Titan towing illegally towed my car. I live in a gated community called St. Rose Court, I have complaints about the unprofesionalism of the HOA there too but that's a different review.

Moving on, I had one of my 3 vehicles in the parking spot just across the street from my house, the vehicle was newly acquired so it hadn't been registered fully, however it had a legal and current moving permit displayed in the front wi ndshield exactly as the law states. The insurance was current, the vehicle was not parked on the line it was centered in between two lines, it was not in a handicapped stall, the tires had not been chalked, there was no "red tag" (48 hour notice) on the window, and lastly the HOA made no call to have the vehicle towed. I found that out later during a meeting between my attorney, the HOA reps and myself. As the HOA refused to take financial responsibility and "Place the blame solely on Titan towing, their driver and their potential predatory towing practices." - HOA reps.

Armed with this information I contacted Titan towing and had my attorney contact Titan towing. At first I was offered a myriad of inaccurate and untrue reasons my vehicle had been towed, when they grew annoyed at my ability to disprove all of their claims they promptly hung up on me then refused to take my calls or call me back. As a matter of fact rather then take responsibility and admit their wrong doing they began to target my house, my vehicles and my guests vehicles.

Finally to add irony to the list at some point a disgruntled tenant decided to block all ingress and egress to my garage using his vehicle. I contacted the president of the HOA at his house where he told me to call Titan towing, standing there with Titan towing on the speaker phone, the president of the HOA Yes please gave them the go ahead to have the vehicle towed. Satisfied i left. After waiting 2 hours I called Titan towing back and asked for the status of the tow where I was told that the HOA had to submit a formal requestninf writing and it could take days for them to get out to the vehicle.

So all said and done their illegal tow cost me about $447. Which i will get back in small claims

These lazy incompetent joke of a company and business Shouldn’t even be in business! They are crooks. They will find any reason to tell your vehicle whether it is unlawful Or not! I have my vehicle tagged and they attempted to tow it for improper registration when I had a Nevada moving pass with 22 days left to go a DMV appointment a dealer flight on the back and insurance on the vehicle. It’s not that hard to get out of your truck put down your Red Bull can walk 10 feet across the windshield and make sure that the vehicle is properly registered. I didn’t come up with moving passes the state of Nevada! I did not pick for it to be in the window the state of Nevada so how is the Tow company with contract through the state of Nevada? Are you not willing to do your due diligence? Shame on y’all!!!!

They came through our apartments “fishing”….my mistake that I failed to put on the “handicapped” placard on my mirror. What was outrageous was the nearly $600 charge for less than 24 hours. Even though I am legal and offered to prove it…no mercy was offered with full charge. It gets better…the people behind the desk enjoyed joking and eating while making a full room wait as they discussed “ TikTok” videos, their lunches and various jokes. When at the counter, they were making sure they were working as slowly as possible and honestly, this is a “control” issue with them. The employees here probably can’t get jobs anywhere else because they clearly aren’t competent. Not trying to insult…just being honest.
Again, in my exhaustion from a long day I failed to hang the handicap sign…my fault. What isn’t my fault is how I and everyone there were treated by this group of “ Cognitive minimalists”.

Our vehicle was towed this morning, even though it was parked and approved on our lease at our house. They said it couldn’t be parked alongside the driveway, but that’s exactly where we were told to park it. They didn’t care about legality reasons. They just wanted an excuse to tow a vehicle and get their money. I’m currently in a lawsuit against the HOA and I will be considering suing them next. They just went by whatever the person who called said not the lease and the legal paperwork which I have also all of the proven documentation that we were parked how they had told us to park. But they also didn’t wanna listen so me and my boyfriend missed a whole day of work and paid almost $500 for parking at our own home.

