This is an efficient and friendly transfer station. The staff is friendly and helpful. But if you like to find cool stuff at your local dump, then this place is the GREATEST!!!
The best run outfit I’ve seen. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything clean and well organized. Every government operation in the country should visit and take notes.
Ken, the manager, was fantastic! It was our first time there so he took time to show us around and explain the layout and rules/regs of his very well organized and maintained facility. Top notch small town transfer station and single stream recycling center!! Greg K
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the new guy, Jim, he saw an elderly man have a hard time walking & he ran right over to dump the man's household trash. That is not a common thing but with his mask and gloves he helped that man before he fell & got embarrassed then disinfectant be before he went to the next task
Even during these unprecedented times, the transfer station goes above and beyond their duties. The crew is helpful, friendly, and organized with getting people through in the quickest time possible. Thanks for all that you do!
Very helpful and hardworking staff, great views, and they even have a mini-library inside to drop off or get books (I believe it is free, but I am not sure). They have dirt you can shovel and take home for gardening or anything really, and they have bins for protecting trash from wildlife. Very interesting and fun place.
