Just want to say Mike's Towing is amazing! I believe it was Liz I was talking to (please let me know if it wasn't). But she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me understand and answered my questions regarding my wife's accident and what would happen with the car. She even helped me to understand the whole other person's insurance and what steps could be taken since both myself and my wife haven't had an accident in over 30 years each. She helped with a lot of stress during this time.
I will not call another towing company. It will only be Mike's Towing from now on if I need them. I appreciated their help big time!
Liz was extremely helpful to me at this traumatic time in my life. My first accident and I had NO idea what to expect, do or what was to go on, but she clarified things for me that even my own insurance company didn't help with. Every time I called, she was polite, helpful and very resourceful and said to call or email at anytime if I had questions. She contacted me when my car left the lot so I could keep updated with the other insurance company. I would highly recommend this company for your towing needs! Thanks Liz and crew!!!
They kept saying they had other business and we were on the list, they waited so long to get the car that it was towed by the county!!!! Will NEVER recommend this place!

Will accept towing requests from police before they let your insurance or AAA request through. Was on their list and still got towed for the county before for myself.
The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all, yall need to hire profesional people, people who are actually willing to work and help not just give a nasty attitude.
Mike and his family were incredibly professional and helpful during our time of need. They were also caring and concerned, which was comforting after being in a serious accident. I would recommend them to anyone!
This is not your typical towing company, in a GOOD way! Liz went above and beyond for me, when I was having one of the worst times in my life. I am so appreciative of her help and kindness she showed me. She helped me immensely, and I am forever grateful!
My family was hit by a drunk driver and our car was totaled. Mikes Towing was called on scene to remove my vehicle. They met us at the lot and helped us remove our items as well as transport them to our hotel. They also grabbed a few items and mailed them to us as we forget them and lived out of state. They were kind and helpful in a horrible situation. Highly recommend!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE TOW COMPANY IN HISTORY! I was not allowed my personal belongings (eyeglasses) from my vehicle. The woman was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL every time we communicated, using profanity and pure disrespect, hanging up and not answering the phone. Very simple they are ROBBING PEOPLE, especially the rates are so high ! Do not use this company for any of your needs.
Got into an Accident and Dan was helpful, and very knowledgeable about how tow to my car, was able to pick up my belongings the next day, and the office lady was helping me walk through the process of the paper work, and very respectful and thoughtful!. Would highly recommend them. Thank you
Dan was so helpful. We were in an accident on I80 in Lincoln and Dan helped us so much. We were in need of guidence in what do do and he help us enough to go forward from the accident. They were the only towing company that came out at 3am to change out my blown tire on the hwy I would have been out of even more money if it weren't for them. Very good company fast and very good customer service.
Car was illegally towed from parking lot. Charged $200 for the tow and $25 a day after. After stress of trying to figure out how this was even possible figured out they were illegally doing this as a scam. Tried making sign title over to even get personal belongings from car. Very crooked and highway robbery company. IF YOU HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY FILE A POLICE REPORT AND CONTACT BBB NOW. Luckily after filing police reports from property owner of where it was towed from and personally its reported the car was stolen. Tried working with front desk when called but unfortunately the customer service speaks for the credibility of the company. She used foul language and hung up phone. Read owner comments and replies back to customers they alone speak for the type of company this is.
Great customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly driver that knew how to move my car without any damage. The only company I will call for towing in Lincoln.
My daughters car needed towing so I looked up Mike's Towing in Lincoln Nebraska on Google. Liz answered the phone very politely and was able to get my daughters car towed to the location within the hour. I will definitely lock Mike's Towing telephone number in my phone and refer them to other people.

