They answered the phone when none of the other "24 hour" places would. Arrived to tow the vehicle quickly, and placed it where I wanted it at a reasonable rate.

So good! I was on the side of the highway, a bit flustered from a flat. He found my car and communicated well to find me and it was so speedy. I was in the truck and to the tire place in just a couple minutes. Very fair pricing!

Excellent experience with Rogers towing. The car had slid into a precarious position partly off a retaining wall and he was able to manipulate it in a small space and on an incline. I was really impressed and thankful for the knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced help. Hope I don’t need to but would use Roger’s again in a heartbeat and will recommend.
Absolutely amazing, my car battery died after getting it jumped when away from home. The storm has caused a lot of towing places to be backed up 3 days and Roger's Towing fit me in same day and within hours my car was delivered to the dealership.
Damaged my tire, that wheel doesn't roll while in park. Vehicles have always been insured, they obviously just wanted it to be moved as you can see the arrow on the tire. I wouldn't waste my time over a tire. The point is this guy didn't know he was pulling the vehicle from the wrong end. He was dragging it up the flatbed, and that peeled the skin.

All I can say is THANK YOU!!! A person doesn’t think they’re going to get plowed in at the parking lot of the work place. I was stuck after several attempts to shovel out and back out. They were fast and friendly. I can’t say how much I appreciate their service. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.
My car was impounded, while hooking up my car he dragged it on to the flatbed and damaged my power steering rack which made it unable to be driven. And because it wasn't drivable they then impounded it again and tried charging me the fee. His customer service was horrible along with his Napoleon complex. He also called the police on me because I couldn't move the vehicle. Also this was after I had already paid him $ and he knew he had damaged my vehicle, because as soon as I paid him, he was trying to leave. Before my car wouldn't move..
Lies, lies, lies. And that's why you ran because you knew you damaged my car...
Also why would you release the vehicle if I didn't have proof of ownership, driver's license,etc. And why would the city release it.
Beyond amazing! Our truck had a ball joint failure, and called. 20 minutes to get there, exceptionally fast. Was able to get it loaded on the flatbed with no additional damage. Friendly and professional service, a rare thing these days. Would absolutely recommend!!
Good experience towing my 2013 Juke, got there in about 30 minutes, knew what they were doing, overall yes I would recommend. They would have only gotten 5 stars from me if there was ice cream provided while I waited for them to hook up to the car. :)
They were helpful and courteous following our accident that totaled our truck. They gave us time to collect it belongings from the truck, and suggestions about working with the insurance companies.
Great experience with this company! After getting ghosted by another company after scheduling a tow, I found myself in a time crunch. Rogers Towing was very responsive, arrived on time, and got me on Offutt AFB with no hiccups. Upon arrival, the driver got out of the truck and volunteered to help push our van into the stall at the Auto Hobby Shop. I wish I could give 6 stars. Top Notch!!!
Wow! This guy really saved my butt. He has more than fair pricing, and arrived quickly. Nice attitude and very helpful. If your ever in a pickle like I was, Rogers is the way to go.
This towing company saved me. I was stranded on the side of the highway, and AAA's services were going to take 2 - 3 hours as nightfall was setting in. That's a very uneasy feeling. I needed a closer alternative, and Roger's Towing was nearby.
Jeremy texted me soon after I called, and he advised that he would be able to get to me in 30 minutes when everyone else was saying 2 - 3 hours. Nicest guy ever. And very quick.
He got my vehicle to an auto mechanic near my place, and got me home safe. I could not recommend this business enough.

Worked with Jeremy to relocate my 67 Firebird. Called him at 6PM for a 630 pickup. He was there at 615 and knew what he was doing. Had car delivered in my garage within the hour. Even tried to give me change when I tipped him. Stand up guy and good company. Highly recommend.
I had a recent experience with them , towed my vehicle while in hospital while expecting my kid . Was told to move it before it’s towed thanks to code enforcement they marked my tires after I was moved up the street 30 min prior from a family member. Neither the tow company nor code enforcement would let me a break as I did as told but still didn’t get a break even though I am a 8 year veteran pretty much told me it’s to bad . Just out to make a $ don’t recommend to use these guys . Paid 125...$because when I was notified it was they were about to close and Charges 20$ a day 80 for tow and picked up next day . Not willing to help out our vets and neither is the city of Bellevue.both out to just make $. Very unprofessional

I hate a horrible night with a flat tire and no spare..next morning I called this tow company. Very inexpensive at $70! I called at 7:30, by 8:35 I was sitting in the truck. The driver even met me at my house and brought me to my car to be towed. The driver Jeremy was very friendly and talkative! Very nice to have a service like this in Bellevue. I highly reccomend this family owned small business!
Called to get a tow that was, granted, to Omaha so I understand it's a long tow but he just hung up on me when I told him the destination. Didn't wait to hear that I was willing to wait until the next day either. Disrespectful.
If I could give them a true rating, it would be a Zero star. Their towing service was called to come and tow my car away and I was not there when they towing service got there. They towed my car away incorrectly (by dragging it up the back of the tow truck instead of doing it the correct way, in neutral). So they damaged my ABS and emergency brake system sensors and wiring in my car. I am now responsible for paying out of pocket because THEY are claiming they did nothing wrong to my car, and I am unable to drive my car because my brakes do not work. So, if you need a reliable towing service, it is not them. Own up to what you have done wrong, train your employees to care for others property as if it is their own. They are not trustworthy with your vehicle, especially if you are not present with them while they are handling it.
I have used Roger's Towing twice and have not had any problems. Excellent Service and price. 85 Dollars for two from I-80 to a mechanic in Bellevue. Highly Recommend.
Rogers towing is Great people to work with, from the first call to the office, to Roger picking up my truck which he did it with concern of my truck, myself and my family as well. I have used Rogers Towing, 4-5 times in the last 2 years.Theses guys were awesome to work with, very helpful.
