Our family came up to join us at our cabin in incline Village. Tahoe had record snow fall Dec 2025. Our granddaughter that is 3 years old came to visit us. And my daughter and granddaughter are driving back to grass valley today. 12/29/2025. However our daughter has had limited experience driving in snow. So we went to Napa Auto Parts to get her snow chains for her 2023 Toyota Highlander. We had the pleasure of working with Todd the assistant manager. And Todd not only sold us the chains, at a very fair price, but showed everyone how to put the chains on, on the car. Big shout out to Todd and crew. Todd was so kind and helpful to our family. Best auto parts store in Tahoe. They have a lot of items in stock and can get just about anything. Don't forget to pet Thor or bring him ice cubes in the summer.
I went in to get some glass cleaner and something to remove tree sap. The gentleman who helped me was great with his recommendations. Prices for Incline Village I think were pretty good!
The staff at this location were so helpful. We had to buy chains for our vehicle during one of the recent snow storms. They helped us choose the right chains. Todd explained additional details about chains that we didn’t know before and wasn’t clear on the internet. I highly recommend this Napa store for both locals and tourists. I was having electrical issues with my 2020 Tundra. Todd and his staff went out of their way to help me gain a complete understanding of the problem and in the end solved it with a new battery. Todd has been in the business for over 40 years on the North side of Tahoe and has seen it all! Can't recommend this Napa location enough. Knowledgeable, patient, efficient and extremely helpful. Getting to pet Thor the store dog was an added morning bonus!
Bought windshield wipers for my 2014 Subaru forester on sale at $15 in jan. but was having an issue with ice build up and visibility. Just got them replaced/upgraded for free. Great service at NAPA

They answered our questions calmly and competently on the phone (unlike the very rude man at Napa Tahoe City) and made sure we had everything we needed to be on our way. Thank you both!!
Ordered a specific brand and formulation of RV Antifreeze (glycol based, no ethyl alcohol) through Napa's website for same day pickup at the store. Was happy to find just what I needed in stock. My wife did the 20 mile round trip to pick it up later that day. Upon inspection, I found the antifreeze provided was a different brand and a different formulation containing ethyl alcohol, which is specifially prohibited by the RV manufacturer. Now we must make the 20 mile round trip to return the unwanted product, plus they dont actually have what is needed in stock. Giant waste of our time and gasoline.

Not the ideal time or place for my car battery to go out being hundreds of miles from home, on vacation with a vehicle full of kids but it happened. Thankfully these guys were open Sunday morning, had the battery I needed and the tools to replace it. Very friendly and helpful.
Poor hours and phone service! Always on hold for awhile. Only place that claims they cant hear me. Phone works just fine when calling anyone else around the lake...
I love the people at Napa the great I know him but the offer the hours really suck because it only goes from 8 to 5 during the week and then two on Saturday and 2 on Sunday
Nicest guys. Not only had a great selection of autosocks (nowhere else I could find had them in stock), but also great deals on tools sets etc. Very friendly too.
