I was very impressed with this dealership, I called to see if they still had the car I saw online, and they did. When we arrived the car was in front warming up. Belinda was my salesperson she was so easy to deal with super friendly and not pushy at all. Belinda was knowledgeable about the car, answered all our questions. The finance manager Becky was friendly and very easy to deal with also. Drove home same day with my 2026 Explorer Tremor. By far this was the best car shopping experience I have had.

Hands down the best of the best! Great place and all around great staff of people! Connor, Mark and Becky were so helpful and so kind. Easy, quick and smooth purchase!!! Went about an hour to this place just because of how great they are, worth it! If you’re thinking of buying, just go there!

Mark did an excellent job walking me through the vehicle configuration I wanted, offering thoughtful suggestions that helped refine my choices. He and the team at Hillsboro Ford went above and beyond by locating a truck at another dealer that closely matched what I was looking for and arranging a dealer swap so I could take delivery much sooner than expected. The Finance staff also made the process smooth by coordinating the loan through my credit union without any issues. When I arrived, my 2026 F‑250 was clean, prepared, and ready to go. Overall, the entire experience was efficient, professional, and very much appreciated.

Amazing service! I just had a really great experience at the service department. The starter that we had replaced one year ago had just started to give us a little trouble. It went to get serviced at Hillsboro Ford and they found it was the starter, that was still under a two year warranty, that was the problem. Kudos to them for repairing it , free of charge. I went to Hillsboro Ford not expecting to purchase anything. I was walking the lot and a young man named Connor, came to help me out. He knew everything about Super Duty's, including all of the bodies that Hillsboro Ford supplies, and puts on themselves with their body shop! I didn't know that Connor was the Sales Manager until the end of my visit there. Humble young men don't exist like this anymore! Lol. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle. Stop at Hillsboro Ford. They are low pressure, a 3rd generation family owned and operated business. I can't stress enough how easy, and also surprisingly fun it was to purchase a vehicle. Almost addicting.. lol. Excellent experience at Hillsboro Ford. Fair pricing, on time and straightforward transaction on a new maverick at Hillsboro. Much of the transaction took place remotely / over the phone, something that two larger dealears failed to deliver. All the staff were friendly and professional, including sales rep Mark, sales manager Christian, and business manager Rebecca. As a bonus, the owner stopped by and introduced himself. I highly recommend this dealership.

After mixed results at other Ford dealership service departments, I have been taking my family's Fords to Hillsboro for the past 10+ years and remain completely satisfied with their excellent and prompt work and professionalism, from start to finish. Recently, my daughter's 2013 Escape (owned since new, now has 217K miles on the odometer) was experiencing issues with the ABS and traction control systems and we really needed to get it assessed and repaired as quickly as possible. Hillsboro Ford Service took it in without an appointment (it helps to have a great relationship with whomever services your car), assessed the problem (wheel sensor) and had it repaired and back on the road the next day for a very fair (and much lower than expected) price. Another outstanding experience. Leanne (Service Manager) and Eric (Service Writer) deserve special recognition, as usual. Hillsboro Ford is the place to take your car for excellent service.

Connor was very sweet to work with young, but a very understanding soul to my situation. We have been a part of this dealership as a family for upwards to fifteen years, with no issues. I was told that if I felt something was off with my current trade that I could bring it back at anytime. And to this point, he has upheld his word. They were very reassuring with my trade in offer for my old car and he helped me remove some of the upside down loan. Picked up another vehicle from Hillsboro Ford today. The 2024 Bronco Wildtrack we ordered finally arrived and it looked fantastic. Connor and Deejay were great to work with again and the ordering/buying experience was great. Becky in finance was wonderful and the detailing job done to get the Bronco ready to go was amazing. Putting the red bow on the hood was a nice touch. Felt like Christmas had come early 😊. I would Highly recommend Hillsboro Ford to anyone looking to buy a Ford Vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about their products, treat you like family from the moment you walk in and follow up with you after you hit the road in your new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership. Rarely do I write reviews but this one is well deserved. From start to finish and even after my purchase I was treated like family. This dealer is one of the few that aren't price gouging or making massive "market adjustments" on vehicles. This and the wonderful people there are why I made a 9-hour trip from Pennsylvania to buy a vehicle in New Hampshire. I ended up getting stuck there an extra day due to a delay on my bank's end. I was given recommendations on the best places to see and eat at. It ended up being an excellent adventure. All the staff could not have been any more kind. The finance manager Becky deserves a raise because she treated us like she had known us her whole life. The dealership has been family-owned for generations and there's a reason it's still around today. I would make the 9-hour trip again to buy my next vehicle before I went to any of my local Ford dealers.
