From start to finish, Glenn’s kept me informed of progress in repairing my car. They made it easy to get my rental and to work with my insurance company. They made it entire process hassle-free. They did an incredible job on the car… excellent attention to details… lots of small plastic parts on front bumper… sensors, etc.

My car was in bad shape after being hit on the highway on a Saturday. I got a hold of Glenn’s CARSTAR Body Shop as soon as they were open and they were able to get me in quickly. They worked directly with the insurance company and kept me updated with texts throughout the entire process — I didn’t have to lift a finger! My car looks amazing. Would absolutely use them again!
My son was on his way to coach a volleyball camp at the University of Nebraska when he was hit by a deer. They handled everything. Even the tow and charging the insurance company. It made our experience so much easier.
The whole process was smooth and easy. I was updated almost daily and I was told right away if there was a delay and the reason for it. And they even returned my rental for me.
I scheduled an estimate for a scratch on my car. I couldn't tell if the scratch went below the paint or not. The technician buffed it out and didn't charge me. He assured me that there was still a layer of paint below the scratch. I was pleased that what I thought was going to be a very expensive repair was taken care of quickly and with high quality. I will definitely be going back when I need any major work done.
Recently took our 2016 subaru outback in and they did a phenomenal job. Always had good communication and were able to get us the vechile back in a quick time. I would highly recommend anyone take their vechile here for any repairs needed.
Got my car in quickly. Work done in a week. When the repair work was finished they detailed my car inside and out! The car looked brand new! The staff from the office to the repair guys are so friendly and texted me everyday with an update on the work. We would totally have no problem recommending Glenn’s CareStar to anyone.

They were very good with communicating daily. They actually delivered my truck back to my home which was fantastic! Very pleased with the work and the timing on the repairs. Every time I called in to talk with the staff, they were very helpful. Highly recommend.
Glen'sCARSTAR did an excellent job repairing our Murano. They were courteous and friendly. Repairs were even completed sooner than estimated. Overall we were very satisfied.
Professional and friendly, this is the only shop I take my cars to. They offer services that other places do not: paid Uber rides home and back. Daily updates. Arrangements for rental cars. And one of the receptionists is a Red Sox fan. They have it all!
This was my second time having to go to Glenn's and Geico's claims work seamlessly with Glenn's. That's the whole reason I go here, but they're also really fast. I was able to get my car in within 2 days to start getting it repaired even without it being super urgent. But they did a great job and I also appreciated the text updates, even though it felt weird knowing my car was being taken a part at a specific time! If you have Geico, I'd 1000% recommend just simplifying your life and going to Glenn's!
Loved the fact that kept me in the loop with updates on the repairs of my truck. The front in staff Ladies were a "hoot", a pleasure to speak with as was the gentleman was spoke to me and gave me my estimate.
Hope I never see them again for work like this again but would certainly TRUST them.

Terrible service, the business manager laughed in my face about the “high quality service” that they supposedly have. If you’re thinking about getting your vehicle repaired here - please read all of the reviews because that should tell you whether you should bring your vehicle here or not. We have contacted an attorney and also the better business bureau in regard to the service we are receiving here. My car has been here since Dec 1 and we STILL don’t have it back bc it was returned to me and wasn’t repaired properly. The office manager said that they didn’t notice the issue when they were test driving? .. but I can get in my vehicle and drive it a block and realize something is wrong w it still? Get out of here!!! If you have issues too - contact the better business bureau!! This has been a joke!!
Glenn's Carstar Body Shop did a fantastic job with my car after I got rear-ended! They worked efficiently with the insurance company of the other driver and had my car ready for me weeks sooner than I was expecting. They cleaned my car up and returned it to me sparkling clean. The customer service was excellent and they kept me updated on how the process was going via text messages the whole time. 10/10 recommend!
Great communication - top notch customer service - even delivered my car (locally) - and the repair to my car was excellent - took care of contacting insurance when additional damage was found and completing the repair right - would definitely recommend
My car looks brand new. They replaced the bumper and grill and their work is impeccable. Front office ppl very nice and they answered all my questions and I had a bunch. When I went to it up my car was clean...shiny and spotless. Bravo Glenn team. I need to add to my original review. As I said they replaced the front bumper and I had to get new licenses plates. I put them on yesterday (2/10) and I went to car wash and my new plate got bent. I called Glenn's dropped by immediately and Dan took a look at it. I waited while he straightened out my plate and slid it into the holder already built into the bumper. I didn't realize that's what I had to do. He was so kind and nice. I told him I didn't know much about cars and he gave me a warm smile and said that's ok. He fixed it within 5 mins and again didn't make me feel dumb about it. Just a great encounter with a kind person.
If I could rate it 10 stars I would! Customer service top tier, amazing communication throughout the process and quality work. They made everything from start to finish so easy. I’m very grateful for all of their hard work and dedication. Thank you again!
Called today to check on my “once completed” car. Had to take it back. Waiting on yet another part that should have been fixed the first time. The lady I spoke to this time said “she hopes this is the fix”. The fix? $17000 later and more time I’m without my vehicle and you “hope” this is the fix? I’ll never ever recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service. I hope 2nd times a charm and I get it back fixed but after almost 2 months they can’t get it right so it’s doubtful I
So upset about this , and for good reason. It’s a brand new Lincoln….
