Over priced. Staff is rude. Needed a common special tool. Their website said they had several in stock. They did not, but I was told that if I paid $10.0n for a $12.00 tool they could have it in a week. No thanks.
Chris was great! I came in after a set of wipers from another parts store broke off and scratched my windshield and he found me the best blades in my budget. Thank you!
Chris replaced the AGM battery for us when the current battery was dying, i.e. 6 years old and 12.2 resting voltage. Although it was getting dark outside and getting cold, Chris got it done with no hesitation. He was receptive, knowledgeable and thorough. He checked the condition of the old battery and the new one was in the car promptly. Thank you !!!

My daughter (while I am far out of State) was helped by Chris in this OReilly's close to closing time, and he went waaaay above & beyond to help and saved her from a desperately bad situation with her old Audi. I'm subscribed to Vice Grip Garage & Junkyard Digs on YT, so I've seen O'Reilly's employees providing great customer service many times on those channels, but after Chris stepped up tonight for my daughter, I'm proud to say that O'Reilly's has my business for life!
Standard O'Reilly's experience - every party you can possibly need, but in a crowded environment. This one had a puppy that was learning new people were okay. :-)
If you need parts for your rig definitely stop over to O'riellys and speak to Steve. Steve has renewed my faith in customer service. He was very helpful and had a smile on his face when I walked up to the counter... rare these days.
Staff are always courteous and polite. When I need something quick, I always check here first. Get your hydraulic hoses made here - it’s half the price of the competition, and they hold much better hours & offer a good veterans discount. Great Atmosphere. The parking lot is a little wonky at first, but that’s not a reflection of the store. If they served beer I’d go broke here.
Very helpful staff and friendly. I'm always intimidated in places like this, and these folks were all kind and welcoming. Even in the middle of what was clearly a big, busy inventory of the store.

I’ve placed multiple orders (10-12) online to pick up in the store, not once have they emailed me to let me know it was ready to pick up. But it is usually at the store, just not ready. The Plymouth NH store is a much better store, but too much gas to get there.
Not the same since O'Reilly's bought out Bond Auto. Staff member I dealt with was not shy about the dislike for their job.
Quoted me hydraulic hoses that cost more than the OEM hoses from the Fisher dealer. Didn't make sense to me.
Stopped by for a motorcycle battery. Riley was fantastic to work with. He didn't just sell me a battery, he problem solved and diagnosed my problem, and got me the product I needed at a fair price.
He was working hard juggling customers while being under staffed, but treated everyone with great service. Would recommend this store to anyone based on this interaction.
