LVTS - OEM Used and Aftermarket Automotive Parts JunkYard in North Las Vegas (NV)

Received wrong parts and they will not accept my return, very disappointed. I called LVTS and Spoke with Amy (10/23). I was looking for a six speed transmission for a 2005 Jeep Wrangler with a four liter. I was told they had a rebuilt transmission with 500 miles in stock and asked that they send it out to me. After paying and receiving the transmission the receipt showed it was a 3.8Litre engine, which was a motor unavailable until 2007. I called LVTS and asked if this was correct, they assured me it was. As my mechanic was inspecting it prior to installation he noted all bolts that held the transmission to the bell housing were missing, the countershaft bolt was missing, the expansion plug was missing. I again contacted Amy (10/29) and spoke with her manager and was basically told it was my problem. I am disappointed with the service I received. I clearly stated what I needed and received the wrong part. I had it shipped across the country and am now being told it is my problem. I would love to delete this negative review and have them honor the fact that they made a mistake.

They sold me the wrong engine. I told them it was incorrect... then they said they'd have the right one soon. Another week went by so I went back to get my money... manny refused to pay me my money unless I paid 10% fee... a 10% scan fee because they lied. Don't buy from here unless you are prepared to be scammed

Very rude on the phone, poor English, Not at all helpful. I've bought a lot of parts here only because I was desperate and managed to get waited on by someone who spoke English well enough to help me with what I needed at the time. That has NOT been the case the last few times I've dealt with them. It seems like all the local salvage yards have figured out they don't have to give good service since most of their customers are desperate to get the part they need and can't afford the time or money to go elsewhere. As for me, I've had MUCH better luck buying used auto parts from Amazon or Ebay than I have at local salvage yards and that's exactly what I do for anything other than an emergency. The sad thing is that there isn't even a manager a person can complain to since they most likely wouldn't speak English either or, they simply wouldn't care.

Absolutely despicable customer service!!! I would definitely take your business elsewhere.tried to buy a stock air cleaner box and was told that the top and the bottom were separate and each would cost $90. they're up-sell tactics were very childish be very careful when dealing with this company!

LVTS, Pump was installed - and did not work. I attempted to contact seller twice through ebay messages, they never responded. I attempted to call seller, was put through to a 'George' (by 'Mandy') who I could barely hear, I asked him several times to please speak up as I couldn't catch everything he was saying - after several tries, I was able to get that George refused to speak up because that was as loud as he was going to talk (his voice actually got lower). I called back a second time, asked to speak to a supervisor or manager 'Eddy' sent me back to George, who I identified - asked him if he was going to speak up - don't know what he answered - as I couldn't hear him, told him to have a nice day and hung up. It was like it was nothing but a big joke, that started as soon as I said I was calling about an item I purchased from them on ebay. The PUMP does not work, there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I wanted to do was talk to these people about getting either a different working pump, or my money back. I'm glad I was able to provide them with some amusement. I do not want this pump - it does not work - I want a refund!

I just bought an engine from Manny on Thursday 2-18-16 he had me pay on the phone to hold it we picked it up the next day and when i got it home it was locked. He had me take it back so he can look at it ( this is an hour drive from where i live) he promised me another one for the next day.. Also no good he refused me a refund said he would have another for me on Moncayo now he isnt take my calls really what kind of business is this horrable just horrable!!!!!!!

So I got into an accident few weeks ago with my Hyundai Elantra and had to replace my front bumper. Did not want to file a claim via my insurance company as my deductible is pretty high. I called several places to get estimates. They all were around the $100-$150. Called LVTS and they offered me a used bumper in an excellent condition for $55! I was there the next day and picked up the bumper. Friendly stuff, highly recommended.

Everything I needed. I was in desperate need for a fuel pump for my 2003 honda civic so I did some local search and found LVTS. I called they had it, customer service was great, I came and picked it up, it was in good shape, saved me money, installed it and is working great! Definitely checking with them any other time I'm in need for some parts

Sold me the wrong part I had to wait a week when they said it would be delivered in 3 days. Then when I called to speak to them they couldn't even take time to answer the phone.

