I had a tire fly off (due to negligence of another shop) and was luckily near by. For a busy Saturday they fit me in and got me in temporary working order. If I was local I have no doubts they could have completed the job fully but I was halfway through a 16 hour drive. The mother and son who helped me were super hospitable - made sure I would have a hotel arranged if I couldn't on my own, gave me local restaurant options, and would have provided a ride if mine and not been driveable. Fantastic customer service!!!!
All that being said, I hope they'll update they're hours listed online. It shows theyre open Sunday as well and they typically are not.

AAA brought me here after my car randomly stopped working in the middle of Iowa. So glad they did, I was in the middle of moving across the country and needed to get out of there fast. They helped me within 15 minutes of arriving and did a diagnostic on my car. And saw that everything turned out to be OK. Everyone there was incredibly kind and the man refused to take any money.
Awesome people here. I needed an oil change before I was heading out of town. They were able to fit me in there busy schedule. After 7pm a lot of shops are closed so it's nice to have a shop open later.
Horrible place.
Took over an hour to pay bill and had to refuse additional work over and over.
Stay away, get second opinion and estimates on ANY work recommended by this place.

Came in to get our truck 24 hours later after I was assured it would be done in a few hours. Wasn't ready. Said it could drive. Asked to take it then due to medical emergency (father is old and sick and just got out of hospital) they then wouldn't take payment and made me wait a extra hour at time of posting this
David and his team were excellent to work with! He was very helpful and explained everything throughout a stressful situation when my car was in need of repairs. Cannot recommend them enough!
I took my car in a few days ago to fix the stabilizer bar in my car. They drained the oil out of our car and said that we had no oil in it even though we changed the oil between 6-12 months ago. As well as they drained our break fluid out of the car as well. If I could give zero stars I would do not go here. Also they didn’t even fix the stabilizer bar and convinced us to change our tires instead.

Over the summer in august I was traveling alone from Denver to Michigan. My car overheated about an hour away from this shop and as a 21 year old girl, i was overly terrified and panicking the entire time. my sister found this place and i drove here. they truly took the best care of my car and I! It was done within a day and there has been no issues since. They gave me a ride to and from my hotel so i didn’t have to pay for an uber and even called a couple days later to make sure I made it back to michigan! I truly was so thankful that they made a stressful situation so much easier and made me feel so comfortable alone in a random city with no car! Hope your staff is doing well.

We had a breakdown on the freeway outside Lincoln on a Friday afternoon late. We were in a tight pickle for sure! We had had previous work done at 24 hour Auto Repair so decided to give them a call after the Ford dealer said it would be 2 weeks before they could check it out! We limped in with our 1998 Ford van at about 5:30 on a Friday. David and his mother Carol, who mans the desk, couldn’t have been more helpful! They bent over backwards to accommodate us and had the issue diagnosed by the next day and we were off and running! I must say the service was amazing and we totally expected an outrageous bill but it was quite reasonable! Thank you David and Carol for saving the family vacation!
We were recommended to go to this place by a friend. He said we could work something out for payments because we didn’t have all the money to pay them about 2 weeks ago. So I called the boss there and came up with a plan to pay half last monday when my car was supposed to be done, and then the other half yesterday when I got paid. But it took them til today to get my car done and charged us full price instead of doing what we had agreed apon. I really do not recommend this place. They take for ever to do a simple fix. And go back on their word.
We had a flat tire, late night, and had six hours to go on our road trip home. They quoted us for free & we’re very affordable and straight forward with pricing. The staff we're so hospitable while we waited for our tire replacement! We were given a comfy area with couches and chairs to sit, a tv remote with streaming services to choose from and they even offered us sandwiches! Thank you so much for everything. You all made this so easy and painless.
When we receive a tentative bill based upon what is estimated, the bill is always in that range. They are always very communicative with how the repair schedule is proceeding and will happily elaborate on the maintenance required. We will, and have, recommend 24 Hour Auto Repair for our friends and family.
Dave and Carol at 24 Hour Auto is the only place I will take my vehicle. There is usually a wait to get in, but it's well worth the wait. Sometimes depending on what is wrong they may be able to get you in and you'll have to wait. I've been taking my 2002 Buick Park Avenue there for the last 3 1/2 years. I've always have left very satisfied. It's not always the cheapest or the most expensive. They're prices are always fair. I bought 4 tires several years ago and one had to be replaced cause of a couple of nails and a screw. They were under warranty and they replaced it.
Dave, Russ and Carol will do their best to get you in as soon as possible. But there is currently a two to three week wait. It's definitely worth it.
Recently I was having an issue with my car and I took it in. I work just up the street from their location, so I camped out on one of their couches and made myself at home. Carol does an excellent job at making the store festive around the holidays. They are on my Christmas list this year!!!!
David was great! The alternator went out on our van as we got to Lincoln on a Saturday evening. This shop was one of a very small handful that were even open on Sunday, and they were able to get our car taken care of in a few hours and get us back on the road. David was very upfront and informative about the issue and the cost.

