Dropped off car 12/11 was given a completion date of 12/31. Got a message 12/23 vehicle was done. Picked up the vehicle 12/24. After looking closer at the interior of the vehicle it was left worse than when I brought it. Dirt and dust was all over the front driver’s seat which was not there when it was dropped off. The plastic trim on the rear driver’s seat side where the seatbelt retracts is now scratched up. There is dirt/dust all over that seatbelt that wasn’t there. The rear quarter panel window tint is also scratched up. Lastly the weather stripping when you open the trunk on the drivers side is torn in various spots with scratches on the plastic trim too. I can clearly tell this was a careless disassembly and assembly. Whoever did the work was clearly rushing to get the car completed for the holidays and doesn't care about quality work in general. Very disappointing that you would let the car go out looking like this and not even address the damage caused by your employees.
Had a great experience at Glenn's! They made the car repair process as painless as possible. They were good about texting me updates and ended up having my car ready several days earlier than originally quoted. Clean facility and friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend to others. I also really appreciated the complimentary cleaning of my car at the end!
First time having work done here and we had an amazing service experience! We were very impressed with how welcoming the team was and how detailed and thorough their work was. We appreciated how they went out of their way to figure out where a water leak was coming in through the roof rack and making that repair. We were very happy with how great our vehicle looked when we picked it up. We will come back for any additional vehicle repairs we need.

Glenn’s CARSTAR was great to work with! At every step of the process they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. All of my questions were answered by their friendly staff. They even finished two days ahead of schedule. When I got my vehicle back I was surprised to see how clean it was inside and out, and after the repair it looked as good as new.
We hit a deer with our van, dropped it off front completely smashed in. Got it back fixed, and done right, van washed and the whole interior cleaned! Such a nice gesture, great company to work with, highly satisfied.
They just worked on my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. I was so amazed that they got the repair done AHEAD of schedule! They also turned in my rental car for me and even cleaned my van inside and out! This is the first time I've used them, but it surely won't be the last!

