If I could give them 6 stars I would, got there within an hour of calling them. David was professional and efficient the whole time. Whole process was a genuine breeze and next time I need a tow they’re gonna be the first call I make.

Great tow truck driver. Arrived on time went right to work. Duane knew what he was doing and was very careful in all aspects of hooking up my truck, driving, and then decoupling.

Rescued our uhaul on the side of a super busy hwy in the middle of nowhere Nevada quick & safe

Caleb was the best. Just rolled with everything that was thrown at him. Took 6 hours total to swap the two Penske trucks out and he waited patiently while the loaders did it. Had a good conversation with him. I would highly recommend them

Brandon was the best. He rescued me I was stuck in the desert cause my dumb ass ran out of gas. Then he followed me to the gas station to make sure I made it. He is a great man.

So kind and thoughtful. Made us laugh in light of a scary situation. Was very professional. If you ever need a tow, he is your guy.

Took awhile to get to me, but then I was in the middle of nowhere. The driver was awesome and you could tell he was experienced. So wirh that said, I would 100% recommend them for your roadside needs.

When tires are involved ,your drivers should ALL have air hose and compressor. Our donut had no air because we've never er r used it and car is 1 years old. Please rectify this situation. I was able to drive 2/10ths of a mile to get a tire place to fix it and they put air in my donut. Our driver was very kind and professional.

I had a guy named Josh come out and he had a great attitude and was a genuine guy. Super appreciate how fast and efficient he handled my tow. I’m impressed. Next time I need a tow, I’ll be giving this company a call

My daughter was in a horrible accident. From the moment I spoke to the gal in dispatch to Elvis who came to tow the car. They made us feel at ease under the circumstances. Elvis was knowledgeable and so understanding. He was so kind and caring. So thank you Elvis.

Because they refused the call on Thanksgiving evening and I had to spend the night in the Casino. Don’t gamble, but I did that night to stay awake. As it was 25* outside w/o the windchill factor! (Hotel lobby closes @ 10p. Guess folks only need day lodging in Beatty? They don’t get stuck with a dead EV battery, because some ya-hoo who rented an EV truck, didn’t bother to learn the EV protocol before renting, causing 2, possibly 3 vehicles to require a tow from this location!! No this precious EV Rental Truck driver was FAR too entitled for that! WTAH?! For those not in the know: Trickle charges 6 or 7kwh home or as in this case, emergency services as a back up should the fast chargers fail. They had. Tesla was up, but I don’t drive one. And my model EV is too old to accept the adapter tech. The protocol is to know where you’re headed and to calculate the distance to the next fast charging station on your route and to charge ONLY to the range needed, plus 10% to cover poor driving habits, etc.. Not this YAHOO!! He charged that Chevy Truck for 15 1/2 hours!!! And was pissed when I found out I was the one that unplugged him! My driver Justin watched in amusement as I let the guy have it! I’ve no patience for entitled people. He couldn’t care less that the previous night was Thanksgiving and he’d inconvenienced and kept from making it home 2 possibly 3 individuals/families! Horrible little family! Justin, my driver, was patient and kind and worked with the FAR less competent Emergency staff @ BlueLink and MyHyundai, Hyundai Roadside Assistance! They had NO idea where to have me safely towed, I was in the middle of Death Valley! Beatty, NV to be exact. HOME to EDDIE’s WORLD FAMOUS NUT AND CANDY CO., mfg plant and Store, and the antiquated, and of so full of charming historical memorabilia, the Stage Coach Inn. Again. Just was amazing! He worked with me, too work with Hyundai to get approval, too nice me to the next big town with proper services. Hyundai agreed, and we commenced the 66 mile ride down I-95 toward Spokane, to a town I was not ready for… Goldfield, NV is in the high desert of Death Valley and the sun shines there in a different, ultra-clear way, that feels like God is right there with you. They have a meticulously curated Museum of a visitor center, and 2 ChargePoint fast Chargers and 2 very large Outbuilding restrooms. Justin was ABSOLUTELY right in his suggestion. The restaurant was open, so was the hotel, and a few other little curiosities in the town of 278 residents. I was SO taken by the decrepit old Mining Town bldgs., and the magnificent artwork by local artisans as we entered the town, that my Way of the Samurai, pocket-sized book, fell between the passenger seat and the console. I saw it, meant to get it; but then got sidetracked with using the facilities, getting my car hooked up and taking pictures and video of this little gem of a town, w/o a gas station, nor grocery store. After tipping Justin, I need him Happy Thanksgiving, a day early. And bid him adieu. Only later, when I reached for my book did I realize what had happened. I tried to reach Justin to get my book back, but he didn’t respond. He’s probably not yet through the thought provoking literary classic. When he is, I hope he shares it with another, who will also benefit from its insights and valuable lessons. As a nation we spins strive to return to the Way of the Samurai… Chivalry must live! 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don was absolutely amazing! My car had to be towed yesterday, and he showed up right on time, very professional and kind. He handled everything carefully and made a stressful situation so much easier. Truly one of the best towing experiences I’ve ever had — thank you, Don, for your help and great attitude!

