I visit this store on occasion and they have always been polite and helpful. I purchase a rear windshield wiper for my van and was struggling to install it when an employee came out and offered to help. Within in seconds I was on my way.
Bought a battery, didn’t have the tools to get the job done, and Adrian helped me install it at no charge. Good guys at this store, appreciate the help. Thanks
They need to change the manager is very racist. I bought a light for my car and they gave me the wrong one. I asked him to change it for the correct one and he told me that it cannot be changed. He treated me in an inappropriate manner and was very disrespectful. The next day I went to the other Advance auto store that is on S Willow St and they treated me very well. I explained the case that happened to me at the Advance auto store on Pine St. They told me that he was not correct and they solved the problem. They changed the light for the one I needed and they were kinder.
So if I could give there customer service skills a 0 I would Nate & Ray are the 2 people that don't have customer service skills at all, there return policy should be at there check out or u should be told u can't return electronic parts, and nate good job at lying about the box that was giving to me the same way as I was trying to return it if u looked at ur cameras u would see that u are a lier and should be reppermanded for lying to corporate cause I called u out on ur skills that's why u lied to Corp about the box, I will bring my business to ur competition and be treated like a customer should. To all I wouldn't even bother going to this place u won't be treated like a customer go to O'Reillys in Goffstown on Mast rd way better!!!!
Store hours are until 9pm.. all the lights are on and the doors are locked at 8:30... i seriously needed a part for my car so i can continue driving for uber. And now im going to lose out on rides for the rest of the night. Who ever felt that it was imperative to close early for selfish reasons just completely messed up my night! Thanks a lot!
I recently spoke with Kelly about an issue with my calipers. She showed me how to manage the issue and gave me some advice. I'm glad I spoke with her because I was ready to give up. I took her advice and solved the problem. Very happy with the outcome.

If on the clock I highly recommend speaking with NATE about any of your automotive questions. This particular associate not only saved me money, but was able to give me a recommended solution to my vehicle, the funny part is THIS MAN DIDNT EVEN NEED TO LOOK AT MY CAR TO GIVE THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS!!!!! I would say he knows his stuff! THANKS NATE!!!!!!!
Was able to have Mike help me with a set of plastic fasteners. A plastic guard needed them to be reattached to my SUV’s base near a rear wheel. Thank for your patience and help.
No customers besides myself and the woman behind the counter claims she couldn't come out to test my engine light code. Straight lazy, she was the only counter person, but there were at least 2 other employees inside.
I’ve had my fair share of difficulties with some store employees knowledge today. I had an awesome experience with an extremely knowledgeable name Richard the company should be thankful. They found somebody like him to work. Thank you for your patience and your help.
Richard was very pleasant and helpful. I felt embarrassed that I had an issue opening the oil I had just purchased, and he totally deflected and claimed that it was hard for him as well. Quick in-and-out for unanticipated need and left feeling as though I did business with a friend :-)
I needed a replacement car battery at night shortly before closing. Richard was very helpful in efficiently sourcing the right battery and giving me instructions for how to install it myself. It works great!

When we pick up the pot in hooksett New Hampshire they were very nice to us but the power turned out to be the part my wife brought it back to the new advance Auto on South Willow Street and the lady and then was very rude to her they weren't being very friendly they accused her of bringing back the old pot and that's not true press the men said he was going to exchange the pot for her but she just bought I mean the part and then he changed his mind and him and another worker insulted her and made her feel really bad she was crying they should have been nicer to her it's just a part I only bought it 3 days it might have had a little bit of dirt on it from the engine my engine is it really that clean they were wrong to be mean to her like that that wasn't very nice we buy a lot of part's from advanced auto. I had a really nice man named Richard K. He helped me and even installed my windshield wipers. He was very funny too ! It was very good service and fast too. I would recommend to everyone to shop at Advanced Auto Parts.
I asked Richard for help with new wiper blades. He found the right ones for my car and even installed them for me. What a great employee. I would definitely hire Richard.

The employee Justin (Valley St Manchester NH) was amazing. Super knowledgeable when it comes to any motors really&is looking out for the customer just as much as his drive to make the company a buck. Always a good experience when I've gone into this store. I opened the Milford branch with my first job. Guess they have a special place in my heart for the company. Good people and good prices too!
Terrible!!! I never seen a more pitiful example of customer service. The manager was out back chatting with someone on his personal cell phone while 2 barely trained sales associates attempted to handle the customers they had. All the while the store is filled with people waiting for help. I counted 12 customers not including myself waiting. I called in earlier to ask for a part to be pulled aside and his reply "I can't do that, there's a line of people ahead of you." Then when i finally get to the counter the sales associate didn't know how to do a return. If i hadn't worked there before i wouldn't have been able to do it myself. I still had to ask a manager to put his number in to process my return. And lastly the other sales associate was holding a full on conversation with a customer about football instead of finishing the sale quickly, in order to help the next person. Just terrible. If i could curse them out on here i would.
Good customer service. Friendly environment. Very helpful employees. They help you with everything including installing windshield wipers for free and if one employee can't figure it out, they ask for help with another employee and get it done fast.also they don't want you to leave until they know everything is working great.
I've been getting pots there for years and I find your prices are good and I never have a problem with their products. I believe they're open till 10 at night and that makes it more convenient for some people who might work overtime and can't go there by 9. You can check it out to be sure about the time that they close and I believe they close later on Sunday to which is good.
