On July 21, 2025, I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT from AutoFinders LLC for $15,995, plus a $1,100 extended warranty and as far I as remember a verbal conversation that the dealership would take care of me if something happens within 30 days. The truck looked great — no rust, clean interior, I was so excited for the purchase — but the problems started immediately. From the moment I left the lot, the truck was hard-shifting and shuddering. At first I thought it might just be how newer trucks drove, but the issue quickly got worse. A friend who regularly buys and sells vehicles drove it and immediately said the transmission was failing. I called Heath England on August 2 (just 12 days after purchase) to report the issue. Instead of offering a solution, I was told to “pour additives into the transmission.” Later, in an email, Heath explained his inspection process as: “Most vehicles do not have a transmission dipstick, so to check the transmission we drive them through the gears. This truck shifted great…” But when I drove off the lot, the hard shifting and shuddering were already happening. By August 7, I had the truck at AAMCO, where technicians drained black transmission fluid — something they implied does not turn that color in a week or two, meaning the issue predated the sale. The rebuild cost through AAMCO was originally $8,000, discounted to $6,800 and I'm not going to get a transmission swap when I only get a 30 to 90 day warranty on the swapped transmission where as the rebuild is warrantied for 12 months plus. My warranty covered $3,800, leaving a $3,000 balance. I asked Heath to split that cost ($1,500) as a fair resolution. He refused, and instead wrote that I had only contacted him “about a month later,” when in fact my call was made 12 days after purchase and was almost undrivable on my way to drop it off at AAMCO on the 7th, 18 days after purchase. His final written response to my good-faith request and a warning that I would move forward with filing with the BBB, NH Consumer Protection Bureau, and social media reviews was: “Go ahead, Kasey…It goes to show you can explain things to someone but can't understand it for them. Good luck.” Bottom line: I cant understand how you could be rude condescending and dismissive when a customer wants a reasonable outcome for both parties. This dealership sold me a truck with a failing transmission, downplayed my concerns, and dismissed reasonable attempts to resolve the situation. If you shop here, insist on a third-party inspection before purchase and get every promise in writing. As a small business Installer myself, I pride myself on honesty and standing behind my work. If something goes wrong, I fix it even if it costs me time and money. Sadly, my experience at AutoFinders showed the opposite approach. I hope this helps someone in the future and I wish Heath and his customers well because I will never do business here again.

I just bought a car a little less than a month ago and I have nothing bad to say. I am very pleased! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and got me into something i could afford and liked. I was having a hard getting approved with other dealerships but Heath made it easy. Highly recommend!

I contacted Heath regarding a loan for a truck I applied for. I was told I was approved and then proceeded to get him what he needed for proof of income. I explained to him that I had multiple jobs and was unable to come down right away, which he said was fine, to let him know what day worked for me. I made a plan for me to drive down (from Vermont) to do the paperwork/get the truck. I took time off at one of my jobs and was able to get my sister to leave her job early as well to help me go get the truck. The day of, Heath emailed me asking if I was still planning to come, to which I responded, yes I am planning on being there at X time. He responded that he was cleaning it out, since he had been using it himself. On my way there he called me to tell me he sold it to someone else that showed up. I understand being a salesman however, if I had known I was dealing with someone that would do that to me, I would have tried to get there before I did. I was never told he would sell it out from under me in our conversations, rather I was assured what worked for me was fine. After telling me he sold the truck, he said he would look for a similar truck since he did this to me and "felt awful". I didn't hear from him for 2 weeks after. So I emailed him asking for an update/communication on whether my loan was still on file, and its now been another 2 weeks with absolutely no attempt to respond to me. I tried to be patient and understanding, however, at this point I feel completely ghosted and not valued as a customer whatsoever.

My girlfriend bought a 2012 Subaru Outback from this place and let me tell you how awful of an experience this was. She bought the car from a FAMILY FRIEND, who stated it was a reliable vehicle however, that was not the case. The check engine light was always on, the ABS light was always on and it doesn't just end there. We took the car back to their shop NINE times in 8 months and they never fixed anything just cleared the codes because their mechanics are lazy and inexperienced. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can because they will happily take your families money and roll in it!

