Check it out these people are pretty cool service wise, HOWEVER the way the entire system works is beyond messed up! Do not let your car go here if you can avoid it! We had a wreck and our car was totalled. The same day of the wreck we had paid $400 to have stereo installed, bummer I know. But once your car gets here they DO NOT ALLOW ANY REMOVAL OF ANY ITEM BOLTED OR WIRED TO THE CAR! read the sign ..... we were screwed out of the band new system we had installed!! Until all charges and fees paid then you have to remove the car from site on your own dime, and then what?? Copart the cash for cars people are on same lot, they will offer you the exact price of the total due to storage 57 for your car!! Total utter RIP OFF ARTIST!!

My vehicle was stolen, and using an AirTag, I recovered it about an hour later. When I recovered the car, my ignition was punched out, but otherwise the car was OK. Still, it was not drivable (for me) and could not be secured without an ignition. I have a custom vanity plate associated with one of my favorite sports teams. The metro officer who responded to me noted in the police report that the plate was still attached at the time it was recovered. The Metro officer suggested that I have it towed to 57 Storage, because apparently the do a lot of work with my insurance company. I just received the photos from the insurance adjuster. At some point after 57 Storage took my vehicle, the plate was stolen. Either someone affiliated with 57 Storage stole it, or their security is grossly inadequate. Either way, I would not be comfortable ever using them again.

Under absolutely no circumstances should you do business with this place. I tried to sell my car, they had their own people they do business with for selling. The number they gave me called someone in India and when I asked to speak to their customer support, I ended up being on hold until the place closed. I had to pay the fees (cash and money order only because these cheapskates don't want to pay credit card fees) and got no money for selling my car. You are better off leaving your wrecked vehicle on the side of the road.

They took an hour to grab my car after I was the first person here. They told me 15 mins then proceeded to take 30, they had over 15 people there and all the people out side grabbing the cars where doing nothing for the 30 mins then went to go get my car. It’s really the customer service, but at least nothing was missing out of my car.

Possibly the worst business experience of my life. You have to scan a qr code at the door, or they won't talk to you. They only deal in cash, so there's no paper trail. They threaten you with insane fees if you don't conclude your business before 5. They give you phone numbers to call, promising that these people will buy your car. But the call goes to a Middle Eastern call center. You can't understand, and when you ask to be transferred, they put you on eternal hold. Just before 5, they tell you that you can surrender your title and leave without further fees, but they will label your car as abandoned and send your current fees to a collection agency. So we paid the fees and left. Effectively, they stole our car.

The people at work they are great. Management however has intentionally not geotaged this location to show in Google Maps. So when you look it up on location it won't show up so they can continue to bill you daily. So you have to remember the exact name under which to search because of you search by location it will not show. Also you will notice their is no phone number to this location. Of course what ever police department had the car towed none would answer and if I did not have a tracker I would not know where the vehicle was.

My vehicle was towed there April 2022, from a wreck, I left it there for 6 days, when I picked it up someone had gone through everything in our car? They said looking for owners info? Really? Behind seats? It was in glove box, ! Bad part was my trunk had a broken key in it with my daughters school backpack, MacBook laptop, apple earbuds, purse w drivers license and many of my credit cards, many other daughter things, and they were stuck inside, we had it towed to my close friend body shop where it was inside his shop 7 months and only way we could figure out to get in trunk was to cut a hole in trunk, we finally did that because it cost too much to repair, I was there when they cut trunk open, all the items were missing? Only place where they went through the car was this storage place, they are thieves, we had a tracker in purse but only good for a thousand feet or so, tracking company said if a police report is taken they will track it!! I didn’t file anything because too much hassle but just this week the credit cards started to be used of course declined I closed them but still 1 year later? Now I’m filing police report! Today!! Yes we told apple that MacBook was stolen and earbuds missing, we did that right after we picked up the car from this storage place! It’s a shame can’t trust even where police have cars towed to!

