I cannot say enough good about Husker Auto Group in Lincoln Nebraska. After having a terrible experience at Anderson Ford of Lincoln Nebraska, I decided to see what was available across the street. Boy, am I glad I did! My fiance and I found a nicer vehicle than the one we traveled to Lincoln to see originally (at the Ford dealer) and for much less money than I was planning on spending. The sales team at Husker Auto Group was exceptionally professional. Everyone that I met greeted me with a smile, asked me how I was, and if I had been helped. I can't say enough good things about Zach Foreman and Keith Brooks. First of all, I want to say thank you so much for the fantastic used truck we found with you. We could not be happier with our purchase. Secondly, Zach Foreman was great. He was super welcoming when we came to the lot, he had a smile and a great attitude. He wasn't pushy, he definitely didn't try to "sell me" he asked me key questions about what our needs were for the truck & in under 2 minutes he had 3 trucks for us to check out.... we looked at his First choice and after an easy conversation we decided on that truck. It ticked every single box on our need list. Every single 1. 3rd, Zach walked us through financing, we already had ours secured through our personal bank but Zach asked for an opportunity to earn our business with their in house financing.... it took about 15mins & he saved us half a percent in interest! Wade our salesman at Husker Auto was great and made our experience very easygoing. We live out of town and he sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in, before made the trip to test drive. Financing with Lorenz was also very easy. He was able to get us a better interest rate than what we were already pre-qualified for. We are very happy with our new traverse purchase.

Zach foreman was our salesman. He didn't try to sell anything, just sort of asked us questions...... like we had known him for years and we were talking to a friend. It was the single best experience buying a truck in my life. I will be happy to buy my next truck from Zach Foreman. He also saved me money on financing through the husker auto group... that was extremely fast and easy. Half a point! And their was a sensor that was going out & Zach, went well out of his way to find 1 & get it replaced.

I unfortunately purchased a used car from husker auto group and my immediate feel for the place was that of a shady used car dealership. This was due to the fact that I spoke with one person on the phone and then when I arrived at the dealership I was treated like fresh meat to a bunch of hungry sharks. I ended up dealing with 3 different reps. I knew what car I wanted and I just wanted the best price so I could make a decision. After high pressure to finance the car, I finally got their best cash price, which was significantly more than if I financed it through them, in part to their $399.00 doc fee that would be waived for a finance deal. Angered I left and found a similar vehicle another hour away, which I should have bought instead, but I didn’t primarily because of the color. Before buying the other car I gave them one more chance on price, which they dropped two hundred more so I would buy. Although I didn’t get the finance price or the price I wanted, I was willing to pay a little more to get the car I wanted. Then after being told the car had never been wrecked, I found out it had (shame on me for not doing my due diligence and signing what ever they put in front of me) and then after driving for a week I discover this 2017 with 48,000 miles needed wheel bearings, of course I am informed it’s used and that’s my problem. When my front pillar molding blew off going down the road I decided to call again just to voice my opinion to the manager, who I never did get to speak with, I just had to leave a message. I strongly suggest you find a different dealership that values their customers and at least makes an effort to treat them as another human being.
I purchased my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid from this dealership in late July and I am loving it, save for a major issue that I'm hoping the dealership will help me fix. Trevaughn Wilken helped me with my purchase and he is helping me fix the one issue I have with the vehicle at no charge. He was a very helpful person, especially since this was my first vehicle purchase ever. Bryan at the main office helped process my paperwork and did not try to pitch unnecessary things to me since he understood I am leaving Nebraska soon and there's no reason to add on the fancy extras.
The customer service was great, however after I left the lot with my new vehicle, communication from their end has not been great. I've tried to confirm with Bryan twice if they have received my check for the vehicle, however I have not received an email or call back from anyone. This is frustrating since I like to verify that things that are this important are squared away. This dealership is great with their customer service initially, however I'm not impressed with the professionalism after leaving the lot with the vehicle.
Worked with Richard Burleson and had an awesome experience. Richard is very knowledgeable and professional. He was patient and took the extra time while we decided between two different vehicles. This was the 2nd car i bought from Husker and this time was much better than the 1st. I got the car i wanted for the price i wanted. Can't complain. Josh the salesman was really cool! He let me test drive several vehicles so i could get my feel. The one i actually came for almost got sold to someone else but thankfully it fell through and Josh kept me posted the entire time! I found my truck online and inquired about it through autotrader.com. The following morning Hollis contacted me about my inquiry. Being from California I had many questions and concerns about rust, interior, and overall condition. She was extremely helpful and very polite even with my 7-10 different requests that day which had her going outside taking pictures and videos. After we had an agreed upon price and deposit she was still providing pics and answers to my questions. All in all Hollis was extremely helpful, great demeanor, and made truck buying experience very easy. I decided to check it out and ended up in the exact car I wanted! I was greeted by Hollis when I arrived and she was there every step of the way. Husker Auto Group makes the car buying process easy and clear. They were able to work with me on my budget, payments, and any other questions I had! Never dealing with Husker Auto Group again. I've heard bad things about this place but wanted to give it a chance. I was interested in a Suburban and I tried working with sales for a couple weeks to get a deal. Today at 8a I called the salesmen and told him I would put down a deposit after the vehicle was fixed and out of the shop today. He told me he would get back to me in a few minutes. I didn't hear from him until after 2p and he told me the vehicle was sold. The salesmen here talk about each other behind their backs and will lie to you. The sales manager is also very rude. They will not respond to any calls or texts either. They are scum. Do not deal with Husker Auto Group.

I brought my car in on 6/29 to get fixed for rodent damage. Just today, 7/24 I received my car back. I’ve rated them a 1 star because I would call the service dept, the agent, the manager and no one would ever return my phone call AND emails. My car insurance agent had to physically stop in several times to get what he needed. No updates were ever given to me. Lastly Husker Auto did nothing to make it right today when I went to pick up my car. Not an apology not a discount. I’ll never go back there.
Within 24 hours, Tre at Husker was able to get the vehicle approved and made a lasting impression on the term “customer service.” He was direct and professional, prepared and informative toward my questions and convenience. I highly recommend telling your friends, family and anyone looking for a great deal with a great salesman!
Had a truck picked out that I was wanting to try and trade for, knowing I was upside down on my current vehicle. Salesman, can't remember his name, was upfront and honest with me that he wouldn't be able to help me because of being so far upside down. Honesty goes a very long ways with me!! Greg was super easy to work with! We had a few laughs as well. They also installed some other options on the 2500HD as well. So i would not have to wait on it when i arrived at the dealership. Although, then I went to the finance office to do the paperwork and he was obnoxious and would not take no for an answer. It was very unpleasant! I will not return to this place again!
