Walked out to my garage to find a puddle of some type of fluid. It was hard to tell what it was with all of the slush and water on my garage floor. We had moved here from southern NH a couple of years ago and were looking for a reliable auto repair shop with friendly people. Having tried a couple of other shops in the area with no satisfaction at all we were recommended to Burns Automotive by some friends. I called and spoke with Matt and he told me to bring the vehicle in the next morning. Matt and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and advised the required parts wouldn’t be in for a couple of days. The parts arrived early and repairs were completed the next day. I would highly recommend Burns Automotive and will be returning for all of our auto repairs and maintenance

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they took me in right away and got me back on the road safely. The whole team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I needed a state inspection and asked Burns if they could fit me in because I needed to go out of state for the death of a family member. They found a spot for me and when they said I needed my breaks done they fit me in the same day, so I wouldn't be delayed too much. I can't thank them enough for their caring and understanding.
My car battery drained down and wouldn't start without an external charge. Burns Automotive scheduled an appointment, diagnosed and replaced the battery early the next day. The receptionist was cheerful and polite. Altogether a good job!
Best Auto Shop Experience in 20 YearS! Mike the owner is a Great guy! I interacted with almost the entire team—from my first call with Jess to driving away with my repaired car 3 hours later, everyone was kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. The receptionists were incredibly sweet, and I even got to meet two of the mechanics—both super respectful and so helpful, also again, genuine dudes. I came in hot with an urgent issue and These guys made time for me on a Friday afternoon, knowing I had to move to Boston the next Day. In the end I didn’t flinch at the price because the service was so excellent. If you’re in the Lakes Region, this is the place to go. My brother-in-law and brothers in laws trust them with all their vehicles. You should too!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Burns Automotive Service. A+++ in every category. Matt and his crew have done an amazing job going through our vehicles for a private golf course. A thorough inspection on all our vehicles and explanation for any work/repairs that would need to be performed. Then there is Jess... exceeds all expectations! Jess has the office and scheduling at a level I have not experienced before. Matt and his team can be trusted to take great care of my vehicles. I recently replaced brakes on my Toyota RAV and purchased new tires for my GMC Sierra. Honest, quick service. Jess, who hold down the fort, even after just having a baby! is is a pleasure to work with. I never have a problem getting an appointment and my car is always done that day.. I get reminders of what service is needed just as I would with a the dealership and Burns Automotive is always less expensive and right in Town. Matt is keeping my Honda with over 400,000 miles going! I can't thank you enough.
I had a starter replaced back in December. They did the job quickly and went the extra step to inspect my vehicle (didn't even ask them to). They let me know if would pass as soon as I drive it for a bit, because they had to disconnect the battery while replacing the starter. Planning to go back to have more work done on my car.
Such an easy process. Scheduled for car inspection and they were ready for me on time. Was told 45 min and done in 30. Staff was extremely courteous. Waiting area is one of the nicest for an auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. Will return for future visits as needed.
Burns Automotive did a fantastic job on our F350 Truck that lost it's brakes 5 miles from the Fryeburg Fair. Jess coordinated and was able to get us an immediate slot on the schedule, Matt diagnosed quickly as well as going through the entire truck to check for issues. We had our truck back up and running well before the end of the Fair. Burns Automotive turned our vacation disaster into a WIN! Can't thank the team at Burns Auto enough. We broke down and were towed there by AAA. Burns wasn't told we were coming. They of course had a very full schedule. Jess and Matt came out to speak with us. Evaluated the problem and were able to order the part and get us back on the road that day, They may not always be able to do that, but what it proves is that they will always do all they can to help. Burns Auto went above and beyond and we thank them and recommend them highly!!!!!

Always have a great experience at Burns Automotive. I have had my oil changed, brakes replaced and new tires put on. Jess has always been extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Very happy with Burns!!
These guys know what they are doing. They were able to complete a wheel bearings job (and oil change) on my Audi a6 with no problem, they use quality parts, and are cheaper than most alternatives. What is the biggest differentiator here is that they are an upstanding business with the highest level of integrity. The oil drain plug on my vehicle was not fully resealed (harmless mistake) and when I noticed some leaking oil, they swiftly took care of it by replacing the oil and plug, reimbursing my oil change cost, and even volunteered to spend the extra $200 to replace the felt splash shield under my car - which honestly was not needed. There was never even a pause by Matt, the owner, to completely rectify the issue. The gist of my review is, after having my vehicles serviced here multiple times, they know what they are doing across all repairs and you can rest assured you're dealing with real, good people.
Jess and the crew are great!! They had me in and out in a timely manner!! They performed an oil and filter change as well as mounting and balancing 4 new Cooper tires on my 2014 GMC Sierra. She rides like new again!! Extremely satisfied with Burns Automotive and highly recommend them!!
