In my friends search for T- rods for a truck. We contacted every local auto parts store. Not just searching for this item but to do price comparison. In the 03431 area the cost started at $180 & only increased from there. O'Reilly Auto Parts had the part for about $80. Absolutely worth the 30-minute ride. The ride was pleasant and it was very easy to locate & see O'Reilly's as I approached the business. Obviously informing O'Reilly Auto Parts of my location in the travel time they held the part for 2 hours. On the road we made a check-in phone call to O'Reilly's letting them know we were on our way and at what point in the trip we were at. Over the phone the employees were absolutely amazing, extremely helpful & very friendly. The service inside the store was extremely efficient. The staff was knowledgeable, very friendly & The checkout process was very fast. We were in & out of this store in less than 5 minutes!

Stopped in at the nearest O’reillys is Hillsborough NH. Bill Josselyn was not only kind enough to spend over 30 mins to find the right part but spent even more time helping us tighten the tires to ensure they were safe. He helped us for an hour if not more. Now everything is safe to continue our journey home. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day when you didn’t have to. This is proof good people still exist in this world.
This happened a week ago, I posted this review to VIP tires instead of to O'Reilly's.
My wife's car needed a new battery, she had to be jumped started and was over an hour away from home.
I decide to call VIP/O'Reilly to see about a battery and possible install of said product (used to be if you bought a product at VIP, they'd install it for nothing).
The initial call was fine, a young woman answered and directed my inquiry to parts.
The parts man didn't really sound like he want to deal with a phone call that day. I gave him the specifics of the vehicle I needed to battery for and he looks a battery that was $199.98 (around that) and I double checked to make sure that was the cheapest they had at that time (no I wasn't looking for a deal), I wanted/needed to get a battery.
I then inquired on if they installed them and he informed me that yes, it was done by VIP and there would be a charge on top of that $200 price for the battery. I asked "this IS VIP right?" He said "no we're O'Reilly, we just share the building and are different businesses." I said "I thought that if I bought something regardless, there wouldn't be a charge for an install." He said "not anymore I guess." I said "well thanks anyway" and was hung up on. This is why there is a 2 star review, poor customer service and not even a double check of the other services that could be possibly accommodated. When someone is in a bind and about to possibly spend $200 in your business, you may want to see what could be done for other services, I wasn't looking for a deal, I wasn't happy with the treatment (or lack there of) of the situation.
I bought 2 wiper blades that 'allegedly' would fit my Tahoe.
Bill was super personable & very knowledgeable.
Check out was fast & efficient.
I attempted to swap my blades out, but, was unable to complete
the mission.
None of the 'universal' adapters
were correct for my Tahoe.
Today, I returned to the store to
obtain the correct wipers.
Bill recognized me immediately
& located the correct wipers.
He accompanied me to my Tahoe
& swapped out the wipers.
Mission accomplished.
I am limited on this review to 5 stars.
Bill deserves 10 stars for his
outstanding customer service.
I recommend a pay raise.
Vip tire is the Worst auto shop I have been to ! They failed my state inspection for my tires. 1st shock: it's a tire shop. 2nd shock: they were the ones who put my tires on last summer. He even said, 'Ya, I see you have 45k miles on them. They're rated for 60k.' Made no offer to make it right; didn't even try. Then he goes on to tell me I need new brakes. That's pretty good, being I put them on last summer after they changed my tires. Needless to say, I will never be going back here. I would never recommend anyone to go here.
They were so kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were on vacation in New Hampshire when we had a flat tire. We were so lucky to find them to service us. If I could rate higher than 4 stars I would.
Had a hard time finding a 12mm allen ANYWHERE. Called a bunch of places before i called O’reilly in Hillsboro. Cassie answered and found what i needed right away. Had it waiting for me when i got there and helped with a few other parts as well. A true asset to the store and company. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Her attributes are the reason i do business with companies with loyalty. Thank you Cassie!
I've been going to the Goffstown location since it opened about ten years ago. I've had a commercial account there for well over s decsde. Ben and his staff where amazing. The newer manager is horrible. I bought a new shop in Hillsboro and now have been using that store for over a year. Steve and his crew are amazing. Take note Goffstown store!
The guys stepped up to the challenge when I needed to put a couple of batteries in series. They went out of their way to look up a cable but also offered ideas with the current cables on hand. Thanks guys.
In my opinion this is the best auto parts store I have done business with.
The parts sales team is great.
They take the time to insure that you get the correct part for your vehicle, they also explain the warranties and the different prices by different manufacturers to insure that your project fits into your budget.
Bill is my favorite parts guy, this man has gone above and beyond to help me, he has looked at my truck in thier parking lot and then recommended what I should replace 1st as I am on a budget and didn't have enough to buy all the parts at once.
Bill was dead on with his recommendations which resolved the main issue I had. In my opinion he saved my truck from further costly damage and prevented a serious steering failure.
I can not thank this man enough for all his experience, patience and understanding.
Customer care like this is the reason I will only buy my parts from this store.

This location has really great customer service. I've stopped in to grab a range of things from a car battery to windshield wipers and air fresheners. My oil change and state inspection with VIP went smoothly as well.
My car broke down close by on July 4th weekend while driving through. The manager here was amazing and took me in despite being fully booked already. He didn’t want me to be stranded. Awesome place, awesome guys!!
Just your ordinary oriellys. Good counter service, good attitudes from the employees, items in shop are a little expensive, but given the area they're in, along with the fact that it's generally oriellys, itll be a given that things are a little more expensive. Other wise, run of the mill auto parts / service shop.
Called and talked to Cody asking for rear caliper, said yup have one in stalk. Asked him to pull it and I was on my way, 50 min drive I get there and he hadn't pulled it no idea why I had a core in my hand starts looking it up again as he's telling the kid behind him "i just don't care today". Then proceeds to tell me he can't find it and has to order one. Awful experience and awful place to deal with... very poor customer service.
I came here for windshield wipers. I didn't want a receipt and wouldn't you know it, I had a defective wiper. Luckily the guy who sold it to me replaced the defective product... and this time I took a receipt. I appreciate the confidence in me and the service I received.
Bought 4 winter tires and had them mounted and an alignment. Staff was very helpful. Tires offered are midway price-range. The waiting area is set to the side, quiet, needed to be cleaned the night before as the trash can and common area were full at 9am it may have been from the 1-1/2 hours the shop was open but unlikely. I came in from the he service area. The bays were clean and restroom clean.
Early August my husband needed a part for his truck. The guy at the Hillsboro, NH store said his internet was done but he called around to help find the part as close to there as possible. Very helpful! Found the part in Goffstown and they were just as helpful. We went back to the one in Hillsboro NH on 8/25/19 to get a battery for my key fob. Lori was exceptionally helpful. She took the fobs apart for us and replaced the batteries! They earned a good review.
Tim was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable on VW's and fantastic customer service skills. I trust him with helping me find parts I need for any type of vehicle. Thanks Tim and all the great employees at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Was there to purchase some motor oil. Paid for it. Had to ask for a bag and bagged it my self. The guy waiting on me never looked up or even tried to help me bag. Not very happy with this place
I understand parts stores are busy yes but I stood in line of 4 customers and got up to counter with my oils for 2 vehicles and was requesting filters, well the parts guy gave me the numbers for me to go to the back isle of the store to get them. No biggie but I come back to the counter in less than a minute and parts guy was helping someone else. So I waited a second and figured it will be quick but then the customer had the wrong oil so parts guy goes to the back to get his oil while im standing there. I said screw this place and walked out. I will never go to o'reilly in Hillsboro again! Place is so ass backwards.
