Nicole was amazing! I walked in the doors at 6pm after work, unsure if I would be making a purchase or not. After a test drive of the 2021 Bronco Sport, I was in love. She stayed until after 8pm to help me finance my first car while also helping me navigate all the hoops of insurance and banking. From the first time we walked into Irwin location and we were welcome with friendly personnel in a Saturday afternoon after a long drive from MA they had some food and snacks that we were not expecting very nice touch. We had just excellence from Nicole from day one at the end we end up with a New Toyota Cruiser thank you to Nicole R. Also Sam (finance Manager) and the transparency no surprises from Irwin Automotive. I wish I knew them before so I don’t have to shop around!!! Definitely we I’ll visit them again ;) When we thought we were ready to go, then Nicole handle over the keys and helped us to install, configured and explain the Toyota app. Love It!!!

Seamus was FAST and AMAZING! He gave us the best experience we’ve ever had at any dealership! We walked in without an appointment and he saw us and asked us what we were looking for and we told him. We were test driving in 5 minutes loved the 2020 Explorer and when we came back in it only took 2 hours for the paperwork to be drawn up and signed. We plan to go back for all our next vehicles.

I am giving the full 5 stars because Nicole R was our sales person and she was fantastic. I initially dealt with Louisa who was disgustingly rude to me via text, and deserves 0 stars, she also told me the car I was interested in had a transmission problem and wasn’t for sale. Thankfully one of the managers called me and set me up with Nicole who found that the car I wanted actually didn’t have a transmission problem and could be sold. She was very pleasant to work with and made the process easy. I would highly recommend asking for her if you’re in the market to buy a car.

My salesperson Nicole was great! Hope she is there whenI buy my next vehicle. Just got. 26 Landcruiser for a great price. Also the service department had to switch my wheels and tires off my trade and they were very attentive and quick to solve programming for sensors. Sales = 5 stars - Service = 4 stars. (would have given service 5 stars if they programmed sensors at time of sale, I had to travel back 4 hours roundtrip for that)

I bought an Audi Q7 from their used car inventory about 2 weeks ago. I was VERY pleased with the entire process. My salesperson, Keith Osowski was very pleasant to work with. He was responsive, respectful and I never felt pressured. He also accomodated a request I had that other dealers were not as receptive to. The whole process was what car buying should be. Easy. No pressure. Car was very farily priced. Great communication. Painless process to finalize the documents - no high pressure sales tactics for aftermarket stuff like extended warranties and undercoatings.. they were available... just not pushed down your throat. This is probably the 10th car I've bought in my life and easily in my top 3 for the overall expereince. Go see them with confidence you have a good dealer looking to make the process easy and enjoyable.