Carstar worked with my insurance (USAA) and got my vehicle looking brand new, fixing the damage from an accident. When I picked the car up it was like getting a new car, as it was clean inside and out in addition to the amazing fix. They were in constant communication throughout the process, and got it back to me earlier than the estimate!
NEGATIVE 5 stars. This is not an honest business. Despite all the good reviews they have, my experience with them is the worst. I don't know if I was discriminated against, or they just thought that I was stupid and not realized the ridiculously bad job they did on my new car. They were working with the Insurance Company to provide the lowest quote as possible to benefit the company and themselves. Christian the estimator was nice the first time I brought my car in, inspected my car and listed all the necessary repairs that had to be done on my car with a very low quote, but PROMISED me that they would return my car back to the original state before the accident. It looked legit to me so I felt like I could trust them. I first contacted him about the part on my car. He got back to me almost immediately. However, it all changed after that. Couple days later, I realized I forgot to mention a key point in the collision that might be important. I called to talk to him but never get a hold of him. They said he would call back, I waited all day. He called back once at the end of the day that I wasn't able to pick up. I tried to call back the next day, didn't get a hold of him again. They always come up with many reasons why he wasn't able to answer the phone. I talked to the front desk lady instead and asked her to pass the massage to him. I felt uneasy but brought my car in for repair as scheduled anyway, since this was the place the Insurance company pointed me to. I checked in, did all the paperwork with the front desk lady. She told me he would talk to me after. He never did. The only thing he did was checked my car in. When I tried to mentioned the concern, he didn't even care. I felt like I was brushed off and he just wanted to get me out of there. (Continue on the next review)
I received an updated quote and one of the procedure that was supposed to have on the original one was omitted. I didn't know it had already been intentionally wrote off from the new quote, since he mentioned in the original quote that it had to be done by someone outside the shop. I had thought they would add that back after they done repairing my car at the shop. They first estimate that my car had to be at the shop at least a week, I got the text at the end of the fourth day, said my car was done. I came in early on Friday to get my car. I asked the lady who checked me out to see if that procedure on my original quote had been done on my car yet? She said YES at first. I then asked when did they did it. She said it was "yesterday." I looked quickly through the check-out paperwork and it's not on there. I asked her again. She went back to her computer and checked, then came back and told me that they never did that procedure. She stated that it's not necessary. Well, didn't they have to call and inform me about it before give my car back? I got my car back and not until I got home, under direct sunlight, I noticed the bumpy part on the bumper rarely got fixed. I can visually see the bump and definitely feel it while running my hand across. Worst part is they even left dozen of tiny bumps and holes on the surface where they'd done the repairs. I was disappointed. My car was practically brand new. One other thing, after reading through the paperwork that they sent me off with, it stated that they broke some parts when removing the quarter panel on my car. The note said, they wouldn't replace it, just to repair it. Now I get really upset. If they broke something while repair my car, they need to replace it. More importantly, they need to call and let me know they screwed up. Never I received any information on those along with the bad repairs had been done on my car. I drove my car back in to talk directly with the owner, and asked to have the part be repaired correctly. Never I mentioned that note about the quarter panel. He rarely understand me. I called Insurance, tried to let them know about the situation. They didn't help much either. I've been waiting a month and decided to call them to schedule the day to bring my car back in. When I first talked about bringing my car back in, I asked if they would complete it in one day for me since it's very inconvenient for me. They said the would. I mentioned this info when I called them this time. The front desk lady said she would talk to the owner and get back to me that day, she never did. Today is the day I supposed to bring it in. I didn't since I didn't hear back from them and not risking to waste my time to bring it in, just to hear some excuses. With all this, I now even doubt about the replacement part on my car. If you pay out-of-pocket, or use your own Insurance, probably its the only time they would do the good job on your car.
The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They kept me informed at every step of the process. They made sure my rental car was ready and just made the whole experience amazing.
I highly recommend Glenn’s! I have been going to them for auto body repairs for 5 years and every time they go above and beyond to ensure that not only my vehicle is taken care of, but that I am as well! From the front desk personnel, to the estimators, to the ones repairing the vehicle, all of them are great to work with! I always get daily updates via text on the repairs that have taken place and when they estimate the project will be complete. The rental car company drops the rental off there so you can drop your vehicle off for repairs and drive away in the rental which to me is very convenient! Then when the work is done, you leave the rental there and drive off in your repaired vehicle! I will always recommend them to anyone who asks where a good, honest place is that will get the job done when it comes to repairing vehicles!
If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would choose that. Using my wife’s account since I don’t use google, but I just had my Honda accord worked on and they did an absolutely amazing job. From the service itself to the communication from office staff with the status of the vehicle. When they were waiting on parts they communicated the delay with enterprise to extend the rental. Absolutely recommend Glenn’s to anyone that is needing body work done. Hands down the best shop I have ever dealt with.

I was very impressed with the detail Glenn's did on repairing the dent on the side of my truck. They kept me informed on their progress and finished early. There were some tar stains that they cleared off while making the truck look new

My accident repair was covered by insurance. They recommended me to Glenn's. The staff were very professional, and easy to work with. The shop was easy to access, comfortable, and clean. They offer text updates on their work to keep you engaged with the process, and other than having the expectation that the work would take longer than it actually did, everything was great.
Glenn’s did a stellar job on my Mazda which had major damage due to a not at fault accident. I figured it would take awhile since there were parts to be ordered and plenty of work to be done. They kept me updated swiftly and originally the vehicle work wasn’t scheduled to be done until next Wednesday which was understandable. Yesterday, the Friday before Labor Day weekend, they called me at 5pm and said the car is ready for pickup. I had already cancelled plans to go to the lake with family since I didn’t have a car but I’m at the lake now and life is good! Thank you Glenn’s for hard & efficient work and for getting me back on the road :)
This is a little late but I wanted to make sure I did it justice. The whole staff at Glenn's Carstar is really incredible; I mean it. Incredible. They kept me updated on my progress, handled all communication, and paperwork with my insurance company. It really was seamless. I thought it could be tricky since I have a Tesla, but Taylor and company took care, I mean absolute care of me and my vehicle. Tesla has an incredibly deep white metallic paint that I thought would be difficult at best. You truly cannot tell I was even in an accident. Their standard of quality craftsmanship is simply outstanding. This is a multi-generational business that has been around Lincoln for decades, and I would send anyone who is even thinking of body restoration, to go to Glenn's. They are very professional. The quality of craftsmanship is really amazing. I am not sugar coating...they truly are amazing. Got my car back immaculate and detailed no less. I would give 6 stars if I could.
