This branch Specifically - Absolute piece of garbage. The amount of disrespect to customers, customers property, and to employees from what I have seen, is absolutely disgusting. Management from the top down has proven to be unhelpful, inconsiderate, and blatantly disrespectful. Whatever you do, avoid this branch and the management (if you're an employee or potential employee). I've never seen disrespect like this from a company in my life.
Called to price out a part for our shop. Was asked to hold to get transfered to our rep. Waited for 12 minutes. Guy finally answered asked year make and if it was a 6 or 4 cylinder. Replied 6 and then asked if I can give him the vin to be sure to which he let out an audible sigh and hung up. If anyone cares to look into it call was made at 2:46pm pst 5/5/25. Sad to see businesses loose business because of bumbs who don't care about their job smh
My first time , my experience was very super good , excellent customer service, I would like to give a million of starts to this place and to MR LUIS RUSSO!! Very fast and helpful to all the customers, he did he’s best to help me !! I do recommend this place very highly!!!

Worst experience I had. I called. I had to leave a message. They called me back two days later. I asked them if they have a part and they asked me if I wanted to sell my vehicle. I said no I just need the part so he hung up on me.
Customer service on the phone is horrible. They get an attitude and hang up, never want to answer additional questions..
I go to the back order parts took 30 min to an hour to find the right part . Then they sent the wrong part 3 time . One part was broken.
Employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Just give them a call and they will tell you if they have your part. It usually takes 3 days for them to acquire the part. Once acquired, you show up and grab it. They even offer a guarantee on the part!
Terrible customer service, people at the counter are lazy, and is hard to ask them for anything, I was trying to buy some seats and they cannot show me pictures of there used stuff, unbelivable horrible experience, this is after I was hang on the phone when I called

The people in the parts department are intentionally being rude to customers in retaliation for having to work on a holiday.
The reason that you have not made as much money as your usual day us is because the people in the parts department are being rude to your customers, giving them incomplete information and hanging up on them, because they are upset they’re working on Martin Luther King day, when their manager is off of work.
When customers go in to see if they can match parts they get turned away by the woman who just looks at you when you walk in.
When asked if parts can be matched she says that they don’t have pictures of the parts and that the parts have to be ordered and paid for and when the parts arrive, then the parts can be matched.
When asked for a manager, I was told that they were off today and when I asked who was in charge, they said that person was in a meeting.
Horrible customer service.
You would expect this from a parts company that rips off people not a major parts distributor, all three employees upfront should be fired.
When i walked away, the entire staff behind the counter the laughed at me.

Bad company when it comes to the quality of used parts and customer service. On 06.13.2023 I purchased a used engine for my Ford Fusion.
The first problem started with the difference in the price online compared to the price in the physical store (more expensive) for the same product.
Once the purchase was made, even with the higher value, the engine was delivered and when installed in the vehicle, it was in terrible condition.
Contacted to replace the engine, LKQ took more than 10 days to authorize the replacement, as the company technician who would be sent to analyze the engine never showed up.
After the exchange was made (I had expenses to take the engine to the company because of LKQ), I was given another engine again with a problem (4 broken parts). I've contacted the company and they told me that the external parts of the engine has no warranty and they didn't provided this information at the moment of the purchase.
I also inform you that the company kept my original engine and informed that it disposed of it, making it impossible to return the part.
I have been without my car for 3 weeks and I work with my vehicle, due to the negligence of LQK, which does not even review the products it sells.
I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of parts for their vehicle and If I could I'd like to give zero stars.
Fast and friendly service you can be proud of and happy to see hope this continues I love that they have all the parts you need at a great price only place I would recommend to people having trouble finding parts for vehicles
I love LKQ/Keystone, I love the service and my sales representative Sergio Guevara is excellent. I have to also say that the delivery service is one of a kind in quality.
Tried getting a fuel pump from them. Transferred me so many times over and over. There was a lady who answered and said it was $50, then another man said 85$ and then the last man said $175. I called back and they continue to hang up in my face abruptly.
Customer service is very good and they seem to have a great support Team. They tried there best to find the parts that I needed, they are fairly priced at today's market.. Thanks LKQ..
We purchased a motor 8 months ago and the #8 cylinder went bad after 18,000 miles. It took over 3 weeks just to get the authorization to do diagnostics from LKQ. Once we preformed all the test it has taken over 2 weeks and still not response to move forward. Worse than an insurance company with a claim. They pay about 50 dollars per hour for labor when everyone charges 150 so I have to pay 100 out of pocket. The repair shop has spent 4 hours on the phone and still have not been given the go ahead. Buy a reman motor from the factory, in the long run you would save. I have spent 2,000 in rental, 500 in diagnostics, and will spend 2,800 to actually install the motor and this is just related to the warranty part. This was all because I decided to buy a motor from them. The three shops I talked to said they won't work on junkyard motors from LKQ. I finally found one shop that will install the motor but they are charging 25 per hour more than their shop rate because dealing with LKQ has been a huge time waste.
LKQ is the encyclopedia of auto parts in America. I have never got it wrong with them. The return policy is stress free. Above all LKQ Nevada has one amazing customer service representative Ashley Djorlin, very professional, efficient, and hardworking rep. She is so courteous and will take time to take your order correctly. Above all you can never talk to a voice mail when Ashely is on duty. She is a big asset to your company.
This is a really good place to get new used and remand parts for your trucks,cars and suv ask for Jen tell her Jimmy from CPR, Classic Performance Resources sent you she is the best and will get you the best prices possible
Would not recommend to anyone. I’ve heard and read the bad reviews and should’ve listened and stayed away. Had to wait a week and a half to get my order and it was the wrong part. Will probably have to wait a month to get a RMA number to return it. And now I will have every part for my project except this one. Thanks LKQ.

I gave 5 stars because of the customer service. It was exceptional! I ordered my car part. However it wasn't the right one. I called and they were right on top of it. They were very helpful and polite the entire time. I got the right part in just a few days. No wonder they are always busy...

Ward was great on the phone helpful with selecting what I needed and looked up some additional future needs for me to think about great customer service - the Driver Hector was friendly and helpful came near the end of day and was just like he started his shift. I would hire either of these two based on attitude and customer service thank you.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection, they were the only place in town that had the part I needed, and it was roughly the same price new as the junkyard wanted for a used one. The only problem I had, if you can call it a problem, was their location was a little hard to find.
The no. 1 place for your parts.. with full confidence and no chance for disappointing.
I been in the business of cars for 9 yrs and they never let me down. Unlike B&R and I'm not trying here to promote a brand over the other but life has giving me a lot of experience with b&r to make me allowed to judge.. LKQ will never sell you an engine that will leak right after you install it.. or a rack and pinion that leaks and so many other examples and if they send you an engine or transmission that you don't like the way it even look they right away replace it with no question asked .. B&R sold me an engine that is bad and has low compression and never changed it and I lost my money $1100 saying the can't refund cuz the engine was installed .. and how could you test the compression before you install and who's fault it is that the compression is low !? Anyways this place is the best and will remain the best as long as this management taking care of all customers and big thanks to them
