The ladies at this store are by far the best parts people i have ever dealt with in my 65 yrs...they are knowledgeable and so very helpful in locating what I need...
They have an excellent variety of car parts always on hand while other auto parts stores cannot compete with their warehouse size and often need things shipped to them which can delay your projects by days.
I needed brakes, caliper assembly and rotors, and I really needed to find them TODAY. I called up and they figured out exactly which parts I needed, had them in stock. They got them all ready for me, rolled them out to the car and loaded them in. What more could any person possibly ask for! Such excellent service! Thank you!
I had to go into Sanel's today for some wiper blades. When I walked in all 3 employees were not wearing masks, didn't even have one near them. I was definitely wearing one as I'm an asthmatic and have lupus so if I get it I will end up in the hospital and that's not where I want to be. The one positive was one of the employees did put the windshield wiper on my truck for me which was very much appreciated.
Whats a great store with a great team. If they don't have the part they csn get it same day from their local warehouse. Us Boyz at New England Dieselz love this place. Forst stop for all our automotive needs. Keep on doing what you guys are doing!!!
Was looking for a spare part, and the employees were very knowledgeable when I phoned them. I drove over and was shocked to see that NONE of the sales associates were wearing masks despite the state-wide mandate and us being at the height of the pandemic. ALL of the customers in the store wore masks. I turned around and found the same part on Amazon half price. Wasted an hour's drive. I'm not giving my money to people who obviously don't value my health. Please keep everyone safe.
The people at the counter always seem annoyed to be at work and even more bitter if they have to look up a part I only go to to Napa in hillsborough NH as a last resort
Needed to purchase new battery they helped me with removal and installation of new battery. Great and fast service. plus no additional fee for taking old battery as in Rhode Island..
The guy who runs the place Gary is a champ he will take care of you and give you the best price he can—Even if you don’t have an account with them he will give you good pricing unlike the other locations
I was referred to this business by a local auto repair shop: "They have the gas cap you need, and they will even put it on for you". Well, not only did I have to wait for quite a while before someone helped me; he watched me come in the door. I had this strong feeling that the parts man was very annoyed that I interrupted him with whatever he was doing. Very unfriendly service. When I asked him if he could help me with removing the old gas cap, he refused. Fortunately there are plenty of other businesses who deserve my business.
