I discovered NEAT a couple of years ago when faced with a serious rust issue with my 2008 RAV4. I have sentimental attachment to this car as it was my dad's and he is no longer with us. Kyle managed to address the rust issue (he reconstructed a rocker panel!) and he has kept me on the road ever since with both minor and major repairs due to the age of this vehicle. Their workmanship is exceptional and both he and Bob truly care about their customers. I'll be heading in next week for tire and TPM replacements, then next month for annual undercoating prior to the start of winter. I highly recommend NEAT for all your repair and maintenance needs!
I booked undercoating for my truck. They had the lowest prices this side of the lake. It was easy to book over the phone. I ended up calling back for a state inspection, got right in and had a very short wait time. There's a little area you can sit and wait. Will be using them again!
These guys are the best we were heading to go camping one tire blew out and shredded . We called them they came right away went above and beyond to help us they got us a new tire and put in on . . Highly recommend them... great service and pleasant we are now Happy Campers
After having multiple issues discussed with the folks at New England Auto & Truck, I've been so pleased with their knowledge, attitude and willingness to work with me!
New England Autu and Truck did a rotation on my truck. 5 weeks later, the front rim is destroyed as well as the lug nuts and studs.
It cost me over 1200.00 to fix their mistake.
I called them and they refuse to accept any liability.
My mechanic said they were absolutely at fault.

Seems like a good shop. Lots of younger, enthusiastic mechanics that look like they know what they are doing. Only 4/5 stars as yet because we are just starting to get to know them. And they have a body shop, too.

Professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and fair service - These guys will tell you exactly what you need and not up-charge or add unnecessary labor/parts. I have a foreign car that is not easy to work on or find service for - these guys really know their stuff! I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else! Just discovered this place! Had a state inspection and oil change. They treat you with kindness and respect. I agree with all of the other positive reviews here on Google. I plan to be a loyal customer. They must treat their employees very well - everyone has such a positive demeanor.
Very honest & helpful. My vehicle had a concern due to a recall, and they provided me all the details about it and didn't charge me anything for diagnostics.
A few months back I had the best experience I have ever had when taking my car to be checked for new brakes. Everyone I came in contact with was so genuine. Kyle and Bob listened to my concerns and checked my entire car. Everything turned out to be just fine and they didn’t charge me a dime.

These guys are the most reliable, respectful, and honest car mechanics I have had the pleasure of working with. They offered their on-site rental car when I experienced some car trouble almost an hour away from home. They updated me throughout the process with maintenance that had to be done. Though a minor problem, it was one I caused myself and as a woman who has never felt comfortable walking into any auto body shop before without being scoffed at or judged, they were kind, understanding, and helped me laugh about it on my way out. And oh yeah, the shop pup was just another wonderful perk.
