The team there is top notch. Showed up day after Christmas and explained my problem and luckily they had the part in stock and they replaced it and got me on my way . Been going there since the 90s and don't want to go anywhere else . The best in the Biz.
my muffler was about to fall off of our one family vehicle, every shop was booked and no one could get me in for a quick weld, so i decided to drive around town. didn't have to drive far, livingston's was my first stop and after hearing what was going on, they pulled another vehicle out and mine in on the spot and took great care of me. what a blessing. i believe one of the two men who did the work was dave, and i couldn't thank em enough. great quick work at a fair price. <3
Recently brought my 2017 Toyota Corolla for a broken defrost & AC. As a female, I’m very weary of auto shops and being taken advantage of. Dave could not have been more knowledgeable, honest & professional. Unfortunately, the issue was more extensive than either of us knew before he could service it. Dave was able to thoroughly walk me through everything that was wrong and what it would need at the dealership. I was very impressed, $100 to diagnose it well spent ! Would highly recommend & use again !

Honest, knowledgeable, kind and friendly people. I couldn’t recommend them more! When you walk in you’ll be greeted by a happy black lab and friendly staff. The showroom is well done and clean. The real prices are on the machine so no wondering what the “out the door price” will be. The sales and delivery service was amazing. I recently had service done and they went above and beyond to make sure my new Sportsman 450 was running in tip top shape. They’ve earned my full trust and I will be a life long customer. Livingston style service and care is rare these days, but they are outstanding.
Never thought I would have to give a bad review for a local family owned business, here we are. Spent $1000 last fall to have the driveline in my RZR redone, u-joints, a yoke, & carrier bearing. Fast forward to now and I’ve driven the machine 190 miles since all that work, verified by receipt last year, and carrier bearing failed. I dropped the machine off, asking them if they think Polaris would warranty the OEM part they used, they agreed to try. Polaris decided not to stand behind their product because it’s been 8-9 months. Regardless of mileage, which is wild to me. Livingstons decided not to stand behind the parts they use either and called to tell me it would be $400 to fix this “new” carrier bearing. I declined the service & said I’d pick machine up. Mind you everytime they reached out they were more worried about the mud in & on my machine…mud tires, aftermarket arms…it flings mud everywhere. Welcome to selling/servicing sxs. They said they’d have to charge to clean it before they looked at it. I go to pick up machine & get told it’s $100 cleaning fee, usually more but discounted. So all in all, they don’t stand behind their work, yes companies cheap out on parts and the new bad bearing isn’t their fault…what is their fault is not doing anything to help me after charging $1000 for all the work 190 miles ago. I would of gladly paid the $98 for part if they offered free labor…sucks to suck but that’s how good business is done. Not like this happens often, doubt standing behind this fluke problem would of caused them to sell any of their own toys. Photos attached of said $100 cleaning job…and receipt more concerned about “swamping” it.
By far this is the best dealership I've ever experienced great family run business bought three new four wheelers from them this Saturday it was is the most seamless easiest purchase we've ever made. Thank you again.

Sam helped us today and went above and beyond to take care of us. I run a small engine repair shop in Missouri and they had a discontinued part that we needed yesterday. Sam took the time to get it to UPS right before they closed so we could get it next day. We could not have made our deadline with out her. This place is top notch, they care about their customers and go the extra mile and it shows. I highly recommend you do business with them!!

Alright so if you own a sxs listen up !! I own a 2020 Polaris general xp4 1000 absolutely hands down amazing rig. Now I’ve had some issues with a company prior to that I won’t mention but I’ve had some on going issues that just weren’t getting taken care by this company. So I brought it to Livingstons in Hillsborough and they got right to it. They figured it out and got it fixed right away test drove it and even offered to drop it off after washing it and going thru the whole machine to make sure it was all ready to go. I’m telling you best service I’ve ever had would absolutely recommend starting with these guys and girls. The lady’s in the office are Awsome as well after this experience I will go no where else and there also a Polaris dealer it’s a win win check them out or keep wasting money else where 👍
Only went briefly for a part, they have 2 locations across the street from each other a really nice show room with a good selection of toys to choose from and parts galore not to mention the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable
Needed an exhaust repair, welding necessary. Car was in the shop and done when it was supposed to be, price was very fair and repair looks solid! Saved us from buying a new exhaust system this year! Much appreciated service and I would go there again!

The parts counter guy had a world of knowledge and my kiddos eyes started flowing. Place is amazing. They sell parts brand new and have many many parts in stock. You want snowmobile anything? They have you covered! Helmets gloves belts. Have an old sled about to be junk. They have a whole yard of parts. If you ask nicely they'll even let you look around and find your own. Went I to the apparel shop. They have it all. We will be back again. Keep.uo the good work guys, place is great!

I really wanted to post a good review about this place, however after purchasing a vintage sled online, Livingston Artic Cat recommended a horrible delivery person named Adam Leubner. Adam charged me an outrageous amount to deliver my machine that was supposed to be trailered the entire delivery to avoid any issues of damage or theft. Needless to say, Adam Leubner decided to cut corners and throw my vintage sled in the back of his truck, at which point the windshield flew off and shattered on his portion of the delivery. Then Adam passed my damaged sled off to another guy named Rob Raiche, who crammed my vintage and now damaged sled in a undersized U-Haul box trailer with a 1/4 of the front of it hanging out the back of the trailer and then proceeded to pass it off to his 80 year old father in-law for the final leg of the delivery to my address. I then had to wrench my machine out of the undersized U-Haul trailer, by myself since the guy who showed up was 80. When I called Sam at Livingston to notify her of the situation she seemed concerned and acted like she was going to help me locate another windshield & told me they wouldn't use Adams services again. However Adam called me a few days later to berate and belittle me for telling Livingstons about my experience with him and proceeded to notify me that it didn't help my cause because he was still the preferred delivery guy and after several attempts to reconnect with Sam, I have not heard anything back in several weeks regarding the windshield or my horrible experience with their delivery company. Buyer Beware. DO NOT use this guy! You will be overcharged & WILL NOT receive your sled in good condition. I have purchased numerous items online that required a delivery service and this was by far my WORST experince I have had, and have now been left with a damaged vintage sled to figure out how to replace and repair the nearly impossible to find equipment myself.

I called about info on Trailers & received a call back ( not knowing it was from one of the business owners) about a specific model Trailer & Color, that they just so happened to have at their lot. Steve was very polite and helpful over the phone and 2 days later when I met him & some of his "Polite & Extremely Helpful" employees, I knew I made the right choice choosing Livingstons to purchase the Trailer I needed!
Believe me, I did my homework & spoke to Dealers all over New England and I'm very happy that I choose Livingstons to do business with.

Being new to the area took my vehicle in for inspection, attempted to be friendly with the staff and could not even get them to say hello. After over an hour wait time, left and realized they had put the wrong month sticker on went back to have it changed and it took another 30 minutes. So guess I fail to see the courteous service, I won't be back and don't recommend them either.
Love love this Livingston's great place to buy artic cat snowmobiles parts and clothing. Friendly atmosphere and they are most helpful in what you need very knowledgeable.