We had an amazing experience with Big Valley Tow! We had the pleasure of being picked up by Enrique.After having a horrible weekend dealing with car issues and going to a mechanic who did not fix the problem, Enrique helped ease our minds and worries by suggesting mechanics who could help us get our car fixed and get us home. We aren’t from the area so it was very comforting and helpful to receive a little advice and help from someone

Tow truck driver was awesome and humble. He had a mishap with my vehicle and reported it right away. It just seems thats where the good service ended. I was told I was to be called Monday for update on fixing my vehicle and nothing. 4 stars are all for the Truck Driver ONLY!

Great Job ..The tow truck driver was polite and courteous abd showed up on time as promised from 45 miles away to tow a new car to the Lexus dealer which broke down...Good Job

The driver was polite, helpful, knew what he needed to do and did it quickly. He accommodated 4 adults in his rig. He dropped us and our vehicle off at the correct location. He checked with the repair location staff on where our vehicle should go, and put it there. The only thing that could have made us happier was if we didn't need your services at all. But we did, and you were superb!

We had Derrick come out to tow our Tesla to the dealer. He was soo caring and understanding of the situation. This is truly the best tow company I have delt with in Las Vegas. Diane was also a pleasure to speak with. Thank u guys.

I had a great experience with my tech Brandon, he called me along the way to let me know where he was as I had to have my car towed between states. Wish I could say I had the same experience with AAA who dispatched the company.

Such a thoughtful driver. He was there promptly, new more about my car than I did, and even had ice cold water for me. He made my terrible experience seem like no big deal.

My husband and I were on a trip down to California for my mom’s 80th Birthday! We ended up with car problems and thanks to OnStar they found us Big Valley Towing! The response time was awesome and all the updates until I tow truck driver Victor came and saved us. The temperatures were extremely hot that day but he had a cool truck to ride in as we had to ride to the dealership where he was towing it to. Thank you again and I feel the response time was quick we only waited maybe and hour ! A BIG THANKYOU to this company you have awesome service!!

Jarritt was awesome! Very friendly. Took the time to teach our boys a few things.? only suggestion I would make is to have an air compressor on his truck. Our spare tire was super low, but thankfully, we made it to the gas station that was 25 minutes away.

Great experience. Sherwin was helpful, friendly, and professional. We had great conversations and he provided education/expectations. I really appreciate his help. It helped ease my mind during the experience with my Tesla being inoperable.

Respectfully driver. On time and wasn't rushing to throw my landscape truck on the flatbed. Nice gentleman. Was concerned having to go thru 3 people to get the tow going? Not sure what that's about. However I would use them again. No issues and Thanks for the tow.
