They have a rule against taking in cars that have been totaled, even technical, just the repairs are more than value of the car. P.S.-In response: unless I called and you tell me that the policy has been receded, I don't see why I need further assistance.

They strung out the repair 4 extra days 1 day at a time, causing us to miss our vacation and waste 2 days each of vacation time. Was supposed to be done Monday. I called Tuesday and they had order the wrong part but it should be in Wednesday. Paint and ready Thursday morning, as we were supposed to leave that day they said they would prioritize it. Thursday, not started yet. Friday morning finally done but waiting for calibration to be done by another company. Friday at 4:15 it's finally done. No discount and no freaking apology. Wasted so much time and money.

I just got my 2024 Ram 1500 back from Offutt Collision Repair and I got to say I am really impressed with the work they did I will definitely be doing business with them again

I was impressed with the speed and quality of the repairs Offutt did on my car. I was especially grateful for the timely updates from Callie and the shop. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with Offutt Collision. My driver-side mirror needed to be replaced, so we brought the car in for an estimate. We were told they would order the parts and paint the mirror beforehand to make the actual repair quicker, which I appreciated. On the day of the repair, I paid and went to leave, but from across the lot, I could immediately tell something was wrong—the mirror had been painted the wrong color. It was blue instead of black, which did not match the other side. I went back inside to explain the issue. They apologized, removed the part to be repainted, and told me I’d have to return later to have it reinstalled. As I left for the second time, I got into my car and noticed the inside of my door hadn’t been fully put back together, and a piece was missing. I had to go back inside again, report the issue, and wait for them to fix it. Today, I returned to get the correctly painted mirror installed. I expressed my frustration, as this level of inattention to detail is unacceptable. Once again, they apologized and assured me they are working to prevent quality issues like this from happening in the future. They also agreed that this could have easily been avoided, had they just checked the other side during the estimate to confirm the paint color needed. At the end of the day, my car was repaired as needed, but I hope Offutt Collision takes this as a learning experience and improves their quality control. A service not done correctly the first time is not a service done well.

Offutt Collision Repair is wonderful to work with! They provide exceptional service, super customer support, and keep you informed of your vehicle progress every step of the way. Hannah, in particular, does an outstanding job and should be richly rewarded for her skills. She even reminded me to take the garage door opener out of my rental car, which I would have forgotten. (Yikes!) Dan did a good job as well. My vehicle looks good as new! This is the second time I’ve used OCR and I was beyond satisfied both times!

Short story: insurance had us go to them, all around not impressed... But could be industry standard? Long story: I was in an accident, the back right panel on our Ford escape was crushed. Insurance sent us to OCR. Went in, got our estimate it would be a couple weeks before they got the parts in and could start repairs. Once they started we were quoted it could take up to a month, and it did, that's all fine. First issue we notice is there was epoxy or some sort of residue on the dash. We looked at the details on the repair report and sure enough they had it listed. Took it back in and asked if they could remove it, we didn't want to mess with it and risk ruining the paint. They claim that it was there before, but they will take care of it. They did a nice job cleaning it up and repainting it. The bigger issue that embarrassingly enough we didn't notice until we went to put on our bike rack, is they absolutely put on the wrong bumper (see photo). Our car has a trailer hitch and the bumper they put on does not have a cut out for the hitch. They just forced it on pushing down part of the bumper. So one of two things clearly happened 1) either they didn't know it was the wrong part or 2) they knew it was incorrect and put it on anyway. Either way, not what you want. I take it in, they admit it's incorrect and will order the correct part. Part comes in, they "replace" it. I use quotes because it absolutely looks like they just cut a hole out of the existing bumper. Would it be worth the time and effort to argue with them... absolutely not. So they get the three stars for fixing the problems we brought to their attention, just disappointed that they were there to begin with. Maybe this quality of work is standard in the collision repair industry, maybe our expectations are too high.

I had a minor accident but still needed some repairs, so I decided to go with Offutt Collision Repair. I'm Really glad I went with them. From going to get an Estimate and All the way to picking up my Vehicle the process was Excellent!!! Hannah helped with Everything, she was Awesome ? ? ? from Emails to Texts messages with Updates while they had my Vehicle!!! I was shocked on how Fast I got my vehicle back and when I seen it after the Repairs it looked like a Brand New Vehicle!!!! Everyone at Offutt Collision Repair did an Amazing Job!!! All I can say they didn't do good job. I didn't post it earlier because I was very frustrated and don't know what to say after few months the part they ordered still not working as I expected and I can see they wasn't finished with what they suppose to do so I am not happy with the result I got. after I got it back. I feel like they have a lot of tea parties before they worked on my car for a month and was going to keep my car longer than they said and one of the workers broke my window and I had to wait longer just because the worker broke my window and some parts wasn't placed back where it suppose it be and my husband had to put it back. I can't believe and don't understand why they didn't the job done as they supposed to.