Just purchased a car from Heath last week and am very satisfied with his service. He made the process easy and fast. Will definitely recommend to other folks looking for an honest dealership.

I think this may be my 3rd 5 star review over the last 10+ years of doing business with Heath and before him, his dad. Our family has purchased several vehicles over the years, most recently a beautiful Audi that is our all time dream car. Heath made the financing and down payment process easy. I think the thing that’s most impressive is his no nonsense truthful demeanor - he’s not selling you something he knows you can’t afford or afford to maintain. Highly recommend if you want an honest salesman who sells quality used cars.

I brought a car in to get an opinion on trade in value, and what would be available. I moreso had questions, rather than looking to buy at that moment. Heath personally looked at the car and got all the details from me on my current loan. It was clear to him, that it made no financial sense for ME to do that. He was honest, and clearly kept my financial interest in mind too. Thats hard to find in many professions. He suggested I continue to pay it down more and come in later. Didn’t push a sale down my throat, didn’t try to sugar coat a false reality to me, nothing. Just honest good work. I strongly recommend coming to Heath to purchase a vehicle. My encounter with them was great, as I know it’s been for many other people close to me.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Heath. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He worked within our budget and we very much appreciated how easily things were made to pick the vehicles up. Could not be more happy!

Purchased a 2013 dodge durango from this place. Had a clean carfax and inspection sticker when sold to me. First week of my ownership the transmission went on it (not the dealerships fault). But from that moment on it was a nightmare. Constant issues with the vehicle. I dumped thousands into fixing issue after issue (again not the dealerships fault). The issue I do have with the dealership is the "inspection" sticker that they put on the vehicle. While fixing all of the issues the vehicle had, I learned that the E brake assembly was non-existent. Of course I figured this out after 9 months of ownership. But it was clearly removed by someone. And there is no way that a vehicle can pass inspection without an e-brake assembly. Then after 10 months of ownership I got tired of spending money and went to sell the vehicle. Low and behold now there was an accident on the carfax, claiming that was in an accident after purchase of the vehicle (I was never in one). I'm not saying it was intentional on the dealerships part. But the whole experience was awful, and I am glad to be in a brand new truck thanks to Cantin Chevrolet helping me out of that abysmal durango.

I'd give a zero if I could. Doesn't sell reliable vehicles. I bought my car July 1st, took VERY good care of my vehicle. Spent way to much money for updated maintenance. That should have been done prior. Had car 10 months, and put less than 9,000 on it. Had a LOF done at his place in Dec. Car smelled bad day one but they kept giving excuses. Oh and did I mention my check engine light was on 99% of the time. The reason they gave me....it was because it has new parts ..but it would go away eventually guess what it NEVER did!!!, it's never "their" fault. Just ask him

You would not believe the level of accommodation and service provided by Heath at Autofinders! My 18-year-old son and I purchased a beautiful well maintained Toyota Camry which was clearly hand selected by Heath and his team. The car is incredibly clean, mechanically sound, rides great, and the price was fair. Bought a 2013 Taurus SHO around November 2019 after accidentally finding his add on Facebook marketplace. Didn't realize my VPN made it seem like he was close........He wasn't. I normally wouldn't consider buying a car out of state (I'm in PA) but by the time I realized how far away he was he had already answered a lot of questions I had since I was looking for a very particular set of options/color. I had no luck finding the car I wanted near me and most dealers wouldn't even take the time to check for option 2A (performance pack) on the sticker in the door jam. I asked Heath and he sent me a picture of the sticker within minutes. He answered all questions in detail often going beyond what I expected which made me comfortable buying a car sight unseen from another state. I asked him if he could ship the car and he said yes, and worked with me to get the car to me as quickly as possible. It showed up via Faithful Transport at my work shortly thereafter and I was not dissapointed. Heath is great to deal with and I would recommend Autofinders even if they are states away.

