I had a check engine light on, so I called, they didn't have an appointment for a couple of days. However, I dropped the car early as I didn't want to drive with unknown problem. Service tech ran the codes, determined the problem, and ordered the parts right away. Parts were delayed because of weather, but actually had the repairs completed and car back to me BEFORE my original appointment time. Fixed right the first time, and very happy and how quickly it was repaired.
Sid Dillon and the Team there always takes great care of our vehicles. The work is done with precision and the communication about the repairs or service is always spot on. I would highly recommend them for all of your sales and service needs.
Really liked how the salesman, Owen Mcwright helped and treated us. Also all the other staff that assisted us from salesmen to maintenance staff at the Crete Sid Dillion store. Really like our new, to us, Ford pickup.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Sid Dillon in Crete and we had an amazing experience! We had the chance to work with Edgar, who was amazing! He was very courteous and was more than willing to help with any questions we had. Ten days after we purchased the car, we took it back in to have a couple things worked on that we had agreed to during the purchase, as well as 1 item that came up in that 10 days after. That unplanned fix would have cost us several hundred dollars to fix, but Sid Dillon, being the awesome people that they are, picked up the tab for us and fixed it at no additional expense! My wife and I are extremely grateful for the amazing people we had the pleasure of working with! I highly recommend seeing them if you are in the market for a vehicle!
I don’t have a good experience. They wanted to charge me extra money for labor due to the time of day after my diagnosis was done and the mechanic didn’t tighten my coil back up so I ended up broke down on the interstate. Photo of the coil not being tightened down.
Bryce is a very knowledgeable individual in the sales department even though we did not come up with a deal today he was very honest and respectful salesman I also dealt with Owen McCright in which he showed me a new vehicle knowing I wasn't in the market today not trying to push it on me, he as well is very knowledgeable and KNOWS his vehicles, I highly recommend if going to Sid Dillon and looking to buy or sell your vehicle to talk with these two they know their stuff
Fantastic Customer Service. And the technician was very thorough with attention to details in completing my needed repairs. I felt respected and left with confidence knowing my vehicle was ready to go.
I recently took my 2021 Ford Escape in after the backup camera stopped working and displayed a message advising me to contact a Ford dealer. Since my vehicle is still under a bumper-to-bumper warranty, I went to the dealership to see if it would be worth using that coverage. I was told that if the camera itself was broken, the repair would cost between $700–$1,000 out of pocket without the warranty. Because my warranty requires a diagnostic fee regardless, I agreed to the $175 charge—thinking it would be a far better deal than potentially paying up to $1,000.
After receiving a call confirming the camera was broken, I approved the repair. Everything went smoothly, but I later saw that the actual part only cost $56. Had I known the real cost upfront, I would have opted to purchase the part myself and have it installed by someone I trust.
I feel I was misled about the cost of the repair, which pushed me into using my warranty unnecessarily. It left me questioning whether my age and gender played a role in how the situation was handled. I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before moving forward with repairs at this dealership.
I was able to get my vehicle in the very next day for service on a recall. The staff was professional and friendly. They told me what they did to reair my vehicle and answered all my questions. The service was quick and before I left, they asked me if I wanted a car wash and then promptly took care of it for me. They also told me about pick up service for future service.
This is a TOTALLY different and refreshing approach from the Ford dealership in Lincoln. It takes weeks to get an appointment there, they act like they don't want to explain things to women, yet have no problem chit chatting with male customers. Then, they put a code on you paperwork and you have to take it through the carwash yourself, if it's even open.
Do yourself a favor and drive 20 min to Crete!
Wouldn't trust this location one bit. Took one of our vehicles in for diagnosing and the keys were handed over never said anything bout a bill just said you are good to go. The next day my husband gets a phone call saying there was a bill he said why wasn't this mentioned when I got the keys. I remind you there's only one key to said vehicle. Well the day after that he was banned from that location because he supposedly took advantage of a new employee when he did not. So I will never trust this location in my life. If yall trust this location that's on you. This location is also getting sued for wrongful termination. So you choice is your choice. But when something goes wrong that is your fault.
Edgar, Adam, Tyler and the entire Sid Dillon team were awesome to work with! I traded in my 2014 F-150 XLT with 268,000mi on the purchase of a New 2024 XLT. Edgar was high-touch and high communication throughout the experience. Phenomenal service, honesty and great communication. Really great experience.
Sid Dillon service department is great,, car didn't start I called they came to my driveway to check it out, charged the battery and I drove to the shop. The service changed the battery like in and out in about 20 minutes, grat service and reasonable rates , thank you

I purchased a 2005 Chevy avalanche. Supposedly cleared by their 121 point inspection. A week after purchase the rear brake line blew. Thankfully in my driveway. Just a day after one year of ownership and towing a trailer, I unhooked the trailer only to have the front brake lines blow as well. I was fortunate in both cases I wasn't traveling but the inspection of the brake lines was horrendous and obviously they didn't check the stability of the front brake lines when they replace the rear brake lines that had blown. By the grace of God I haven't had an accident with the vehicle and will now be replacing all brake lines. I understand no warranty buyer beware but when you tell me you've cleared it by safety inspection and the most important safety feature of the vehicle, the brakes has catastrophic failures inside of a year of ownership I have major concerns about the quality of the safety inspection.

Needed a tire fixed ASAP and Bryan got me in immediately! It was raining and I was on crutches so they even let me get inside the building with my Escape so I wouldn't get slippery crutches from the wet pavement. Always a pleasure to go to Sid Dillon in Crete.

Second time took the truck in for a simple service they lost the wheel center cap. Had def fluid all over the engine and weather stripping fell off. If they are doing a vehicle check for safety don’t you think they would notice the small issues. Makes me wonder if the truck really got the brakes and important things looks at
