I just purchased a vehicle from James and he is wonderful this is my first experience ever going to a dealership I've always bought my cars with no payments attached but this is my first experience and James made my experience so much better he genuinely cares about all his customers I was coming all the way up from Grand Island Nebraska which is like hour and a half away give or take with traffic and he made sure I had a full tank of gas but when I went to look at the car a week before that it only had half a tank so he did fill my gas tank full to make sure I did make it back home from Lincoln and he did make sure the car is ready for me he was so patient with me too I was so indecisive on when I was going to come up and get the car because I'm so far away and all I do is work and he just he made my experience my first time experience at an auto dealership so much more better and he did help me find a finance company that would work with me on my bad credit he is just an amazing person and thank you so much and if I ever need another car I'll know where to go. I absolutely love my car!!!!

The entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free—James made sure I had everything I needed before driving away. What really stood out was his approachability and integrity. Even after the sale, when I needed a few more documents, he responded immediately and was more than willing to help. James is honest, kind, and genuinely cares about his customers. I’d definitely return to him if I ever need another car!

An excellent experience at pacific auto! James is very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation. He let me take the 2015 Honda civic and he wasn’t worried about a deposit or anything! I drove back about a week or so later from Omaha to give James his payment and receive the title, but as soon as I get there he asks if I have a bit of extra time to make a replacement to something in the car that they had forgot to replace before selling it to me free of charge!

Pacific Auto was recently recommended to me by a friend who had a good experience here, and who got a good deal on an affordable car with some hail damage. As a graduate student with limited income shopping for a used, car I hoped to find a similar deal. James Ngu, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating, and he answered my questions and allowed me to test drive a car without ever making me feel pressured to buy. The whole time I was talking with James, I had the sense that he was talking to me openly and honestly about what he had to offer, rather than trying to persuade or impress me in the way you might expect from somebody who sells cars for a living. I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota Corolla with 61,000 miles on it and some light hail damage (small dents on the roof and the trunk that are hardly noticeable unless the light hits them just so). I felt uncertain about buying a car with a previously salvaged title, but my mechanic looked it over and didn't find any issues beyond ordinary wear and tear. He did recommend replacing a couple of the tires, which James agreed to do free of charge. I left feeling that I'd gotten a very good deal on a high quality car. I would recommend Pacific Auto to anyone looking to buy an affordable car from an honest dealer.
We bought this 2016 Civic from Pacific Auto last Saturday and couldn't be happier! We actually found this online and drove from Des Moines to look at it, as it had all of the options we were looking for and was within our budget. James was great to work with! He was very busy (lots of customers) but was friendly and helpful and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We feel that we purchased a solid car that will last us a long time.