Offutt Collision Repair is a well-run business with highly skilled team members. My car looks like new again. I received daily texts and/or emails regarding the status and anticipated completion date (which was accurate). They help set up a rental car and the rental company picked me up at Offutt Collision and I was able to just leave the rental at Offutt Collusion when I picked up my vehicle. As a side note, they came highly recommended by my Honda dealer as well.

I have been using Offutt Collision Repair services for many years. When it comes to collision repair, they are the golden standard. Technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Office staff are very friendly and easy to talk with. Work done has always been outstanding and completed as promised.

Someone hit my passenger mirror and busted it up pretty good. Came in for a quote for insurance. They Held my part for a few months due too a little confusion on when it would arrive. It arrived much faster than expected. Once I was available, I was immediately scheduled same day.. Also had a few scratches on the driver side door. Completely separate issue. Asked for them to take a look. They buffed everything out at no extra charge. Great work and service. Exceeded my expectations.

From beginning to end they were professional, kind and helpful. They handled everything with the other driver's insurance company as far as payment/rental, they did a great job on the repairs and detailed my vehicle when they were done. A gentleman walked out with me when I picked up my vehicle and explained what they did, he even offered to help with my toddler's carseat. They updated me every few days by text or phone on the status of repairs and they even finished a few days earlier than they originally said which was great!

Brought my pickup in for door damage due to weather. They did an excellent job!! They stand behind there work as well!! Even cleaned and detailed my Ram! If I ever need body work again, I'll surely go back to Offutt Collision. Thank you!

First off, they took care of the car rental, insurance, and any concerns I had, and made me feel at ease with this whole process..... plus had timely updates. I must say they seem to go the extra mile here and I am very impressed with the meticulous inspection, the perfect paint blending, and the quality of workmanship. I was involved in an accident and had taken my truck down to their location to have an estimate done on it to get my truck repaired. They came back and said my truck was totaled. And that I had a half an hour to get my personal belongings out of my own truck that still belonged to me. They even put my truck in the middle of other cars of their lot that is fenced in behind their building. Offutt collision new what they had when it came to my truck. In the diesel world we call it bulletproofing your diesel engine. And offutt collision repair new it. Thank God I had a friend who owns a towing company. I had my truck pulled out of there as soon as I. They wanted that truck and they wanted that truck bad. Today I'm still driving my truck it was never totaled. I had taken it to another shop and they fixed it with no problems. I will never take my truck or any of my vehicles to Offutt collision repair ever again.

Offutt Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle. They made it look brand new without a trace of any bodywork having been done!! They were professional, warm, and friendly. The estimate they gave me was exactly what I ended up paying. Olivia kindly kept me updated with the stages and processes my vehicle was going through, and everything was done in the time frame they told me it would be. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. It was wonderful!!! I have never been to a nicer, friendlier car place of any kind. Their waiting room and atmosphere is so comfortably warm and welcoming!! It is a spot on reflection of the wonderful service they provide!! I dropped my vehicle off here after being hit in a parking lot. They provided an estimate before I left and coordinated a rental car for me to use while it was being worked. They provided text updates as the car was being worked on. When I picked up the car, they walked me through the work they did. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the interior cleaned and vacuumed. I really can’t recommend these folks enough. They do great work, provide great service, and deserve your business.

Offutt Collision Repair was great!! I was nervous at first but they took really good care of me and my car. Diego did an awesome job getting my information from the insurer so the repairs could be started and Tiffany did an awesome job keeping in touch with me during the repair process up until it was time for me to come pick up. The car was beautiful when I picked it up (they repaired it specifically to factory standards) and they even cleaned it and vacuumed it for me. I will definitely recommend OCR in the future.

The personnel here are outstanding! They make sure they are ready for you and your vehicle before you arrive. The updates are awesome and the repairs are out of this world. My truck looks awesome and the shop made sure I knew to return in 60 - 90 days for the reapplication of protective coating. Great follow up also, couldn't be happier.
