Running board was stuck open on my Expedition Platinum Max from salt and sand from winter roads. The service department was fast and efficient with fixing it rather than saying I needed unnecessary parts or repairs. I have always had great experience with the dealership and service department with repairs , recalls or basic service. There is a nice comfortable waiting area, internet beverages and snacks. I would recommend NUCAR FORD in Lebanon NH.

Went to pick up our new F350 after waiting over a week for it to be ready out of the shop. They were inconsistent with telling us when it would be ready for pickup or drop off. We arrived today at the dealership, looked at the truck one last time after shop work was done to it. Two GAPING holes in the truck bed a loose falling apart tailgate as if something hit it. Told the salesperson inside we weren’t taking the truck and gave us the biggest attitude. This was Aiden at Lebanon nucar. Very disrespectful.

Had a great experience with the crew there. I have now bought two vehicles and its been the best experience I have had. Shout out to Abigail! She was great.

Your team was spot on and quick. They worked with Endurance but my claim was denied. Doesn't cover thermostat or hose repairs. No worries.

My sales person was fine. I scheduled an under coat for my new F150. I dropped it off at 7:30 am for the service. They said it woul be ready the next morning. When I dropped it off and was waiting for my ride I received a text my appointment was canceled. I went to the service desk and pointed this out. They said it was normal and there would be no problem. Next morning no call so I call at 10. Wait on hold until sales picks up. They tell me they know who to ask and they would call back. Close to 11 I drive there to see what’s up and got a call saying sorry the spray guns broke and they couldn’t preform the service. I arrive ask if I can pick it up and they say yes and hand me the keys. I walk out and find they parked it with the window down through a snow storm. Already a couple hours late for work I called to talk to the GM. He didn’t answer. I left a message. I waited for a call back for a week. Didn’t get one. Called back left another message. It’s a week later and the actual manager of this dealership is just as bad as his crew. Just know this dealership is awful after the sale.

Abigail was wonderful and very easy to work with. She was not pushy at all. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. The entire process was very quick and effortless.

While we were disappointed that getting the car we wanted took longer than expected, ultimately we were/are so very pleased. It's beautiful to look at and to drive. And seeing as we are two old ladies it will probably be the last car we get, a good choice and you fellows did a great job. Thanks so very much!!!

Showed up without an appointment because battery was failing. Not only did I get a new battery, but got an oil change and tire rotation, as well. Great service.

Awful, Awful, Awful. My vehicle went in for a driver side heated seat issue, which they fixed, but in doing so caused a code for the airbags to go off, so you would think they’d fix it then and there, or maybe give my Fiancée and grandmother who took the truck there a loaner? Wrong, the service manager John instead told her she’d have to bring it back another day. When my Fiancée refused because the ford app quite literally told us that the vehicle was unsafe to drive without a working airbag, The “Service Manager” told her to walk home, home being 60 plus miles away. Don’t come here for your service needs unless you plan on bringing the vehicle there weekly. On the flip side, sales and the general manager were very understanding and helpful and ended up making things right… after 6 hours of waiting they gave them a loaner vehicle! much to the dismay of the service manager that is. Not my first bad experience with Him, from my chipped windshield months ago that happened while the truck was in there care, to this now. Very Very bad service, and no attempts to make things right from Him.

Nice people, no pressure, very easy to work with, and was able to come to an agreeable price for my trade in.

I am a believer in reviews, as they do help folks in their decisions. We visited Nucar Ford in Lebanon looking for a new F350 and I can honestly say that their team was great. Nick our sales guy was great. Was very friendly & energetic (even canceled his lunch order for us) we are the kind of folks that don’t beat around the bush, put your best foot forward and let’s get this done. I will say the sales manager did just that. From start to finish the whole crew in the sales Department was easy going, prompt and straightforward and I would recommend checking them out for your next vehicle. Thank you guys for helping me with my purchase of a new F350. Look forward to the future.

Nucar was great to work with when I found a ‘24 Bronco online at their other dealership in Plymouth. The vehicle was transferred over to Lebanon quickly and I’ve been a proud Bronco owner ever since! The only reason for four stars instead of five is that I never received the spare key fob in the mail two+ months after my purchase ?