The day of my settlement I went up to their lot to pick up my plates and any personal items still in the vehicle. Well they couldn't locate the vehicle and eventually realized they had sent it to the wrecker already!! They found my plates but everything else in the car was gone!!

After 1st calling their office to verify that I am going to pick up some items from my vehicle today. I then went into their office where they tried to charge me $40 For getting my items out. This was mentioned to me at the counter. Nothing mentions it on the website nor are there any signs with that statement. The guy at the counter says "but if you come tomorrow it's free". Gas and time wasted terrible quick cash grab tactics.

Wish there was a negative rating 😕 After my friend's accident in south GV, her car was towed to this awful location. She was advised that the wreck yard, conveniently on the same lot. Would buy her car for $750. Conveniently again, it took 2 days for the India based customer service agent to get all nessasary information to my friend. By this time most of the $750 would need to be handed over to the tow company as a storage fee. I driver 40 minutes to the tow yard, we were told someone would meet us there with a check for the car. We got there and waited THREE HOURS IN TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT, for a check FAR less then the already sad sum offered.

Customer service was great. I spoke to Michael on Saturday, Christmas Eve, on the phone, inquiring information on my vehicle. And he was very kind and helpful. Today I visited in person, and from the security guard at the front entrance, to the 2 gentlemen inside of the office, John and "another worker", I unfortunately wasn't able get his name, (he was helping another customer on the phone as I left out), were very welcoming, kind, professional, sincerely helpful, and informative. It's an unfortunate way to cross paths with genuine people, but they helped to make my experience easier and a lot less stressful.

read their rules and guidelines and don't wait to pick up your car the daily rates are high! The place is legit but it's expensive if you don't have insurance. They will also charge you for the tow to get to the yard.

I came to retrieve my belongings from my car that was in a wreck last week and the gentleman that was in the office by the name of Bradley was so nice. He showed me where my vehicle was located and when I realized I couldn't open the trunk due to no power he came back so quick with a battery charger to get some power to open my trunk. He didn't rush me . As this being very sad to me that the only car I owned was totalled I wanted to be sure that I gathered everything that belonged to me even if it was paperwork. I ve been to other tow yards in Las Vegas and they were quite rude. All in all I hope this never happens to me again but if it's so does I hope my car will go back to 57 tow. Thank you Bradley for simply making my day just for being pleasant and kind.

After voluntarily surrendering my vehicle back to the finance company in March 2021, my former vehicle was sold at auction 30 days later in April. I received a storage bill in the mail from 57 storage in July 2021, indicating that I was still listed as the "current" registered owner. (The new buyer from the auction never registered the vehicle). I was responsible for the storage fees of a totalled vehicle that was abandoned and left on the freeway. (CHP had the vehicle towed in back in June). The staff were so helpful and informative! I advised them of my situation and provided any necessary supporting documents. Within 15 mins the car brought up so I could photograph the damage, provided detailed information and cleared my name from the bill. I really appreciate the staff's efficiency, thanks again!

Horrible place that lost my car for 24 hours, when I finally got to see the car everything including my mats and contents of my glove compartment were shoved into my trunk. My insurance cards are missing and someone damaged my rear bumper. Also to top it all off my license plate is gone. Nice job guys 👍🏻

Not sure if it was the towing company or this tow yard, but everything of even remote value was taken from my car. A small Bluetooth receiver and my steering wheel cover (which was an unusual, rare one). They also took all the change that was in my center console. I realized this was a risk when my car was towed, but I still find it incredibly sleezy.

A busy auto wreckage yard in North Las Vegas, the operations are pretty efficient and conducted in a friendly manner. If you're in the position of having to deal with a wrecked automobile, this place is probably as good as it gets. Closed on the weekend, though. Proper footwear required to access the yard.

They stole my personal belongings. I had a backpack with a nintendo switch and dozens (close to 50) games for my switch alongside multiple controllers. They also took a teal xbox series s belonging to the Boys & Girls Club. I asked the front desk people about it and they said "nothing we could do about it from the accident to our yard".
