A bit disappointed
I bought a truck from here with 60k miles the passenger door stopped closing within 24 hours and the part is pretty pricey.
The 4 wheel drive went out 20 days later
The A/C broke at 6 months
I’m not convinced that they didn’t know about any of these issues. The door in the very least seems to have been temporarily fixed.
I have been using Sid Dillon Ford services for a few years now. They are reasonably priced, do good work, and are willing to answer any questions I might have. Two years ago, they got me the exact tires I was searching for at a price cheaper than anywhere else. They have instilled confidence in me that any issues I might have they will be able solve reasonably and expediently.

Took wife's car in for an oil change. Something new added to the service is a video produced by the service technician of the inspection. The video link was texted to me before I even checked out. Nice add.
Great dealership service department. Being Autistic this has been stressful. Everyone here has been very kind and understanding.
I broke down 20 miles from dealership and 1200 miles from home. I had travel trailer with me.
They squeezed me in the schedule so I could get worked seeing as I was just passing through and they let me stay in there parking lot with my trailer and also they let me get water so I could shower and cook.
From a stress to calmness all due to these guys here at Dillon.
If you have an issue with your vehicle they service, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, Chevy, and Buick basically every brand. Honest service department.
I was not very pleased with the service. I waited for almost 3 1/2 hours to get an estimate on the repairs. And I had to go out to the service area to ask about my vehicle. I believe they should have come into the waiting room and told me. Then it took another 1/2 hour before I got my vehicle. I didn't get the repairs done due to the cost.
I am SO impressed with Sid Dillon Jeep. I am from the Lincoln area and would not get an appointment anywhere and Jeep in Crete got me right in and fixed my car in less than an hour. Talk about customer service!! The employees were very kind and professional, I will never go anywhere else!
Sid Dillon is the only dealership left on the Unoted States that can still sell both Chevy and Ford products. An anachronism left over from the original days. We came to Crete 23 years ago. Wanting to support out small town, we tried to do business with them. But could get nowhere. With a change in management done time ago, all that changed. I believe we have now bought and/or traded 4 cars there in the last 14 years.
We also bought our childrens vehicles there and helped our son buy a vehicle through them. In other words, we trust them to do business the right way. We work exclusively through our guy, Adam Ruan. Nobody better.
