Driver of their flatbed ignored a clearly visible “No Turn Around / No Trespassing” sign and entered my private property regardless. This is unacceptable and shows poor judgment and disregard for posted warnings.

These guys are awesome! I didn't need to be towed or repaired, I just needed a place to park my trailer for the weekend so I can enjoy some home time with my new wife in Nebraska City and bobtail to her house. The fine folks at Benefiel said no problem! THANK YOU!!! ?

After 4 hours of trying to get my shuttle bus repaired on the road we finally had to get it towed. Benefiel was recommended to us and I couldn’t believe how fast they got there and how hard the driver worked in the 90+ degree heat to get us hooked up and out of there quickly. I was on a 2000 mile trip across country and my car crapped out on me outside Nebraska city, I called and they sent someone almost immediately, the driver was super nice, we had great conversation on the ride into town and even gave me a discount on my tow just out of the kindness of his heart. Being from out of state I didn’t know anything about my surroundings etc. not only was it affordable but they were friendly and very responsive. I was charged 676$ for them to tow my car that was stuck in the snow and on the shoulder of the highway. The dept of roads called them and had them get my vehicle. I had no contact with them until I saw my car was gone from the spot I got stuck at. After discovering the outrageous cost, I called and asked for a quote for the same make and model car to be towed the same distance. Their answer was $175. I was told the difference in price was due to the weather. Even though they got my car after the snow had stopped. I'm all for paying a fair price, but a $500 markup for "weather" is absolutely ridiculous. So first you claim my car was needing to be removed because it was in the "traveled portion of the road" and the next you claim it was buried in a snow drift requiring you to dig it out by hand? Also, looking at your paperwork, it shows my car was in your possession for less than 24 hours, yet I was charged for two days storage? I fail to see any part of this being fair. I do however see your business taking advantage of the situation and charging inflated prices because I had no option other than to pay it.

Biggest mistake I ever made calling them had an air compressor went bad called them said they’ll send a guy out told them it wasn’t frozen up but had actually went out guy finally got there and took the steel line off the compressor and put air line antifreeze in it I told him before he did it that I had already done this two times but he did it anyway. Of course it didn’t fix the problem the only thing he was worried about was getting back to the shop because he told me several times he got off at five so I said are we going to get a compressor and change it he said he didn’t want to because he got off at five I said so what are we going to do he said maybe tow it but the most likely couldn’t get to it until Tuesday or Wednesday this was on Friday. They sent a guy over to fix my compressor that was a tire guy who had no intention on changing my compressor all he was going to do was go home at five and charged me six hundred dollars for absolutely nothing so I guess lesson learned so if you want to take a chance on them go ahead hope you have better luck than I did

Called Zach for a tow out of Kansas back to Nebraska and he had a driver on it immediately with a fair price. Justin who towed the truck was beyond nice and did exactly what was asked. Thanks Benefiel crew!

We where heading north Wilkes a tire decided that it would lose air we stop and asked for help They didn’t have the tires on hand but made a few calls and found the tires we needed they replaced the rear tires on our camper and we where back on the road as fast as they could do the work great to have people like this in the world still Thanks guys for helping us get up and running again it was a pleasure meeting you guys best of luck in the future

Stealing and robbing from me! I had coolan leak,needed a new hose .Technician was 44 miles away from me, he came after 1h and 10 minutes, before he arrived I already took everything down, when he arrived he gave me the hose and I installed myself because he was so fat and couldn’t do anything, so I installed everything myself and it took me 30 min to do it, theu brought me coolant and hose and one tiny clamp, they count 1h and 10 min like full 2h because they don’t do 10-15 or 30 min. As soon as you enter in next hour they count it as full hour, and they didn’t say that yo me on my first call, so he doubled the hours because he needs to go back and as well those 30 min I was fixing the truck he count as full hour, and I asked them for some discount because I have done everything myself he helped me just to pour coolant, he was passing me bottles, that’s actually everything that he done, they didn’t give a damn for my question about discount… My total bill ended up being 1054.9$, 700$ was labor and the rest was the bill for coolant, hose and the clamps. If they charged something for the miles driven, thats fine but to charge me 700 for the labor that I actually did is as ridiculous as it gets!!! If i could give them minus 5 stars i would!

