I went in to get my $ back on my battery exchange and some wipers. Andy was so nice and extremely helpful. He couldn't accept a tip. So I really want to make sure he gets credit where credit is due. In a time where everyone is quick to complain about everything he deserves a major shout out! If you never worked retail, you have zero clue what employees go through.... be patient and kind, it costs nothing. Thank you so much Andy!!!!

I recently bought my 80 yr-old mom some new windshield wipers from Autozone for Christmas. I didn't feel confident installing them properly myself so my mom swung by the store. We purchased two batteries ( two different vehicles) in less then a week- Aiden assistance us with one and several days later Eve for the 2nd - Great service from both employees! They both were extremely helpful, polite, and provided great service - A++ . We actually brought a neighbors car that needed a battery 6 mo (?) prior and was assisted by a young man called Cameron- He was also great.

A year or two ago I had a bad experience with dismissive employees, including one who told me "no your car doesnt have an ac drain just take it to a mechanic" Since then I have returned and had no bad events, and they have been very helpful and kind. I assume that man has been let go or just isng around.

5 stars only because you don't offer 10! My battery died last night, leaving me stranded. I managed to get a jump this morning and drove straight to AutoZone. Aiden was quick to ask how he could help me. Being reliant on only my Social Security income, I was afraid of what a new battery would cost me. He gave me good advice and after the sale, he swapped it out for me. He noticed that I was out of coolant and after I purchased it, he took care of that, too. I can't thank him enough for coming to the aid of a little old senior citizen. THANK YOU!

I was returning oil that I got because it was the wrong one but the day time shift guy that checked me out didnt give me a receipt but instead gave me a promotional receipt for points and I didnt know until I came back at night to return the oil and you need a reciept with the date on it but I didnt have it a guy named Kaleb S. helped me get my money back and fix what that other guy forgot to do, Thank you!

My daughter and I came in for a check engine diagnostic, and we were greeted immediately by an employee who was very friendly and helpful. The associate that helped us with the check engine issue was really kind and had good customer service. Thank you !!!

Caleb was amazing when we stopped in today to buy windshield wipers for my daughter's car.. during a snow storm! Caleb asked us what our price range was, then found ones that fit her Subaru, took off the old ones, and put the new ones on. He said that's all he'd been doing since he'd walked in the door this morning, and I definitely appreciate it after having bought the wrong ones at Walmart before that & having to return them. Saturday 12/14/24 I rolled in deep with a dead battery. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I left that place with everything I needed to get moving again! Very friendly staff and absolutely great service.

I have visited AutoZone twice this week. The service was excellent! The sales team went above and beyond my expectations. They were understaffed as most businesses are these days. I was extremely impressed with how they made the time to help me. We need to start appreciating the businesses that still offer service with a small workforce. Thank you AutoZone! It’s the people that work there that really make a difference.

The helpful men and women at this location helped get me back on the road with a new pair of headlights for those ever darker winter nights. I'm very thankful to those who installed the lights free of charge, I would have been stuck myself trying to get them connected. I'll always come back for the small maintenance items my car needs. :)

I’ve had good experiences there before, but today was not that good. The two young kids that were working they were very confused. The tall kid constantly referred to me as boss. I’m 64 year-old man and I expect to be treated with a little more respect than that From a kid. If you want to keep your customer, treat them with a little bit of respect.

I had the most outstanding experience at this store today! Rick the store manger was polite, patient and very helpful. He took time out of his day help me troubleshoot the issue with my car while continuing to provide customer service to others as they came in. When it was all said and done we resolved the problem and I was on my way home as a happy customer. Thank your for the excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be back in the future and will be telling my friends about today.

Wow, exceptional service today! Let me continue... I needed a new battery for my car, which is designed very poorly for battery removal/replacement. Karl helped me select the correct battery and took the time(a long time--no fault of his!) to remove the old battery and put the new one in. He took the time to get it done right and was very appreciative of MY patience. Thanks to Karl and his boss for getting my car running again! Yes, the whole thing sucked but good attitudes prevailed and I am grateful.