My daughter was recently hit head on which resulted in her car being a total loss. Mike's 66 Towing not only recovered the vehicle but also stored it for us at a minimal cost while we sorted through the insurance paperwork. And they dealt with the company we released the vehicle to. Such a great help!!
Mike was an angel ! I was stuck waiting in a parking garage for hours on road side assistance due to my car battery being dead & then mike came , worked his magic and made my dead battery turn on so that I could finally get home safely. Thankyou so much Mike & I would definitely reccomend outstanding customer service !
I had the WORST experience with Mikes towing after they had towed my vehicle without my permission after my radiator had blown up on me in my vintage 1977 MG B. After having had AAA sent to the location of where my vehicle was at, I had learned that it was towed the previous night after being told by gamers (the parking lot of where vehicle died on me) that my vehicle was safe until i was able to get it towed out of there. This event came at the worst of time as most of my family had left earlier that day for our family vacation. I explained this in person and was in a big rush but Everytime I called they either would not answer or had to wait 30 minutes to well over an hour for them to actually go to their business, which I thought was very unprofessional because when people get their vehicle towed they usually don't have the luxury of time. The title misplaced at that moment but had proof of insurance and other proofs of ownership and absolutely had to leave then or miss the year planned vacation. I went to the lot to look for my title and was unsuccessful at that moment but wanted to grab some personal items from my car. The only item I was allowed to take was a pair of jeans I asked to take, only after I was embarrassed because he did not trust me and made me hold my jeans up to my waist to see if they fit me (as if he could tell the owner by the size of jeans) After begging but not getting a break on storage price or any other prices, I had come back to a bill of $503 only to learn that the towing driver or storage staff had basically destroyed my new custom front bumper, causing hundreds of dollars in damage. I confronted one of the owners twice about the damage before we had to tow it back home knowing for fact that they caused the damage. She would not even look at the damage claiming that they have had only a few claims in the span of the life of their business and trusted that the driver did not and would not damage a vehicle they would tow. Yet they would not even ask the driver or let me ask the driver if they did damage my vehicle and was also very rude about it. I dont understand why she could not even look at my vehicles damage or conduct even the simplest investigation of how my vehicle got damaged in their possession. I am more than disappointed in the Customer service and overall service of this establishment and STRONGLY recommend NEVER using this business for any towing needs. This is by FAR the WORST experience I have had with any business in my life. They caused the biggest and most expensive headache of my life and are too proud to be wrong about anything. I just wanted answers but they would not give me the time of day. Again I URGE anyone and everyone that needs a private tow or towing company for their own lot to NOT use Mike's 66 towing, unless you want very unhappy people. I had to be truthfully honest to the people because I got terribly screwed over and embarrassed and don't want other people to experience anything close to what I had happen to me.
So did i not only enjoy my experience with Liz but I want everyone to know there is no other choice for me i haven't been treated that well by any other company before. It was like u was part of the family. U highly recommend this tow company!
Mike's 66 & Towing was very helpful when our vehicle was towed there after an accident. They were very accommodating and Mike even helped us deal with the insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of towing services.
Last week Jan 17th 2017 with ice roads I was out making deliveries at 1:00 am and came upon black ice, lost control and ended up in a ditch totaling my car. The county sheriff called Mike's. They came from Lincoln during the horrid roads, got my car out and brought it back to Lincoln. The driver was so courteous and gave me information on what I could do next. The later when I went to get stuff from my car the lady in the office was so helpful and actually gathered the things for me since I have extreme difficulty walking. They should rename their company too Mike's Above and Beyond Towing. Thank you both for the help you gave.

My son was involved in an accident a month ago. When he called me from the scene, I had the police call Mike's to tow it away. All throughout the run around with the insurance companies, Liz was there to help whether it was to let us clean out the car, release it to a salvage yard or to even find me copies of the invoice after I lost it for my claim process. This is the definition of a family run business that truly cares about treating people right while they are enduring a bad situation.

My son was in a accident and totaled his car. He was ok but the car was totaled. As the accident was in Nebraska and i live in Florida I thought that was going to be quit the problem. Well thanks to a very nice lady named liz with mike's towing she made the whole process easy, and was very helpful in all aspects, and even mailed some of the contents of the car to me. I would recommend Mike's towing for there service and just being genuinely nice people.
These guys are awesome. Had my SUV caught in a flash flood. The tow driver came within a half hour at 2am. He trudged through the ice cold water and pulled me out. This is the 2nd time I've used them and both times they were prompt, professional, and friendly.
Very nice gentleman working there. The donuts and tostados were fresh and very tasty which was an unexpected treat. A good place to go. Only gave four stars since our pump took a couple attempts to get going but that may have been user error.
