We operate a kids' summer camp nearby and have relied on Belletetes for years for lumber and other building needs. They are helpful, friendly, and efficient. Just today I needed extra help and Keith got me the information I needed right away. They make our projects easier.
Good selection of quality lumber but expensive. I purchased 12' and 16' PT 1x6 deck boards and each piece was $4 more than my local lumber yard. That adds up quick when building a deck! I also purchased 1 piece of trim and nearly went bankrupt
We worked with Belletetes when we needed to replace three sliders thanks to rotting frames. Keith Towles is their windows and doors expert, and he really is an expert. He is also patient, meticulous, thorough, non-pushy, and a genuinely nice guy to work with. We had several rounds of e-mails back and forth as we honed in on options, and his replies were always speedy and absolutely on point with the right information. There are few service encounters these days that leave you feeling just thoroughly happy about the whole experience. We bought Marvin fiberglass sliders, did a fare amount of comparison shopping in the NH area, and Belletetes' prices were the lowest of all the quotes we obtained. Best prices for excellent service. I just had to write a review! [We used our own installer, so can't comment on any installation services offered by Belletetes.]
The gentleman in the lumber area went above and beyond to help me safely load my trellis. He was super nice. I'll come back for all my lumber needs because of the great customer service!
The man that helped us in the lumber barn both times was very personable while still practicing social distancing. I didn't catch his name but he was great. The whole staff here is always hands on, and friendly.
Every piece of lumber they delivered was flawless. At the big boxes, I have to sort and reject 50% of the material. A&B is always very helpful and the prices are competitive.
I have dealt with a lot of lumber yards over the years and by far they are the best. Reasonable prices and Great service. Receive deliveries on time and all of my orders correct Very friendly place to deal with.