I do Amazon Flex and I went to a apartment complex to deliver a package. I was there less than three minutes when I came out the guy already hooked my car and when I asked him, what do I need to do to get my car back He said I need to pay $180 dollars I offered to pay with my card. He said his machine was down. So i need to pay in cash I have no cash in my. And it was no place to get cash when I tell him that he just took off don’t even say where to go to pick it up my car when I went to the yard they charged me 459.85 dollars this company is a piece of trash and I hope carma get it then back o e day

Titans Towing in Las Vegas. Illegally towed my car and then hung up on me

First, they claimed my car was blocking a fire hydrant. That was false I was parked in a marked parking spot in an open lot. Then they said they were called to tow my car because I wasn’t authorized to park there. I was in the front office while on the phone with titans, and management confirmed they never called and that I am a resident who is allowed to park there so there was no reason to be towed.

After that, they changed the story again and said my car was parked in the middle of the street, which is completely untrue. The car was actually placed in that same parking spot by their company on April 14 at 2:27pm where it remained

On top of that, the employee I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, hung up on me, and basically told me they didn’t care and didn’t need the employees information cause “they would never” and that I wasn’t getting my car back unless I paid them.

I have photos, videos, timestamps, payment confirmations, the truck’s DOT number, and the employee’s name to support everything I’m saying.

This was an illegal tow, and the lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone in Las Vegas to be very careful dealing with this company.

They towed my car for improper storage while parked in my own apartment complex for more than 48 hours. I called and explained my grandfather had been in the hospital and I was out of town for a week. They are trying to charge me 700 dollars for a car that is tagged, registered, and insured. This was an unlawful tow and they had no reason to tow. The only option they want to give me is surrender the title or pay 700. The worst company I’ve ever came across.

This is a predatory tow company, so now every time I see them trying to tow I will do everything I can including blasting my horn to warn someone they're about to get towed! Because of this a driver said he's going to take my car, my perfectly legal car!! Well guess what buddy...I have a dash cam, and have it all recorded so if you take my car I will most definitely call the police for theft and show them the footage!!

Caught their trucks speeding consistently on 95 towards spaghetti bowl. April 3rd around 11:30 pm they left the facility. Swerving left and right on all lanes over 80mph…..nice job guys

The workers were really helpful. My car was wrongfully towed and she went out of her way to check the agreement dates she has with the apartments to help me build my despite. She helped me get my cars out and the right steps I need to take to get it out as soon as possible. Thank you. Kayla helped a lot.

I'm on here because of the unnecessary warning this company issues. There is absolutely no need to use the te type of physical citation on my car's window. Regardless of the intention. My vehicle wasn't even at the location for 12 hours and YOU placed a sticker that is very difficult to remove. Maybe you think it's funny or something, but know that it is a big inconvenience for a simple warning. You should reconsider the way you run your "business"... and life. Being a jerk for a living is not good for family, friends, neighbors or society on general. Thank you and have the day you deserve.

Definitely was not a fan. I live in a neighborhood where I got a parking pass to park on the street and my car is registered in the neighborhood system to park there. Titan gave no warning and towed my car on a holiday. They said I violated a lease agreement and my pass wasn’t visible. They also were giving me a hard time releasing the car to me. I paid almost $500 to get my car out. I also live 2 miles from the towing yard…

I happen to come outside to my car and noticed that Titan Towing put a sticker up at 4:39pm for unauthorized parking violation of CCR's/ or Lease and Inoperable Vehicle. All which is incorrect. I called Titan Towing at 4:51pm and let them know that if they mess with my vehicle, I'll take them to court like I did Feb. 2020.

My apartment had me move into a new apartment, since sewage was flowing from my toilet while I was studying for an exam.
For me to move quickly as landlord scheduled me to do so but forgot to share with other leasing employees not to touch car.

I took Titan Towing to court, Kyle the owner was understanding and we settled it.

At 5:16pm (just now), a security guard knocks on my passenger side window (as I'm now writing this review) to retell (I figure), why for the sticker. He's an idiot and I told him so, with my work uniform on that I work here. Does he feel smart?

