Great parts place with a parts staff that is knowledgeable & helpful. The manager Brian was great help & made sure I got what I needed.

I bought new brake pads and had rotors flipped. The rotors that were flipped was horribly damaged. I did not notice it until I had everything put together on the vehicle. They do not warranty their work. Spent about $100 for these items. Then now that the rotors are done for I have to buy all new items. There is a 25% off online orders. I ordered two rotors and new pads online for $213.00. I get a cancel notice from the store on one rotor. I called the store and the guy has no clue why it was canceled. Then proceeded to tell me now in order to get my 25% discount he has to cancel my entire order and I will have to do it again online. It takes up to 5 days to get my money back so now I have to spend $426.00 in a day to get my items and wait for my money to be returned off the first order. I will not order at this store again because I don't know if they will cancel something again to cost me even more.

They go above and beyond to help their customers. A friend of mine had car trouble and stopped at O'Reilly in Nebraska City. They checked the battery and alternator, of course it was bad. They ordered the alternator and called around to see if any shops could get it in when part came in. Well part come in and then the guys with O'Reilly come out and replaced it. Thank you so much for everything you guys have done.

Great place for parts. If they don't have it, they can get it next day typically. They also have oil recycling if you need to get rid of old oil

I'm so thankful for the folks at this location. My family was on a road trip from Pittsburgh when our car started having problems. Jordan went above and beyond to help us. If it weren't for his help, we would have been stuck for several days as it is a Friday evening.

Knowledgeable and extremely personal staff!!! Miss Meagan will be sorely missed (pun intended) ... somebody needs to snatch up this ASE mechanic and certified welder, cuz I'm certain O'Reilly's don't pay her worth! Bidding ends in 13 days folks ... go get 'er!

Michael is the best! He's always willing to educate me on my car. He is very knowledgeable. Jordan's pretty cool, too. Very respectful. It's not always good news when I go here but they always help me.

I will always shop here cause I get good prices on parts n I get a military discount. Thank you for that.

20 minutes of my life I won’t get back…kid behind the counter scratched his head for 20 minutes and said they didn’t have one….. such a common part tractor supply had it…

I got to say that I my truck broke down there and the 2 employees working that night where the best helped I got. I highly recommend this place best service I seen n had by both employees working . Very helpful on everything Thank you for your help lastnight fellas ?

Old fat white guy with Grey hair and Glasses refuse to help me and another black guy and starred me down as I left out !! It's 2023 and it's sad!! My other Paige long review got erased but any blacks in Nebraska I would not spend my money there if I were you!!!!! Nebraska city store 10-8 355pm let me add he wouldn't help me or the other random black guy in the store but he gladly serviced the white guy in front of us and the white guy immediately behind meSMH

The men in the store wore no masks, had no plastic between them and the customer. Couldn't find the parts I needed.

Had correct part, but zero customer service skills. Felt like me coming in was an inconvenience.

Went in to ask for help on my brake lights. Asked if they could check to see if fuses were out. Guy didn’t even leave from behind the counter to check. Said I would have to go somewhere to get it fixed

I have never felt like I inconvenienced some one so much by asking them to do their job

Yesterday one or all three staff working at the Nebraska City store stole $380 from my uncle. He dropped his wallet while using their restroom in the back of the store. Within a few minutes of leaving he noticed that he had lost his wallet and went back to look for it. When he got back to the store (where there were no other customers present) he noticed his wallet was already on the front counter and empty of all the cash he had to his name. $380. When my uncle asked where his money went, the three employees looked at each other and the older guy said that they can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items and refused to talk anymore about it. My husband and I have a business account with O’Reillys, but we will no longer be doing business with the Nebraska City store.

Had been to multiple places and with no avail but o'Reilly's had 12 volt heaters

Wrong parts usually and rude service. Was at the counter to pay and someone walked in needed a battery tested so Denny helps them and leaves me waiting. I walked out and left part on the counter. Not the first time he's done this to me. Napa from now on. Done going here. Sorry

Bought a belt there yesterday. Guy just walked off and went and grabbed the belt. Kinda thought it was funny that he didnt have to look it up. Well you know what, yup wrong belt. Guess next time ill take the old belt in to NAPA instead.

It was freezing and snowing hard and we bought windshield wipers and they went out and put em on without complaint

Pretty good service and if they don't have it on the shelf it comes in pretty quick. There alternator and starters still aren't worth the hassle I've had to take a starter back on the fourth trip it finally worked but you never know if it's going to let you down.

Terrible service!!!! I called and ordered a part they didn’t have in store and when I went to pick up the part it turns out they NEVER ordered it in the first place. I called to ask about my order a representative couldn’t clear up the mess up and hung up on me telling me to talk to a manager named Eric. I will never do business there because obviously customers needs don’t matter.

Never have I seen such lazy workers at the Nebraska City Nebraska store. I have so much problems getting the right tools and parts if the idiot workers do their job the first time I wouldn't have so much problems.

Clean and well organised store. Friendly and helpful staff, with no waiting. Almost reasonable prices. Store smells faintly of frogs. Not a typo. Make of it what you will.
