Keep raising rates every year this year 4.4%. Anyone get a 4.44% raise this year?

We don’t get to choose who services us with garbage removal, recycling, and yard waste, so it’s nice to have a company that does the job well, is reliable, and conscientious! The schedule mailed to our home alerts us which cans to put out when & the drivers are great at their job and leave the place neat and tidy when they leave. Thank you

waste management is very dependable, their drivers are very nice. They leave the garbage cans exactly where they found them and there’s never a mess or any debris left behind.

My driver is consistent, always on time and puts everything back right where it was!

WM is a professional service. They pick up at the same time once a week. Very seldom is there a delay for any reason. And the drivers are exceptional.

WM took away my brown barrel service for a year because contractors put other things in it unbeknownst to me. I live in the middle of my street, not the first in, not the last in, but they are so unbelievably good, in that large truck, they can tell what came out of my barrel. My hats off to you, you should work for the FBI, you somehow caught me in a crime I didn't even know I committed.

I'm a senior lady and disabled veteran in Carson City. This past winter it became nearly impossible for me to safely maneuver my cans down my sloped driveway. The wonderful people at WM were and continue to be most helpful. Every one has treated me with the utmost of respect and concern. I'm so thankful for their continued support. July 2023... the garage collectors continue to do a great job. My only concern is that the Recycle ♻️ guys don't check my can every time.... Thank you for the continued great service

WM is a fine service. The outfit has its game together end to end. The drivers even honk for my 2 year old grandson who is mesmerized by trucks.

The gentlemen who work at the station are so kind and amazing. It is a pleasure to see them every time. They all deserve a raise. They are fantastic.

Always picked up when scheduled., even in terrible weather conditions. The crew put down our bins nicely. If we have questions about service or billing the office staff is delightful.

The drivers are the company's best asset. They are timely even in adverse conditions and always do a great job.

Most of the staff are friendly with a few exceptions and the facility is convenient. So residents are allowed 4 free dumps per year, equivalent to a pickup truck bed load per dump. Apparently a new policy change occurred that waste oil is now considered one whole dump or pay to dispose of your automobile waste oil. Most DIY oil changers average one gallon of waste oil. This used to be free to residents for many years, why the change?

You’ve missed picking up our regular garbage twice in one month. And once before too, but that was a few months back. The first time, we notified WM, and a truck came by that evening. The 2nd time, it took three days to get someone to pick it up. This last time, we were away (our neighbors hauled the full can back in for us) and by the time we returned we only had a few more days until our next pickup, so we didn’t notify anyone to come get it.

Waste management has a monopoly in my area. The county dictates that we have to use WM. You are told to use the website to set up service, but the website says that you have to call them after you jump through the online hoops. When you call the # provided you get The AI named Lisa. It took me over 5 times calling the number to try and set up service before I was successful. Several times “Lisa” told me the office was closed and to call back then hung up. This was always during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

I haven’t had any problems other than not being sure which days are Recycle days..called and you sent me a paper called at which I appreciated:)

We appreciate the quality of service. Whenever we've spoken with them, they always answer our questions, always are professional.

Rudy is the best employee the Incline transfer station has ever had. Give that man a giant raise.

WM is a very well run business. They are responsive and you get real people when you call in and they know how to handle your issues. Their drivers are professional, timely and if trash happens to not make it into the truck, they get out and clean everything up.

The guys that pick up the trash and recycles are always courteous and on time. Have had zero problems.

On windy days our neighborhood gets excessively high winds. In these conditions many trash and recycle bins get blown over and we have trash and recyclables strewn all over the neighborhood. It would be greatly appreciated if our street (VistaCrest, Reno, NV.) could be scheduled for an early pickup when those conditions are predicted by the National Weather Service.

I appreciate the fact that Waste Management arrives about the same time every week without fail. They’re punctual, consistent, dependable and don’t leave a mess. They’re very professional.

The staff, especially Rudy are very customer oriented and professional. Just moved her 4 weeks ago, had lots of boxes and paper for recycle. When I arrived for my three trips to waste management, Rudy jumped out of the office and volunteered to assist me unloading my truck. GreT service Thank you. Bryan
