I have used Battery Plus many times. My most recent visit they were very busy, but my appointment was honored with no hassle and my phone screen repair is perfect. Nice customer service, always friendly and courteous.
Awesome experience… I had a faulty key remote and brought it to Battery Plus in Manchester. The Ram Dealership wanted close to $500 to replace the key. The guys at Battery Plus opened the remote, showed me that some parts beside had become unglued. They repaired the remote for free because it was only labor involved!!
They now have my future business for car batteries, bulbs, etc … Very much appreciated
My battery died at work. I was able to get a jump start. It was 5:30 and they close at 6. Called and said I was 10 minutes away and could I get a battery. They said come right over no problem..battery installed in 5 minutes and saved me from calling emergency services..plus a 3yr warranty..thanks guys!!
Amazing place, they were able to replace my car key fob shell for next to nothing compared to the other quote I had and it was quick too, the guy that helped me was super nice and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend and I'll be going back for any battery needs in the future for sure.
Purchased a 12-Volt battery for my Moped, back on August 30th. I got the Xtreme brand battery, which appears to be the house (stores own brand) battery. It is worth the $115.00. My Moped is very happy. These folks will even discard the old battery for you, at no cost! Great service, great products, nice, clean store! I am happy. I will definitely be back, the next time I need a battery for something!
I was in today to replace batteries in ym key fobs. One is breaking and the asaociate pointed it out amd advised me on where to look for replacement as it may break. They were fast amd helpful even just about giving me the heads up to avoid a pitfall. Thank you! Ill be back!
Truck battery died today got a jump start 50 minutes from home. Drove to batteries plus to get a battery, they had the battery I needed and replaced it in an absolute deluge. Hats off to the fellow who changed it. I told him he didn’t have to but he said it was no problem. Great service!
Having purchased batteries for my vehicles from BATTERIES PLUS in the past, it was a no-brainer when I needed one for my wife's motorcycle. I had her old battery in-hand when I went to pick up the new one I had ordered. Imagine my surprise when the Service Representative at the store informed me that the one I was returning was still under its warranty! In my mind, the last battery I had purchased was for MY motorcycle, not my wife's. The Service Rep then proceeded to refund the purchace price back to the card I had used for the transaction. The entire process in-store was less than 5 minutes. And THIS is why I've been coming to BATTERIES PLUS for many years...
Needed to have my charge port / mic board replaced in my Samsung Galaxy S23 plus. Works great now, and they appear to have done a very good job opening and closing the body of the phone. If I did not know better, I would never have known that the case has been opened. Nice job guys!
Wonderful experience. I went in with a car battery I thought needed replacing and was helped by Mike. Mike checked the battery for me and told me I didn't need a new one and that he would charge it for free. He also explained what this meant for my car problems and repeated it when I didn't understand the first time. Mike was friendly, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond. I needed a new battery for my boat and there are a lot of options with auto parts stores and Amazon. Battery Plus answer my questions and even saved me money with a better battery solution and directed me to purchase online to save money. The store can not do the discounts available online. Not sure why that is but the clerk made it easy
I wish I could recall his name, but the gentleman that assisted me in the Manchester location was absolutely amazing. I picked up a couple 6V batteries to run I n series with my RV, and he took the guesswork out of how to set it up. Also, packed, transported, and loaded the batteries for me to my vehicle. Top notch . Keep up the amazing work.
OMG!!! They do watch batteries!!! Very helpful, communicative, thorough, affordable and fast. I needed a new fob and chip key. I called the local dealership and passed out when they told me the $$$$$. My mechanic told me about Batteries Plus. Best decision I made today.
I always goto batteries plus for my batteries. The other day I went to have my iPhone battery replaced for the first time. Not only was the price great and the service quick but they replaced my cracked screen protector for me free of charge…exceptional
Minutes before close I placed an order online for multiple items to pickup the next day. I was called almost immediately to let me know the bulb I wanted was out of stock, but they would work with me when I came in to find a suitable alternate.
They could have waited until I came in to tell me this, but rather than let the day end, they made the effort to call me before they left for the night.
Had the inside screen protector on my Z Fold 5 replaced and the tech said that there was a blemish in it and he didn't like the result and he would get a new one to replace it if I didn't like it. I said I would take it like it is and if it lifted i would bring it back. Tech was very professional about it and very nice. It lifted the next day so I called back and had them order another screen protector. It took 2½ weeks to get it in, brought the phone back, New tech installed it and brought it out to me and there were 2 specs of dust under the new protector and tried to blame the phone and make excuses for his shoddy work. Never going there again. If I could put negative stars for this tech I would but you can't post if you don't give stars.

I can't say enough about the top-notch service the entire team at Batteries Plus, 464 S. Willow st. Manchester NH, provided today 3/20. I had a phone incident and had a service claim. From my 1st phone call to Ray, to set up my repair, then the team at the store helped with every aspect from updating my claim, securing my personal info on the phone then beat the SLA for the repair, this shop provides A++ service.
Check them out. They do a lot more than just batteries.

Rushed there after work to get there just in time before they closed. I needed to buy a new battery for my quad. I was also telling them I was interested in a UV light which they had one on stock. They showed it to me and I eventually purchased it. Was very happy with their service. A+++
I bought a new battery to replace my 7 year old battery. I got the original battery from battery plus and was still working. Two weeks ago I replaced that battery with a new identical one. Within two weeks it is dead. The Rude sales person told me that there has to be a problem with my truck. The old one was still working, I just wanted a fresh new battery as the other was old. I paid $349.00 for the new one. Supposedly it has a 4 year warranty. Buyer beware

You'll never have to deal with your phone carrier for cell phone repair or batteries again! Batteries+Bulbs not only assessed the entire phone's performance, but all that, and replaced the battery in an hour! I had no worries about leaving all my personal info with them. Excellent.
I needed to replace a key fob and it seemed other than the dealership the choices were limited. I found our local Batteries Plus provided that service and decided to go with them. It was a great decision - I was there yesterday and Mike did a fantastic job programming the new and old ones. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I recommend this store.
Can’t say my experience was amazing. Simple online order for curbside pickup. Informed by email that my order was ready. Went the same day (today) and called to advise I was waiting out front. Order was only partially filled with 2 of 3 items - incorrectly pulled. Rep had to ask my name again - wasn’t listening when I shared my name and asked if he needed my order number - nope but didn’t remember my name. Also had to ask what I was driving - which I had provided when paid online. Took 5 mins or so for him to come out and deliver order to my car. Seems like they just aren’t very smooth with online orders with curbside pickup.
