went in last week when it was snowing out because my windshield wiper snapped off and my husband was at work. My husband told me to come here and they will help me get the one I need and help me put it on. I stop in at this location and there was one guy in there up front and his name tag said Brandon the assistant manager. I asked him if he could help me find wipers for my car and put one on for me. He looks at me and word for word goes “naw I’m not trying to go out there in this weather and get wet and cold, I don’t have the proper shoes and I have to be here until 9” I didn’t even know how to reply. So then I asked if anyone in the back could help me because I have my kids, it’s a storm and I have no idea how to put this wiper on. He said he will check. So he looks up my car and says any 24in wiper will work. So I go get one and come back and wait there because no one is to be found. A couple mins later he comes back up and saw no one can help me. So I buy the wiper, panicked I went to the other side where they were doing accounts for tires and services and asked an older gentleman to come help me, he dropped everything to come help me. I told my husband about what happened, and he called corporate who said we would be getting a call back and we never got one. I always try to hold off on bad reviews and I try and get it fixed before posting online but it’s a struggle to get companies to even care how their employees are acting. We won’t be back ever again. It’s ridiculous as an assistant manager and A PART OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION. I only needed one this time but he almost didn’t bother telling me my wipers are 2 different sizes one is 24 not both. Terrible.

I am really disappointed that I had to leave a one star review as I have used VIP tire services before with no problem. Today I had made a appointment to get a nail patched out of my tire... 20 minutes late I get a call saying they can not patch the tire (fine) but I not I need to replace TWO front tires, including the one with no problem...and suggested that I also get back tires (around $900 for a Hyundai Elantra) .... I said I'd talk to my husband and walked back to the shop. When I got to the front desk I asked the man, how does a $40.00 patch job turn into a $900.00 up sell of four brand new tires!? His response is I could just buy one (the one with the nail in it) even though I was told, not even 5 minutes prior on the phone that I HAD to buy the front two, that you CAN NOT just buy one. I don't know if their sales are really low and they just are looking for an easy target (I do not know much about cars) but shame on you guys. Not the way to do business, stinks I will never ever recommend or go to this business again. Buyer beware!

Yesterday I purchased windshield wipers for my car. When I entered the business, there was a woman working the counter, two men behind the tire counter, and another guy in the back that she was talking to, but I never saw. After purchasing the blades ($50!!) I asked if someone could help me put them on (I am 68 years old, and disabled) and the woman told me no, she was the only one there. That was a bald faced lie, there were at least 3 others working inside that building. Tell me no, tell me you don't want to, but DO NOT lie to me. And yes, I know you aren't paid to do this, I always tip, but in all my years, I have never been refused help with this, and certainly never been told a bald faced lie. I will never return to this store... Or O'Reilly's period

If you want help, do not talk to the old grouchy woman very disrespectful has an attitude. Jennifer It's pretty bad when children notice and ask you when you leave the store. Don't try to ask a question.

I’d go anywhere but here. The kid at the counter with the beard wearing his hood inside couldn’t have been any less helpful.

Oregon, South Carolina and here in New Hampshire this business has been clutch for my car, truck and now Harley Davidson. 99% of the parts I needed or direction to where I can find it and the most consistently helpful staff I have encountered. Cheaper cost for the motorcycle parts than the local official Harley dealer. I will be a customer for life.

Thought I had a nail in my tire and made an appointment same day. Turns out the tire was ok. My car had told me a day earlier my key-fob battery was low. The nice worker at the desk swapped it out for me. . Also a worker that I saw in the parking lot was awesome enough to fill my tires for the winter. I will definitely go back.

We went here to have a puncture repaired. These guys didn't just plug it, they patched it from the inside, rebalanced the tire, checked the pressure in all the tires, and packed the spare and everything nearly back in the trunk. Professional, fast, fair priced. When I need to replace all 4 of these tires in a month, I will seriously consider these guys based on this experience.

I came in to the store and got help from Cory. I was looking to replace my rear wiper and he took time to walk me over to find the correct wiper blade and then explained to the cashier what I was needing to replace the entire arm. Got the part ordered for me and was extremely helpful. He was welcoming, courteous and overall a delight to work with. The other employees were also very friendly and easy to work with.

None of the employees were wearing masks, yet they felt the need to ask me to wear one. I'm not sure the logic in this. This review is being left because of the black lady that felt the need to ask me to wear one when she wouldn't. Next time lead by example!

This was this past Summer. So because I got stuck at work and had an appointment in the "sister" store VIP for an oil change (which I provide the oil and filter at a discounted price), I have to send my wife. I have her to to O'Reilly's first for the filter, a basic Fram for her Lexus IS250. The manager (Gary) informs her they don't have the Fram for her vehicle in stock, but they have the Wix brand - at 2x the price. She calls me from the register and I don't pick up because I am away from my desk at work. So she buys the Wix because she has an oil change appointment imminent. Minutes later I see the missed call and call her back and she informs me about having to purchase the Wix. So while she is still waiting at VIP for the oil change, I tell her to go back over to O'Reilly's and look for Fram oil filter part # CH10158. She calls me back saying she found 2 on the shelf. I have her go back to the counter and put Gary on the line. He is MIA, but the "fill-in" clerk double-checking my wife has the correct filter looks it up on his computer and says she is correct and is "not sure" why the manager didn't see there were two on hand. Sounds to me like SOMEONE named Gary tried to pull one on a nieve middle aged Lexus driving woman huh folks? I'll never be back there. Be aware of UPSELL'S ON LOWER PRICED PARTS people!

After Monroe Muffler had me schedule an appointment and show up 2 hours later, only to find out that my truck was too heavy for their vehicle lift, I called VIP and they did my inspection right away. If they have any space available, they will squeeze you in, these people are awesome. I have yet to be to a VIP/O'Reilly that I did not like.

Extremely helpful, I came in looking to buy a code reader and the employee helping me just let me use the super expensive one behind the counter. He then referred me to a shop that could fix my problem. Great experience

I like a lot of people, have been very neglectful of my car battery. This winter I had issues with starting my car. So I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts Manchester. They were very helpful particularly one guy named Don. He helped me for probably over an hour wrestling my old car battery out and putting in the new one. It's customer service like this that will keep me coming back.

After paying for the items upfront, they were not able to have the parts in stock on schedule as assured. Apparently the manager was advised by the clerk and he was ok with it. Worst thing, when I complained I was mocked by the clerk, so much for “the customer is always right”. Unprofessional to say the least. I ended up going at advance auto parts.

While driving south on I-89S to Providence, I became concerned when a dashboard sensor light came on. I drove to the O'Reilly store in Hooksett, NH, to ask an employee to check for an oil leak. I happened upon the store manager, a young man named Everett. Everett was nice and very willing to assist me. He quickly ruled out a leak, and was able to determine the problem lay with a couple of malfunctioning sensors. He printed a diagnostic to hand over to my mechanic in WRJ, VT. I highly recommend this store and hope O'Reilly corporate appreciates Everett for the valuable company asset that I think he is.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT try to return any UNused tool. The manager will tell you they never sold it. I have a receipt in my car that shows it was sold there. Nope won't return it. Hate it! Stay away!
