The best worker in this place and very attentive is called Joe is too professional I think this person deserves to be recognized as the best worker of the or Reilly Auto part in Nebraska he knows his job very well congratulations for having a worker like this person
Staff is always extremely helpful. They are always willing to order in parts if they are not in store, and stay in contact through the process. Great work you guys!
I’m so tired of calling to verify if they have parts (because I live outside of town) and no one will answer the phone Napa is closer any way. It is a waste of my time any more
The employee that was helping me knew less about the parts I needed then I did and wanted to go by "close enough" standards and I don't like having the wrong part and having to return it
I've always shopped at O'Reilly's, and have had good service and parts. Today, I had a part that needed to be replaced and when Krystal found out I purchased it there, she pulled it up on my account and said it was under warranty and replaced it. She was knowledgeable, kind and had to juggle several issues for another clerk and a phone customer (I think she was a manager) while I was there but stayed calm and took care of all of it in a timely manner. I was very impressed. These days, employees are under so much pressure to do the work of many and they tend to get frustrated and it shows but not Krystal, she stayed the course. I can relate to the frustration because my wife works at a grocery store and it's always a challenge. I hope that employees that are hard working these days get their reward.
I came in needing a headlight for my car. I went in and asked Nigel for help. He looked up which bulb I needed, then him and another lady that worked there changed out the bulb for me in super cold weather! They are always so helpful with anything you need!
My 16 year old son had his check engine light on in his car and took it to the store to have them check the code. The man came out, glanced in at the dash, turned around and said I don’t know as he walked back into the store. Not even a suggestion or a referral somewhere else that could assist him further. He didn’t even try. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service. We will not shop there any longer.