We were having the most terrible string of luck over the last 24 hours including an overheating vehicle on the way back from a 10 hour drive. We hit the hour marker till home and had to pull over outside of Nebraska City. We got into contact with Benjamin Roberts from Benefiel Towing and he was on the spot fast! Ben came out around midnight to help a woman change her tire since her new used vehicle didnt have all the tools. He was very curiosity and didnt cause add anymore stress to an already stressful situation. Thank you very much!

Always prompt courteous service! This goes a LONG way, especially since nobody is ever excited to have their vehicle towed. Great care was taken with my vehicle. Not every place does this. Competitive pricing, but a greater piece of mind when using Benefiel Towing!

I can’t remember the name of my driver but I had such a wonderful experience. After waiting for other companies for nearly 5 hours it was such a relief to call them and have them there within the hour. The driver was so kind and so helpful in a very stressful situation and I am beyond grateful!

Dave was so skilled. He loaded my van with no wasted movements, positioned the angle of the lift bed so even the front bumper didn't scrape on the pavement. Dave also protected himself, using his truck functions to the fullest, to keep himself from injury. Very quick and professional service.

The people who answered the phone were courteous, helpful, and supportive. Dave, the guy who towed the vehicle, was wonderful. Even though nobody likes having a vehicle that needs to be towed, talking with Dave made me smile and actually laugh out loud. He has a great sense of humor. I knew Dave cared about my situation. The final contact with the company was with a courteous person who just wanted to make sure I wasn’t having any trouble with the payment process. I appreciated that. Thanks so much all!

Avoid this place by all means. The owner is super rude, he threatened to add $200 for asking questions. Charged me almost $600 for a 2 mile tow and when I asked for them to put the drive shaft back on he threatened to charge me more for wasting his time and asking questions. He also threatened to tow my truck back to the side of the road if payments were not made within 2 minutes. All that happened within 15 minutes of a tow service. NB: When I said I was going to call the police on them, the owner offered to give me the Sheriffs cellphone number. Highway robbery at best.

Highly recommend using there service!!! Great tow truck drivers, extremely friendly, and willing to help!! I called for an emergency pick up on a vehicle. They were there within an hour. Only downfall to the company is they did a 40 mile tow for me cost at $8.75 a mile $335 kind of expensive

I called in need of roadside they said 60-90min the tech called me on his way he was there within 45min he immediately figured out the issue got me fixed up and rollin safe within the hour he was polite didn't waste no time and even explained things clearly to me...I'd definitely recommend

Had a blow out on my trailer and they were very nice and prompt to help me. Although the wait time was a little long but they kept their word. They also needed help with my tire size which was no big deal to check on. Very nice people.

I was stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night and AAA service wasn't coming and couldn't give me a time estimate after missing their first estimate. I called Benefiel they were very understanding and helpful. The driver communicated with me to keep me updated on arrival time etc. Their price to tow to Omaha was super reasonable. I was very happy with my experience with this company and would 100% recommend to anyone.

AAA sent your driver when we had a flat tire in a rural area. He called to let us know he was en route and arrived at the specified time. The tire change was challenging since we drive a large SUV and the terrain was sloped. Will (our driver) was persistent and when jacks didn't work, he was able to use the lift on his tow truck to raise our SUV. He remained pleasant and cheerful throughout the process. We appreciated it when he waited until we were on our way before leaving. Where there's a "Will", there's a way!

It was Memorial Day weekend and they cheerfully responded to our roadside assistance call thru our insurance. Arrived sooner than time estimated. They towed us to the mechanic, and then deposited us at a local restaurant--which has the BEST EVER bread--while we waited for our ride home. Thanks for all your help!