While in Lincoln at my son's basketball tournament, I had the fortunate misfortune of getting a flat tire about mile away from the shop. It was well after 10pm and David met me to mount my spare. The next morning he called and was able to squeeze me in between scheduled appointments for a mount and balance. My experience with David was very friendly and fast reliable service.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. We were traveling through Nebraska on our trip to Colorado, when we experienced some major engine trouble near Lincoln. David and his entire staff did an amazing job, and their customer service is above and beyond. They gave me a ride back to the hotel and did their best in finding us transportation to continue our trip, while they worked tirelessly to make sure they had our car finished and ready for us to pick up on our way back through. An absolutely delightful experience, and I would highly recommend them any day.
I was on my way out of Lincoln, headed for Chicago so I had an 8 hour drive in front of me. I realized shortly before my departure that I had a screw in my tire, and it was minutes from being flat. No one else in the city would help me, Firestone completely ignored me, Walmart told me it would be a 5-7 hour wait and I was desperate.
I called 24 Hour Auto Repair and spoke with Carol. She was extremely helpful and understanding, told me that if I could be there ASAP, they would patch my tire. I raced across town and they ended up fixing my tire within an hour. He also checked all the fluids in my car, as well as the pressure of the rest of the tires. They were nice, friendly, helpful and I'm so happy I found them. They saved me having to stay in Lincoln an additional night, which was huge. I'm so grateful for them and can't recommend them enough. It's so frustrating to have a tire issue, and they treated me like family in making sure I would be safe for my journey.

David and Carol at 24 Hour Auto Repair were amazing! I was traveling through Lincoln from Colorado on my way to Iowa and my car was having trouble. They squeezed me in their very busy schedule to look at it and fix what needs to be fixed. They went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Also, their lobby, waiting area and bathroom are so clean and beautiful. I felt so cared for, like I was their only customer. I highly recommend this auto shop! Thank you David and Carol... The tech was knowledgeable about the errors made by a previous mechanic so he repaired my truck to best of their ability and tried to keep the price within reason.
Highly recommend. They are life savers! My husband and I broke down on a Sunday with a radiator leak. They were open even on Sunday, and started working on my car as soon as they were able. They helped me to find places to spend the day, as well as hotels around in case we needed to stay the night. They were able to find a radiator, even drove out to Omaha to get it, when all the other auto shops told me they may not be able to find one until Monday or Tuesday. They repaired my car all in the same day! We were able to get back on the road that night, and continue our drive to upstate New York. Really above and beyond service. Dave is the best!
I had a great experience with 24 Hour Auto, they accommodated me, even though it was very close to closing time. They even offered me a ride home which was very nice and thoughtful. They contacted me in a timely fashion, regarding the work that I would need, to get my car up and running. They had it all done in less than 48 hours, considering it was the weekend. Dave, Carol and Jeff were very courteous, knowledgeable and polite, in my dealings with them, not to mention affordable. I would highly recommend that you give 24 Hour Auto a try, you will not be disappointed.
I would highly recommend 24 Hour Auto Repair to anyone who has car issues. Being 22 and currently still in college I was a little anxious about taking my baby, a 2009 Pontiac G6, in for a quote. I called ahead to see if they had time to look at my car and give me a quote on the repairs that needed done, and I was told to come on in (I would recommend setting up an appointment or consider it if you are crunched for time). While I was waiting for the news on my car, I lounged in their homey waiting room. After a little more than an hour, I was brought out to my car, with complimentary coffee in hand, and informed that nearly all my car issues were easy fixes. They corrected all of my car issues at an extremely reasonable price and even took the time to call in a worker from a local body shop (TOUCHUPS INC.) to quote me on the paint damage that was done to my car. The price I was quoted shocked me, in a good way. It was half of what I was expecting to pay. When everything was said and done I walked away 100% happy I went to 24 Hour Auto Repair instead of anywhere else. They are personable and reasonable people to work with. I am proud to say that I will be going to them any time I have car troubles. If you are looking for friendly, comfortable, and affordable auto repair 24 Hour Auto Repair is all of that and more, but don’t take my word for it. Next time you have car trouble check them out.
