A GREAT SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT. ITS LIKE 1 BIG GARAGE SALE OF NOTHING BUT ANYTHING YOULL NEED FOR YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT PAYING HIGH PRICES!!!! JUSTIN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AMAZING WIGH ALL THE KNOWLEDGE TO ALL MY QUESTIONS ON THE SPOT WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT. HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF!!!

Staff suck, they used to be very good and had access to all carts. They changed and now you can't use half of the carts anymore and if you try, they take them for you. Veterans do not get to enter for free anymore. Really sucks now. I used to like it but they changed their shit up and suck ass.

I am looking for a switch that I found is disconnected at the dealer and Mckenzie was totally outstanding with her customer service. We need more people like her with great attitude and work ethics.

Been coming here getting parts since my 1990 firebird in high-school and im 37 now the prices are cheap and I always find what I want eventually lol today I had to go find a new star for my Mercedes cause after I got it back from the body shop brand new some hater tried to steal it of the car just my luck the guys here are always fair on the prices and they have a warranty on all parts everything cost me 7 bucks trust me you cant beat that the guy at closing time was super cool and showed me exactly where to find my star wifey and i couldn't be happier

Costs $2 bucks to get in , No that's not a lot but it's like paying $2 to get in the door at Autozone or Parts store it's a Joke and then they dont have what your looking & if they do they want almost Retail on it and try to sell you warranty that should be free because if the parts no good you should be able to get another within 48 hrs for free its not your fault + you do the Labor they are full of it , they sell used fricking Anti freeze for almost full price, they sell used oil, what wiil they have to sell next off of a Junk car OH I BET IT'S USED AIR OUT OF THE TIRES OF THE JUNKYARD CARS PROBABLY THAT'S THE ONLY THING THEY DON'T SELL OFF OF THEM YET. LOL

Great selection, friendly & helpful employees. Yard is nicely laid out and well organized. Prices are more than fair. New parts would have cost me over $1400, used was only $80. My 02 Grand Marquis will probably go another 100k miles now.

They have pretty much every part you need, sometimes if it's a specialty part you're going to have to go to the north town location they have more Vehicles there it seems. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and somewhat helpful to an extent.

The price recently went up to $2 entrance fee. But other than that, great selection, cars are lined up by make and model, motorcycles too! They have big welded handcarts if you need to grab something heavy. Be sure to sign up for text alerts and they will let you know when the car you're looking for comes in. Pretty awesome feature.

This location is not huge but has a good selection of older vehicles. Nothing very new unfortunately but it’s only $1 to get in. Parts seem a little pricy for what you have to get yourself.

Everything is totally stripped an gone before it even gets there. Had to drive there pay 2 $ to find out they don't even have the door I was looking for. There computers can't tell them so they can't tell you what there just come look and pay money to look. Terrible

Excellent Experience in Every Way!!! Always a stressful time when making a decision to depart from a loyal car. But there is a time when it is necessary. After going through several options including considering investing more money into repairs I had to accept that the cost would far exceed the value. I called Pick-A-Part Henderson and spoke with Jackson. He took the information regarding my (S500 Mercedes 2004) Milage, Condition and Title. Of course I had already knew that the cash offered would be in the range $400 dollars. I received an offer of $425 of which I accepted. The cars suspension are shot and the car was parked on a downslope with the wheels turned to the curb. The car was literally sitting on the wheels. The Tow Driver (Julian) is truly professional. He displayed his expertise as he loaded the car within 5 minutes. I signed over the Title and received the check. The money helps with payment towards another car that I purchased. I figured all and all that I saved money from free towing and no expensive repairs. A Win Win !Thank You Pick-A-Part Henderson for helping me get through this with ease and precision.

Had the part I needed, the guy from Ohio was great, even the girl from the Upper Peninsula was great!

what a fun place, bring your tools, bring a wagon, find the car and go to town. i did, saved a bunch and got a spare or two for the future

They didn't have the vehicle I needed on stock during my visit, but the yard is very clean and well maintained. Great selection of vehicles and fully paved with concrete in some areas. Friendly staff at the gate!

Went here for a tire and rim, got both items I needed plus a 30 day warranty

04/18/23 This location sent out a driver who had a check for $375.00. it didn't clear the bank. It bounced. I don't understand how a business that was referred to me by another fellow veteran. I'm telling everyone STOP!! I'm currently on hold two days later filing a report. This is so frustrating people.i don't wish this on anyone. Shame on you PIC A Part. DON'T SELL YOUR CAR HERE.

I used to love going to this yard, but their prices have gone way, way up recently. No longer worth buying the parts, they can keep them. Staff can be rude. They close at 4:30, but at 4:10 I was told by an employee that I had 5 seconds to get to the gate because they were closing. I definitely won't be going there much anymore.

Clean facility, friendly people, and wide range of vehicles to pull parts from. Saved about $200 in parts alone, tail light was $30, glove box was $12 and vent cover was $2.

Always a pleasant place to pick my part, safe and clean.

The people working there were friendly and helpful. I went for a part for an old Toyota Highlander, they had three on the lot. When I went there to look you could tell people had come through and stripped all the easy to remove and resell parts off all three vehicles, there wasn't much havestable stuff left at all, so it was sort of a wasted trip.

They should have a phone system that announce holiday hours this place is close on thanksgiving