I'm at this work location with a changing schedule. This post will be my proof, if they touch my vehicle, while I'm working here. I will also take them to court if they tow my vehicle, again

They place a sticker on my car that is fully restired, I called to let them know my tag at i. The mail. The lady hung up several times never let me talk, said I was yelling when I was talking normal, threatened to tow me regardless of my registration if I dodnt gave my tag, said I needed to buy a new one even though I just renewed my registration and the DMV says our renewal os valid with papers until our decals arrive in the mail. The lady said my papers mean noting to them and without the tag they will tow me. Super rude, unprofessional. This needs to ve reported.

Outstanding service! This company keeps our community clean.. They help the community rid of all the shade tree mechanics performing services in the streets and cars with expired license plates. All the negative reviews ironically, or from people who got towed from not following the rules. First reaction get angry, and blame the tow truck company for their own mistakes… Go figure this is a great company disregard all the negatives from people that got their car towed because they can’t follow rules and regulations! No, I don’t work for the company…

I would give zero starts if I could!! This tow company uses false and exaggerated information to tag vehicles. They will claim you do not have a parking permit when one is clearly displayed and will label a window as “completely broken” when it only has a small crack with no shattered or missing glass.

I personally explained my situation to them — that I am a single mother recently laid off from my job — and asked for a temporary hold just to have time to address the issue. I was given no consideration, no flexibility, and no professionalism. Expecting someone to come up with $1,200 to replace auto glass within 48 hours is completely unrealistic and unreasonable.

Instead of working with residents or verifying facts, they push immediate towing, which comes across as predatory and money-driven, not legitimate enforcement. There is zero compassion or accountability, only pressure and threats of towing.

This feels like a scam-based operation that profits off residents during hard times. I strongly recommend documenting everything and avoiding this company if possible.

I strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to document everything, take photos of permits and vehicle condition, and be extremely cautious.

While leaving the apt to check my mail I noticed my car was missing. I knew it wasn't a repo issue because I own the vehicle. My temp tag expired on 11/29/25. One of the security guards put an orange sticker on my window yesterday that read " You have 48hrs to get updated registration, or a new temp tag. I was able to get a new tag and put it on the car last night before 10pm. My new tag expires on 12/27/25. I have two cars. When I called Titan Towing I was told my car was towed because it hadn't moved in 48hrs! I couldn't believe that. I still can't. My friend drives the black car for errands. I drive our other car for everything else. You can see on video from the property how often the car is moved. I spoke to the front desk reps about this. She couldn't believe it either, and no policy was ever told to me, regarding my car moving my car every 48hrs. This is unlawful and I want to get to the bottom of this asap. Thank you.

My car was towed of apartment complex because I was parked on the red line since I had an emergency. When I was going back to my car, they were already taking off with it and I ran after but ofc they sped up and left. I agree that it was my mistake and I was going to pay for it either way, but honestly they are so rude and treat people like animals. I got to the place not even 30 mins after my car was towed. I don’t know how they come up with their pricing, charging me for fuel over $40 when they drove 19mi with a diesel truck… for $40 we last the entire week if not more but I didn’t even complain about that. I was present that night with everything needed for my car to be released and they refused to do so due to “attitude” after they asked for a copy of the cars title. Why do you need my title? That’s as if they ask me for a copy of my SSN! I go the next day back with everything they said was needed and they proceeded to make up other things. They said my registration of the car for 2026 was NOT in my car and I need the title, I wasn’t allowed to go look for the registration myself either. If I had the registration for the last 5 years in my car what makes you think the last one is not there? (BTW it was in my car exactly where it was left) All of this was just to get my title! I had a copy of the front page of the title and they didn’t accept it because they wanted the back as well… NO empathy what’s so ever. I live 20 mi away, nobody home to help me out with, and my baby getting to hang in there for 2 hrs because of their crap. And I know it’s their job for the people in the office but honestly this place needs to review their policies and fix the attitude of everyone working in there first. There’s always going to be people stressed and mad because this company robs people that are already struggling. They are creating hate among people and are losing chances of future business. Definitely will be making a complaint against Titan Towing.

