I was stranded on the roadside traveling from Florida to California. The tow truck driver took me to the first three locations my insurance company suggested. None were able to help me. He then pulled into Moonlight Auto, telling me "Ive heard good things about this shop." He was right. It was a Friday afternoon near closing time, the gentleman knew I was on the road and had nowhere to go. The gentle.an had his crew work late and then on their day off to get me back on the road. They even gave me a ride to and from the hotel 5 stars!

Had a scary engine issue during my trip and brad took the time to fit us in to fix the issue so we could safely continue the drive and for a reasonable price.

We were in route to an out of state baseball tournament when our check engine and other lights came on. We didn’t know what to do, but called Moonlight Auto Repair and Towing. The owner, Brad, was amazing, got us in immediately! He definitely saved the day and got us back on the road within a hour. Thank you so much!!

Super impressed by this place! They are really nice and communicate really well and their system They use to text or send payment is easy to use. The drop off box is amazing when you have to be at work earlier. And the instructions are easy to follow. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Said they could repair a Honda pilot with engine noise. Charged $1100 to replace a timing belt. The very next day the vehicle is undrivable. Now they say they cannot fix it because they can't figure out what's wrong with it. Had to pay them to tow it to the dealership, who miraculously diagnosed the problem. No offer to refund their faulty repair.

I wish I could rate moonlight Auto Repair a million stars instead of 5. A disabled travel companion, a canine companion, and I were traveling through Nebraska City to KC Easter Thursday, when the brakes on our car started to act up. Grinding loudly. We needed brake work ASAP if we were to continue driving. We inquired at the Smoke Shop and Auto parts store in Nebraska City and searching Google desperately searching for Auto Repair as it was getting late in afternoon 3:00pm. We called every Auto Shop in Nebraska City that was suggested and searched up, and each one flat out said they couldn't help us. Even after explaining, we were traveling through and desperate. When I had called Moonlight Auto Repair, had to leave a message as they were busy in the shop. They called back within minutes and said to come and they would try to see what repairs were needed to get us back on the road. Music to my ears and the calm to my stress. We arrived, everyone at shop was beyond friendly, helpful, efficient, accommodating, price was reasonable. They even stayed to finish a little past their closing hours. That is Customer Service at its best and Outstanding Workmanship Our Deepest Appreciation to this Moonlight Auto Repair Crew/Staff Hands down BEST Auto Repair Shop in Nebraska City.

Everyone here is awesome! They try to explain everything so you can understand, they get work done very efficiently and accurate. Ive been taking my cars here for almost a decade, wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

We were on our way back to ND from Florida when our transmission went out. Brad said he could get us a new one and have our vehicle ready by Friday. Him and his team went above and beyond and had it ready early Thursday! We were staying on the outskirts of town and they offered to take my husband back and pick him up when our vehicle was ready. Thank you guys for helping us get back on the road, you guys rock!!

Really appreciate these guys getting my truck in quickly and turned around quickly. Work was done when promised without any unnecessary upsells or trouble. Courtesy shuttle was handy. Everyone was pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. I hope not to need them again but wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

I have taken my 01 Jeep there twice, one visit for front end repair:shocks and some other important repairs that I cannot for the life of me remember. The second visit was an emergency. my back breaks completely stopped working and they got me in very next day. I got it back the day after. My experience with them has been wonderful: I feel like they are honest, up front, and are fair in price.

They fixed my sliding door that wouldn’t shut immediately when no one else could get me in until Tuesday! Very good caring people. I will always get my car fixed there from now on! Highly recommended

Brad was kind to take a look at a grating sound coMing from my front wheel while we were on a cross country trip. It turned out to be a rock that was stuck in the rotor. He refused to charge anything to take care of it . People like Brad are rare to see these days. Somewhere else, people could have charged a lift fee, a diagnostic fee let alone the availability to take a look at the car. I thank Brand for the quick help and peace of mind while on the road. If you are in Nebraska city area and need help with auto repair, Brad is the man.

These men are very productive and personable. We broke down in our RV at Walmart they came right to get us with the exception of having to wait on the part (not there fault of course)they took exceptionally fast care of us.. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs some automotive care. A1 JOB

My daughter was traveling back home to Texas from Bellevue when her car started overheating. A nice older man at the gas station contacted Moonlight for her. They agreed to take a quick look to find the problem. They found a leak in radiator hose. They couldn't get a hose today, but they were able to cut hers and make it work. She was back on the road in less than an hour! Thanks to Moonlight for caring customer service at its finest!

Moonlight Auto repair took me in an emergency situation, when I had my right rear brake lock up on my truck. Had it fixed in a day and a half with no other issues.I would definitely recommend them to anybody that's traveling on the road and gets caught broke down. Friendly and excellent service.

Traveling from Tennessee and my truck's transmission gave out. Brad and his guys even helped move me back and forth to the motel and got me out in two days - road trip continued FLAWLESSLY - amazing! Highly Recommend!
