem is that they didn't fix it, they charged me dearly for ruining my car. After I got my car back it was having more problems than before, I wish I had never brought my car to this place. I took my car to this place now my car is damaged and I'm out of money I'll probably have to spend more money on a good lawyer to take this company to court, don't fall for this scam, they don't care about your car, they just want your money
