The process was fast and they were able to work with me to accelerate the sale. However I recommend taking a bit more time with this dealer and ensuring you review everything thoroughly. I negotiated the elimination of certain fees. When it came time to finalize purchase, I noticed the fees were still included. When I flagged this, I was told not to worry and that the fees would be ultimately removed by the finance team before filing the loan. The fees were not removed and would never have been had I not carefully re-reviewed all documents after purchase. Now that I've flagged it they are making it right; however rather than directly refunding the fees they will take a few days to cut a check to me. Not sure when it will arrive. Overall felt pretty shady. My salesperson also took my phone to set up the Ford app and, while holding the phone, wrote and posted a 5 star review on my behalf. I deleted it later. Very weird and might be why they have such good reviews. I would not purchase from them again.

We just purchased a OuterBanks Bronco. After searching Ford inventory we found what we were looking for at Irwin Ford, I made contact through their site and made an appointment to see and road test it. We were met by Grace and she demoed the vehicle and after a road test we sat down to make a deal. Grace provided excellent customer service and vehicle knowledge with our questions. We were able to work it out and took delivery the next day. The delivery and paperwork process with the business office was delayed an hour to start but we got it done. Keep in mind the Dealership has a lot going on in a small space for 2 carlines but their employees handle these constraints well. Coming from the Auto Dealership Business for over 40 years I can appreciate the Irwin process to get things done in a small facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Irwin Ford in Laconia, NH. From start to finish, their mechanical service has been absolutely top-notch—efficient, reliable, and clearly done with care. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in, the team has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly. My experiences there have always been excellent, but what truly stands out is the personal care I’ve received from Ed Withrow, the Service Manager. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met—he’s even taken the time to help me on his day off, which speaks volumes about his dedication. The mechanical service is reliable, the customer service is outstanding, and thanks to Ed’s personal touch, I always leave feeling confident and valued. Irwin Ford has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We just bought a new Transit 250 from Irwin and took delivery yesterday. Although the price was great, communication was not. We are at least an hour away and had to come up and sign paperwork which they said would be ready before we arrived. When we arrived, we waited at least an hour and a half because nothing was ready. We scheduled delivery for yesterday and they tried to deliver the van to the wrong address. When I spoke to them to voice my frustrations I was brushed off with “things happen”. Hopefully others don’t have the same experience.

My husband and I traveled 4 hours from NY to look at a Highlander and met with Nicole Richardson a saleswoman there. Prior to meeting her she was communicating with us concerning the vehicle we were interested in and even on Thanksgiving day. She answered all our questions about the car and felt like we made the right decision to travel that far for a car we hadn’t seen. When we got on site she had the car next to the front door and warmed up for a test drive. She is very professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented and trustworthy. She made us feel comfortable and helped us out with some of my paperwork for the car I was trading in. We will recommend Nicole and your dealership for future purchases. Anyone looking for a trustworthy Sales person go see Nicole Richardson.

I dropped it off Thursday night for a morning recall fix. I was told it would take an hour. I called, no answer, so I left a message. I called back and they said that the app was down. Said I needed a battery for $440.00. I said I'm not pay that amount. Dillon said he would call by 4 to 4:30 Friday. I never got a call. I called Saturday to see how the recall was going. They said Ford does not work on cars on Saturdays. That would have been nice to know before the weekend without a car. So I said keep it until recall is fixed. I had to wait until Monday around 2 p.m. to pick it up. When I got there, they said the power steering was not working. I said that's BS. That's not why I sent it here! You will fix it. They said I needed a battery. I said I'm not paying $440.00 for a battery and it's been here since Thursday night for 1 recall fix. I think it was the service manager who came to me and I said I'll only have to pay for the battery and they will fix the issue. I will NEVER return there. They seem have a hard time understanding time and cost and communication.

Bought my new F-150 from Grace. It was an easy and smooth process. We looked all over New England and ironically then best price was in our back yard. It was interesting to hear other dealerships tell me they couldn’t compete with Irwin’s advertised price. I highly recommend keeping an eye on Irwin’s deals.

I have bought my last two ford explorer ST models from Irwin. I love the vehicle! My experience with this most recent sale was made smooth, efficient and personal all because of Nicole in sales. She was upbeat, friendly, warm and inviting, all the things you would not expect while buying a car. I would send anyone looking for a car to Irwin, not only was the service great, but the vehicles are well priced. Go see Nicole in sales!

I ordered my new Ranger 4x4 the first week of April, 2025. Somehow I was fortunate to get connected with Steve Pouliot. Steve is an expert when it comes to Ford trucks. He gave me a very nice price reduction from the MSRP I obtained when I built my truck at the Ford website. Steve was honest about the delivery time. He said, "Tim, it's going to be 17 weeks." Sure enough, that's how long it took, but it was worth the wait. Be sure to have Steve help you with your financing and sign all the loan papers at the dealership. Ask Steve the best way to smoke brisket. When you buy from Steve, I'd sure appreciate it if you'd mention my name. Say, "Steve, Tim Carter, the Ask the Builder guy, said to deal with you, and you alone!" If you don't mention my name, you might not get the super deal I received from Steve. BTW, I shopped the price Steve gave me at NUCAR in Tilton. They wouldn't budge off the MSRP. Don't waste your time going to NUCAR, in my opinion. I had to have the driver's seat repaired after a month. The service went well. I loved the complimentary pickup/delivery option such that I didn't have to drive to/from the dealership. I could stay home and be more productive. Thanks, IRWIN Ford for treating customers like family.

From the first contact with Adel Mohammed the process was smooth and quick. Adel made sure everything I wanted was available in the truck i selected. He also made sure all the paperwork was complete so that when I sat down with Brian the final paperwork process was less that 10 minutes. Adel went over everything in the truck with me, including hooking up my phone to Ford Pass and demonstrated how it all worked together. Super easy transaction! Rich, our salesman, was honest, upfront, and communicative. Everything about the process was smooth and straightforward. They had the best prices I could find anywhere in New England. We texted and talked by phone over two days while he patiently answered all my questions about the different trucks they had in stock. Tip: I highly recommend visiting dealers near you first so you can get familiar with reading window stickers and comparing options on your chosen vehicle before buying online. All the local dealers “warned” me that prices like this were a bait and switch tactic. Turns out they were wrong. I gave them the option of matching Irwin’s prices and they couldn’t. One wouldn’t even talk numbers until I confirmed that Irwin’s wasn’t for real. Their loss! We drove three hours each way with a check for the exact amount we’d agreed on. This was hands down the busiest dealership I’ve ever stepped into. We waited a little while for them to finish detailing the truck, then the paperwork took just 10 minutes. We did find two small defects in the backseat area, a scratch and a small puncture hole on the door panels, but the manager immediately offered to either fix them later or provide something else of fair value. Since coming back would be a hassle, they agreed with a handshake to send us all-weather mats instead, which we wanted anyway, and we drove off. We’re expecting the title and mats in the next few weeks and will update this review if anything goes sideways, but so far this has been an excellent experience. No games, no surprise fees. This is how every car purchase should be. Highly recommend. Thank you

Just purchased a 2024 Bronco Badlands from Irwin Ford. I previously had a 2017 F150 Lariat that I had serviced regularly @ Irwin, (Shout out to Ed & the Service crew! Top Notch 5 Star service!).