I had a great experience. Abigail was a wonderful sales person extremely helpful. They made the process easy and quick and were able to get into the price range that I needed. Abigail even delivered my new truck so I could drop off my rental car and not be stuck without a ride.

Went in for some service work under a brand new extended warranty on a truck I purchased used-private sale. I expected to get the runaround since I didn’t buy the truck or warranty there. Instead I got everything addressed. The parts came in early, Mark called to see if they could get it that day and sent someone to pick it up. The tech was super thorough and identified and repaired things that I didn’t even know were a problem. A great experience with Mark (unfortunately I could not find the technicians name on the invoice). A great experience overall! Keep up the good work.

Nucar Ford is amazing! Took my Husband's car in yesterday for a strange noise that had us concerned. They fit it in without an appointment and got it back to us next day. Not only that but everything was covered under warranty! Thank you to Mark and Hunter in the service department for always taking good care of our Fords!

I waited too long to get winter tires on my new truck so I called Nucar of Lebanon and they were able to order tires, get them studded and on my truck all in 24hrs! What a lifesaver! I drove (carefully with white knuckles) through a snowstorm to get to the dealership…and I drove home with ease when I left! A big thank you to the folks at Ford or Lebanon!

Tate and Larry were amazing. I did most of the deal via text which made my life much easier. They procured the vehicles I needed and made the whole process extremely smooth. There was another gentleman also who did our paperwork who was also great. Over all very pleased. As a person who gets new vehicles about every two years, this was one of if not the smoothest.

One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I have bought more than 8 vehicles and this was by far the worst. Communication was terrible. It took over 24 hrs for the so called manager to call me after I wanted to move forward with a Ford Bronco. When he did he mentioned a problem with verifying proof of residency. This could have all been handled much better if it had not taken over 24 hrs to get back to me. Extremely frustrating and they lost a potential repeat customer for their lack of communication

I was very happy with the entire purchasing process for an F-150 at Nucar. Jackson was extremely helpful, as was the entire staff at Nucar. Several days after I got the truck home, UPS pulled up with an Overnight Mailer containing the second set of keys he promised to look for. Nucar comes highly recommended and will continue to do business there.

I was looking at a few Broncos throughout New England, and was choosing to make my purchase at either Hanover Ford OR Nucar- Nucar easily blew it out of the park. They were not pushy like Hanover, they sent me photos/videos of the Bronco, and were extremely easy to work with. They communicated as efficiently as possible, and again- made this seamless. I've been doing business with this establishment for 28 years, long before they became NuCar Ford. They have always treated me right, and being under new management is no different. Nice group of people. The same salesman has sold me my last two cars. I get great service if I need something fixed or just an oil change or my tires swapped for the change of season. They have new and used cars and trucks. I won't get my cars any place else. They offer a valet service and will pick up your car for you and bring it back when it's done, which is perfect for me. Very friendly. Thanks for taking such great care of me and my car!!

Great customer service!!!!!! Our salesman, Tate met us with a smile and a hand shake. I called before going there, and Tate had the car I was interested in out front waiting for me to test drive it when I got there. Tate went over all the records and maintenence history on the vehicle I was interested in. It was nice to see it had been serviced very recently, as well as the tires had been replaced. Once I was approved, Tate brought the car to be cleaned before I took my new car home. The finance department was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Justin did not take long to get an approval for us. I was at the dealership less than 2 hrs, and I drove away in my new car. I am very impressed, as well as satisfied with the overall experience I had at Nucar Ford of Lebanon. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Highly recommend doing business with this dealership. I stopped by Lebanon Ford because my key fell apart. Not even joking, it was an old key. I was greeted by the sales manager, really nice guy, and he directed me to the parts department. Parts had the key! I was in luck. And even better luck, service squeezed me in right there to work on the car. I was blown away by the service. Job was fast, they got me in, price was great, and treated me really well. All the things you want in a car dealership. Trustworthy and dependable. Like a ford should be.
