After spending over 3 hours calling around with no luck, I desperately needed just one tire replaced. When I finally called Firestone, Eliza answered and immediately put me at ease—he was kind, professional, and so calming during a stressful moment. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also got me in right away and took excellent care of me. I’m beyond grateful!

John and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing today 9/3/25. They met my every need, down to a phone charger. I called them after breaking down on the side of the road and they told me to bring it in right away, so I did and they looked at it immediately and diagnosed it in less than an hour. Awesome and kind staff, much appreciated!
I’m from two hours away my son had football I got a flat .4 mile from field after calling several places Elijah told me to come on down and stayed after hours to make sure I got a safe new tire to make it home with my family one of my children being disabled! I can’t thank Firestone enough for going above and beyond inviting us in to stay cool making sure we had what we needed to make it home!
Was told 1st there was corrosion on my ecu that could be causing my problem. They scraped it off and same problem. When I picked it up they said there was no corrosion so they were leaning electrical. Brought it to a different shop. It was the spark plugs and coils. They were lost why Firestone said it was the ecu. Runs great now.
Amazing! They got me in and out under 30 minutes. It was a simple fix to what sounded to be very expensive and scary. It was a piece of plastic that needed a zip tie. They did not even charge me for a labor fee! The staff was prompt, professional, and pleasant. The staff members even took the time to educate me on how to find the best tires using a supplemental source. I’m very impressed and will be back again!

So, walking into a mechanic shop usually fills me with the kind of dread you reserve for accidentally liking your ex's mom's Facebook post from 2012. But this Firestone? Forget everything you think you know about car maintenance places! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I'd been wrapped in a warm, fuzzy blanket of competence and kindness. The staff didn't look at me like I had three heads when I asked what a "ball barring" does (turns out, it's pretty important!). Instead, they patiently explained everything in a way that even *I* could understand. And the best part? I didn't feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me! As a woman, it's easy to feel vulnerable in these situations, like you're about to be talked into needing a flux capacitor replacement when all you really needed was a new air freshener. But these guys were straight shooters. They laid out all my options, explained the pros and cons, and let me make my own decisions without any pressure. I'm telling you, it was revolutionary! I've found my forever mechanic! Seriously, folks, skip the stress and head straight to this Firestone in Manchester. You won't regret it!

Service was great i called 30 min. Before closing on a Sunday for a screw in my Tire they got me right in and patched the tire right away. Could ask for a better outcome.
Had oil change today on my diesel at Elm St, Manchester, NH today. Service was completed promptly. I guess I should have checked the invoice before running out. When I got home, I saw $21.99 charge for a vehicle inspection which I didn't request or was asked to perform. In addition the cost of the actual oil is 2.5x the retail cost. I understand that there is a business to run but that's a bit much. Would have been 5 stars except for the charges.
The staff was friendly and trustworthy, the maintenance was quick and reasonably priced. Convenient location. Downfalls: parking lot is too small and the waiting room is not conducive to work from.
This is the best Firestone experience I’ve had. I was the first one in the shop, Gregg Z was helping me and was able to get me the best deal possible on the tire I needed. Thankfully I had the tire protection so it saved me a bit of money. I was in and out really quick: 45 minutes ! I am really impressed and will go back to this location. Everyone was very kind and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet and pleasant. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here.
HI - 5 star review for Elijah Alvarez. Very professional help after a road hazard sliced a 2 inch gash in my daughter's Jeep Compass. No spare and I had to bring the rim/busted tire over. Late on Sunday, Father's Day - he was alone. Made everything super easy. Fixed the tire with the exact tire we needed. Honored the road hazard warranty without any qualms. Elijah made everything happen smooth. Appreciate the people At Firestone MHT. They always treat me fair. I hope you all consider then and that you have the same positive experience I have had. Last weekend, I visited Firestone Complete Auto Care on Elm Street in Manchester, NH, for car maintenance. My experience was excellent, marked by outstanding efficiency, consistent friendliness, and genuine care from the entire team. From arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly checking me in and answering my questions. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice their professional, friendly, and caring demeanor with every customer who walked through the door.

There is an extra charge of 10% of my bill for shop supplies. The rep said this is for shop rags and acetylene gas for the welding torch. I had an alignment done which did not use either of these things. This is just a profit center that is not disclosed on their advertised pricing .
In the 9 months since I've bought a brand new car, Manchester's potholes, construction and road hazards a have wrecked havoc on my tires, but every time I shop around and do my due diligence I end up back at this Firestone.
Every single time they've gone above and beyond for me, helped me out with discounts and prices where they could, and the warranty has been exceptional, service incredibly fast, and no hassle to me at any point. 10/10, recommend every time
Horrible!!!!!!! I asked to have my high beam bulbs replaced seeing I was getting tires so I figured why not have it ready for inspection because they had burnt out. My car model has separate bulbs unfortunately.That didn't happen. They took out my led low beam bulbs when they both were working mind you, replaced them with normal lights and said that one of my led bulbs burnt out. They both worked when the car was dropped off, so how is that!? The manager did refund my money and gave me a free oil change for next time, but I'm never taking my car back. Last time they had lost my key for 2 days, when I called to check on my car I was told it was taken apart and they couldn't figure out the problem. That wasn't the case because they lost the key and never even pulled it in to look at it!
I needed to replace a part of my car and they charged me to fix a lot of things, but the problem is that they didn't fix it, they charged me dearly for ruining my car. After I got my car back it was having more problems than before, I wish I had never brought my car to this place. I took my car to this place now my car is damaged and I'm out of money I'll probably have to spend more money on a good lawyer to take this company to court, don't fall for this scam, they don't care about your car, they just want your money

Brought my 2021 SUV to only get the Check Engine light diagnosed. My appointment was an hour behind. They were actually sending customers home because they were so behind. Anyway. They finally got me my diagnosis and sent me on my way. I had my AC on and the inside of car now smelled like fumes. I got home 4 miles later. Opened my hood and oil was literally misting everywhere. The entire engine area, lower half of windshield covered. Oil on ground in front of my house. They never put the oil cap on. It was nowhere to be found(I wasn't getting an oil change either). I made them call a tow truck and bring it back for cleaning and to make sure the engine wasn't damaged. I never got an apology, just a "this is an inconvenience ahh" like I was the problem. They kept it overnight until 11:30am next day. I had to call them. The underside of hood pad was still covered in oil. The vent still smells of gas like mix when air is on. Total amateurs and unprofessionslism. Also, the front counter employee probably shouldn't be Vaping in main waiting area where customers can see. I would not recommend them.. See pics.
