Tried taking advantage of my wife during an oil change by telling her that her brakes were under 2mm left, they weren’t and still have over 30% of life left. Scummy practice to take advantage of women.
I had a flat tire a couple days ago , and my car was towed to irwin toyota. Lisa Stone was extremely helpful in coordinating my service and getting things done in a timely fashion. Lisa and the crew went out of the way to contact me in of the status of my car and get it back to me as soon as possible. I was very pleased with the service.

Communication issue was corrected on the type of rim, steel instead of alloy. Bill reached out to me to correct the issue and made this customer happy. Gave credit for steel wheels and mounted and balanced new alloys at no cost. Thank you!

After having a bad experience getting my RAV4 hybrid serviced at a dealership in Arizona (where I was pressured big time to have unnecessary work done), I was delighted by my experience at Quick Lane in Laconia. Bill is personable and professional, the mechanic who worked on the car was friendly, and the servicing was done quickly. No pressure to add any extra work on, and I ended my experience with a free car wash. Five stars aren’t enough for this excellent shop!

I happened to be in the area and in need of an oil change, so I took my truck to Quick Lane and within 30 minutes, it was done. The Quicklane is awesome! I had 4 new tires put on my SUV yesterday. The staff are very friendly. My tires were very reasonably priced and were put on in less than an hour. Bill mailed in a rebate for me and was very patient when I had to reschedule. I highly recommend them!!
I'm new to the Lakes Region and went to Irwin Ford in Laconia, NH for an oil change and inspection. They found an unexpected broken part and had it ordered and fixed by noon the next day. They gave me an equivalent loaner car to use in the meantime and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Lisa Stone was especially friendly and personable and made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel that she really cared about giving excellent customer service. I have definitely found my new service center!
