Really really nice people working!! I thought there would be more stuff and furniture but it's mostly kitchen stuff and clothes. Some reviews mentioned 3 levels but there's only a basement.
Our family had a tragic fire and lost everything. The staff at New Beginnings is still helping us rebuild. They are so kind and generous! They also have great sales!!
I purchased an item from their eBay listing, paid the full amount due at checkout with free shipping. I was expecting the item I bought will be delivered on time by the shipper (they chose USPS) & the package will just be left at my doorstep on delivery day. What I got from this seller was a total disaster, I never received the item I bought, ISPS claimed this seller had underpaid USPS & will not deliver until postage due is paid. Instead of resolving the issue, this seller & USPS dumped all their oversight on me. I believe I don't owe anyone anything for this transaction, I followed the terms by paying the amount due in full & entitled to receive the item without any issues but instead got nothing. This seller & its mothership (eBay) will get their undelivered package back & gets to pocket the money I paid them too.
Make your purchases & donations to reputable & honest charity shops instead of this one.
Great place to find extremely cheap bargains. There were two other second hand stores in Crete but they were very expensive, thank God they did away with them.
