I’ve never had to get a car towed before but Gomez towing made it extremely simple. They were to the point, fast, and got the job done way sooner than I expected. Pricing was also super reasonable as opposed to a lot of other places that charge nearly $200. Thank you so much Terry for helping us out! You rock!
RUDE!!! Has no respect for others. Almost cauaee an accident with my neighbors new truck because he doesn’t stop at stop signs. Completely disregards safety. This guy thinks he’s above the law! I wouldn’t trust him to tow a tonka truck.
I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but my experience with Gomez towing was not good at all. I called this morning with a flat tire that I needed mounted on my rim and I said to the guy over the phone " I have the tire I just don't have a 3/4 socket to get my rim off" implying that we needed to take the tire off my car, the guys said "okay". When I asked how much it would be, the guy said 45$ per tire I said cool I'll send you my address. He said okay he will have his guy come out as soon as he's done with his first job. Once his guy showed up his guy immediately seemed like he didn't want to do it, saying "where's your extra rim and tire" I told him I had an extra tire we would need to take off the rim from the car. His guy then said "oh yeah we don't do that" long story short Gomez charged me 93$ to come out and do nothing. Gomez towing and his guy were totally fine with taking money and providing no result for their customer
I highly recommend Gomez Towing! During rush hour, on a cold Thursday night, I hit debris in the road on my way home from work. It popped the front tire and bubbled the rear tire, leaving my vehicle undriveable. I was in a panic. I spoke to Gomez Towing at 5:15pm. They were very professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised when he said someone could be there within 30 minutes! In
less than an hour from when this incident occurred, my vehicle was safely delivered for repairs. I also received a text with a photo confirming my vehicle had arrived at the correct destination.
Hands down, this was the fastest service and best experience that I have ever had ehen needing a vehicle towed. I will never use another tow company again!

Definitely recommend!! We were down with dead batteries, he let us know he was on the way within 10 minutes of our call even though it was late in the evening. He did everything he could to help us get back up and running.

My fuel pump went out on my truck and they towed my truck twice. One time to my house and then again to their service shop. After the new fuel pump was installed a gascap error code then popped up but they kept diagnosing the problem until they found a faulty vacuum pump canister that is part of the fuel system. Highly recommend Beto and his crew.

For military, they will pick up and deliver on base, and their drivers can actually pass a background check, unlike the ones USAA tried to send. Save yourself some time and frustration if you have USAA roadside assistance. Call Gomez Towing and send USAA the bill rather than waiting 3-4 hours on USAA to never send a tow truck.
Great tow service, Beto got to my daughter’s car within 20 minutes. Super professional and made it painless to get the car home. Hopefully I will not have to use them again but if I do I know they will take care of me.
