I only talked to them on the phone, and they didn't have the part I needed... well they didn't have the vehicle it would have came on, come to think of it, the lady told me the 2010 I was looking for was too new... well at least she was nice

For me, first impressions are a big deal, both in person or virtual and from attempting to navigate their website, it's very confusing and in my opinion unproductive on many levels, I entered search perimeters on several different makes and models and they all came up with no items available.
For the last 4 years I have been restoring a car that was considered "Wrecked" by the insurance company. It was my wife's car.
I purchased back the car from the insurance company the day the car was taken to the salvage yard, without my wife knowing.
It has been hidden away and worked on in my spare time.
Bit by bit, I have located the parts needed from all over the world... some parts that only select collectors were willing to part with, after emailing them over and over again. These parts ranged from body panels, to suspension, and almost all interior pieces.
But trying to locate one last interior piece stalled me for the last 6 months. I couldn't surprise her without having "Her baby" 100% complete.
After a visit to A1 AUTO PARTS & WRECKING, my project was finally complete.
The part was an A/C heater vent for the dash.
Yes, one small detail like that, and all of those years of restoring her car was worth it.
I will be un-veiling her fully complete surprise gift on our 40th Wedding Anniversary this Christmas day 2020.

Purchased what they said were 2 New Arnott Air Suspension Struts and I placed on my Rover and they leaked once Land Rover put on so I purchased 2 new ones. Found out they were not Arnott air suspension struts which they lied and they would not offer the warranty. Please don’t not buy or trust this place. Poor Service and you cannot trust
So last weekend on Saturday I had called when they were closed. Julian had anwesred the phone and was able to help me find what I was looking for. We followed up today and I was able to get everything I needed SHIPPED to me. This place is awesome, Julian definitely killed it. I appreciate hard people like you going above and beyond! I will be back for sure! :)
Glad I found this place online and they even ship on time, For a fee of course. Helped by Anna both times i ordered. They had everything i needed. Not only did I order a transfer case but turns out I needed a front drive shaft Which they had off the same vehicle. Ordered the following week all works recommend this business

When to buy a radiator for my 2012 versa and the manager sold me one from manual transmission took it back to them and they told me it was going to be a 20% restocking fee,knowing it was her fault for selling something they don’t even know where it came from..stay way from this place go to the pros by the way their mechanics are 2 backyard pull part guys

A1 had the part I needed at a great price and I didn't have to pull it myself. I appreciate the full service of this yard. Everyone I met when I went to pick up the part was friendly and professional.
I went there to find a part, they dint even let me explain what vehicle before they directed me to an auto parts store, I clarified they don't sell that part so then they told me to go go to pick a part and told me where it was located. I despise pick a part, I don't want to take my tools out to someone else's place, pay, crawl around to hope to find it.
Obviously my part was below them. Had they listened to what the vehicle vehicle was and said they don't have it I would understand. If someone takes the time to drive out to your location, take the time to hear them out.
So the moral of the story is check everywhere else first and don't bother them.