Great service!! Called for a door mirror on a 96 Mustang. They said they had it. I went there, paid for it, installed it. It was the correct part for my car. Jose was great to deal with.

Went there last weekend, i has a 1991 Nissan SX240, needed the front and back bumper, no one in town had that car, they had 2!! The guy at the counter told me that they bringing 250-350 new cars every month. I'll defiantly going back there! its the closest one to the city and fresh inventory every month, what more could you ask?

Tried to times to get something fro them. First time they broke the part while pulling it out. In the end 1.5 hours of wasted time. The second time wasn't successful either. After 40 minutes of waiting I was told that they need a day or two to take the part out. Probably never going back. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Worst place to buy parts and it is a ripoff. Tried buying an airbag from the OfferUp app from someone who works there and was selling the airbag for $50 and when I got there it was for $200. Nothing but a joke and very rude people and wanted to compare his company to Walmart

You Guys Suck, Suck,Suck!! Shipped the wrong part to my center in Phoenix, and would not make it right, even in person. Lucky I paid by C/C so charges are easily reversed. Terrible customer service. Find another wrecking yard to buy parts from. Must be why the parking lot is empty in the picture.

I bought an engine from this place one month ago and it work really good. They give me 45 day of warranty! The bad thing is that they promisse the engine for Thursday and they give me the engine on Saturday! So far so food!!

Buyer beware...I went and purchased a transmission for my blazer....paid almost 400.00 I get the tranny to my repair man and it's the wrong one! I take it back to get a refund...they are trying to charge me a 25% restocking fee!!! So I have to pay for their mistake? Times really are changing....

some guy with pit bull face acts like some mobster running a big business; being harsh with an attitude, for simply asking for interior parts had no name for. at the end there is nothing I was looking for including struts/shocks. even though there website says they have it in there inventory. Waste of time.

I went there hoping to get some parts for my car and the guy on the front desk disrespected me and when I said to him to go check the parts he said that he cant do that and that the parts are good because he said so, that was unacceptable, how can you buy something without seeing what you are getting. I was so unhappy that I took my business somewhere else.

I came here last week, got some parts for my 06 CTS at really good prices. Checking out was fast and easy. I will be back again if I need some more parts.

This review is later than I wanted but I have to say that these people go out of their way to accommodate special requests and communications is great. Thank you for my transmission. I'm very pleased.

called to check a part and the guy talks extremly fast and low. sounds like hes auctioning something off in a whisper. I kept asking him to repeat himself. When I finally told him he talks really fast (in a jokingly way) he said please hold and never came back. lol this place is a joke.

Not satisfied with this place I bought a transmission for my Chevy Tahoe and I was scheduled to pick it up yesterday but when I called they said they would call me when they were ready and I didn't get any call!! Worse place to buy don't ever recommend

Sold me a bad key I have emailed and called you can’t get a hold of anybody spend $150 To have programmed and of course it couldn’t be programmed so now I’m out $180 Say they’ll email you back within 24 hours bull they haven’t emailed me back once

As soon as I went inside to that junk, "LITERALLY" I asked for a fuel door and waited for 15 minutes and they did nothing. All they did was typed on the computer typing random numbers and pressing the enter numerous times and they said they have a fuel door. They said I have to purchase it from Idaho. Waste of gas driving there, they have no HOSPITALITY!

HE SAID IF WANTED THE NEW PRICE, I SAID "NO" VICTOR ALREADY QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $25. MANNY SAID HE COULD NOT DO IT, I SAID LET ME TALK TO THE OWNER. MANNY SAID HE WAS THE OWNER. I SAID I WAS GONNA MAKE A COMPLAIN, HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT IT. SO, HERE IT IS, BUYER BEWARE, KEEP IN MIND THIS A FAR PLACE TO BUY PARTS, SO BEWARE!!!!!!!! They didn't have a part in stock and they said they can order it so I paid to get it ordered and was brought wrong part and they cant do a return or even credit, no customer support.