besides the fact that they practically steal cars from people who are already struggling, overall interaction was fine. the ladies at the counter aren't the ones committing these offenses against people. they are just getting paid to do their job and they are doing that with a judge of kindness. not empathy but kindness at least. I also overheard them saying that since the people came and they didn't have the paperwork they needed that they could come get the car tomorrow with the proper paperwork and not be charged for an additional overnight which I thought was actually rather merciful for a towing company. But they get four stars not five because the owners of the business do not deserve a good review. they know they are making money off of people's misfortune.

Whoever works this place is the lowest of the low. Stuck a sticker on my car that I can't get off, this should be illegal, how is it any different to vandalism? There were no indicators where I was parked that there is no parking there. There was red paint by the fire hydrants so I didn't park there, there were no other signs. It's definitely not an area where someone needs a permit. If I'm not supposed to park there, stick something on my car that I can take off. Now I have a massive blind spot on my window. As I said, lowest of the low.

Put a sticker on my car for “no parking permit” “violation of lease”, you can see the parking permit in the photo. Sticker will not peel off. Spoke to from desk lady on phone and she said “not my problem you were in violation have a great day” so I’ll be down there tomorrow on my day off for them to remove the sticker and won’t be leaving till they do. I wasn’t in violation and they vandalized my vehicle. Lived in the same spot for 4 years.

Got an orange notice on my car from these guys saying it was going to be towed from my assigned parking space at my apartment complex for having "expired tags"? Also instead properly throwing out the paper backing to the sticker they just dropped it on the ground next to my car and left it there.

I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I contacted your office and spoke with a representative named Sierra, who abruptly and unprofessionally disconnected the call.
I am seeking a clear explanation as to why I received a "warning notice" when none of the cited violations apply to my fully registered and fully operational vehicle. Based on this experience, it is evident that this practice borders on predatory and deceptive behavior.
If this is how your organization routinely conducts business, I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken--these scammers need to be shut down.

THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES!!

On January 8th 2024 my daughter was hospitalized for a month on a ventilator (eventually had to get a tracheostomy) and another in physical therapy rehab because she caught a virus that attacked the C4 level on her spinal cord that left her with an autoimmune disease. She now walks with a limp and very slow due to having drop foot in her left foot, she can’t lift her right arm up 45 degrees and her left hand stays closed. She’s bedn trying to get the placard renewed but it’s not easy in CA at least. it takes months to be able to get an appt with a Dr especially for a specialist such as a neurologist. We are suing them because despite seeing that my daughter is clearly disabled and needed to park in the handicap spot they still charged her over $500. Photo is of the security car who was working the night of Oct 25th, he too will be sued since you know he got a cut of the money.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS AND FIND ONE THAT RESPECTS DISABLED PEOPLE!! NOT ALL OF US ARE IN A CHAIR AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED THE SAME!!

Ran the Walmart scam on me was late parked right beside handicap car was a little over the line. Security called only went in to get cash back, my car was gone. 500 they said to get back. I’m contacting a lawyer I see others in here had this happen. Only in Vegas can you just tow someone’s property. No posted towing signs Walmart says they not involved with towing. Sad. Only in Las Vegas. Scammers capital

My car did not have a reason to be towed it did not have a warning sticker or anything to be towed but when they forcefully towed my car they dragged it from losee to Henderson. White lady with tattoo on her neck had an attitude and started raising and cussing back, they forced me to sign when I wanted to see if my car was okay before I signed but said I needed to sign if I wanted to see my car but when they had brought it out there was so much severe damage done to the car it broke me because we have daily jobs and they just want their money and they basically laugh at our faces. I told them they’re responsible for this and gave me a complaint paper and walked away and closed their door on me. Never seen such disgusting behavior before like this. Now I have to pay for the damages THEY did but I hope nobody has to go through this honestly such a scam