Heath was awesome! Drove an hour from Manchester to Laconia two days in a row & though the drive wasn’t fun each time we saw him he didn’t make us feel pressured or on top of my boyfriend and myself while we were examining the car , that I ended up buying and loving so far! Great customer service and a great choice of vehicle I received! Not like those used car dealerships where they’re sketchy and down your throat. Would definitely recommend coming to here!

This car dealership is awesome!! The young man and owner, Heath England is one of the best dealers I've ever met. My brother was buying a used car and has trouble getting around, Heath was patient and so kind I do believe he has a heart of gold. I definitely recommend auto finders to anyone looking to buy a used car, you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I recently bought a beautiful truck from Heath and had an amazingly easy, no hassle experience. Any time we have had to buy a vehicle in the past, we have dreaded the process but this was refreshingly different. I simply sent Heath a message(he responded within minutes) describing what we were looking for, our financial situation and within a very short time he offered us something that met our needs. It was all figured out during my lunch hour! We picked it up the next morning and were in and out in no time. He is friendly, non judgemental about our situation, was funny and personable and seemed to genuinely care about getting us what we need for our family. We have shown a few people who know more than we do about trucks since buying it and all have said we got a great deal. I will absolutely return the next time we need to purchase a vehicle and recommend this dealership and Heath to anyone.

Outstanding car buying experience. Probably the best in my life and I am sure I have bought upwards of 30 cars ranging from new Cadillacs to antique MGBs. I needed a 'snow-car' in a hurry ahead of a storm. Found a 2008 Ford Taurus, on the Web, at 'Autofinders'. Called. Spoke with Heath. JHe was very helpful, reasonable and upfront. I went over the next day. I wanted to be able to drive away in the car -- LEGALLY. Unlike so many other used car dealerships 'Autofinders' put a 20-day plate on the car. That is brilliant. You are legal from the get-go. Warranty is also possible. I ended up getting a 2-year Extended Warranty for a decent price. Was also able to pay by credit card with a minimum mark-up for the rates charged by the credit card. Something else where they are different. Other places want x2 to x3 times more! Good car, so far. Had it close to a month. Very impressed. Nice, decent people -- Heath & his dad, Jeff, the Chief Mechanic. I will definitely be going back to Heath for my next car and the one after that.

My son needed a car in a hurry. We submitted the credit app in the morning, got it approved that afternoon and Heath stayed after closing so he could take a test drive. He liked the car and drove it home that night. The car was immaculate and the process was simple and painless, even with his shaky credit. Will definitely buy from them again!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our Honda Pilot at this dealership. We do not have an ideal credit situation! There were no gimmicks and there was no pressure as you find at most dealerships. They handle your purchase with care and if you decide you want to purchase will do everything they can to get you into the vehicle that you want. That means skipping the unnecessary hours long sit in at your average dealership to be turned down. With their upfront pricing , honest and great customer service you really can’t go wrong giving them a try!

Heath is a miracle worker, I told him what I needed and my budget and he found the perfect vehicle under my budget and way nicer than I thought I could get. He worked with me to get through some of paperwork etc before I go there. I walked in, signed and was driving home less than an hour after I arrived!

Health was able to get me financed after my divorce destroyed my credit. I was able to get financed on a subaru outback and I love it. No troubles with it at all. I will definitely give him business again as well as i suggest others to as well.. awesome job to Health for becoming established as a good place to buy a car@

Bought my first car from Heath after my divorce,credit was a little shaky then,he put me into a great car that I put 88,000 miles on and never had to repair a thing,and he did it in less than 45 minutes. Then put me in touch with a credit repair person so the next time I needed a loan was so much easier. Great guy,great car,great experience. 5 stars isn't enough,but it's all they'll allow.

This was by far the best experience I've had at any dealership. I've been disappointed so many times given the run around. So I didn't believe it could be so easy to get our new car. Heath had everything ready for us when we arrived and we drove away with our new suv in well under an hr. Thank you so much, you guys made it non stressful and very joyful.

Great car buying experience! I purchased a Porsche Boxster from Heath. From financing to delivery, a very smooth transaction. Heath took care of a few minor issues as he said he would, and kept in touch through the entire process as well as a follow up after a week.
